Are You Kidding Me?

The gym is so dramatic these few weeks especially when Janis & Hilton arrived for an un-official meeting with the members at WC. I guess, they came over because they received a nasty feedback letter from one of the members who had like hundreds of signatures from the members. Since a lot of classes had been changed or 'took off' from the time table when we move to Empire next month (17th May), a lot of the members are not satisfied. I think mainly is because, a particular's instructor's class had been totally taken off from the evening main studio. Totally as in, no more evening classes by the instructor at all. So this caused an up-roared among the members. Janis and Hilton came over and talked with the members explaining why they did the decision and all. Well let me explain the main issue here.

Firstly, would be the change in the timetable. Secondly, would be the lack of The Mind & Body studio. For the latter, I don't think, they (FF) can do anything as it's already been design and constructed that way. So no point arguing bout it but just make the best of what we got right now. Maybe they can acquire more spaces of the place in the future? Who knows? Anyway, the reason Hilton gave to me on removing the instructor's classes was from the view of the management which I do not want to explain in here but a few members who heard, do not agreed with their explanation. He kept on elaborating on how good is the new studio and the equipments and all, and again, I told him that, if we're looking at those angle, I would had joined TF for ages now. And don't even get me started bout the RPM studio which can only cope for 22 bikes (2 additional from current WC). What's the point? I mean, did he know the Monday and Tuesday night's crowds? It's crazy. I don't think, that will make any 'significant' different. Anyway, we will see how it goes.

And why does Janis need to come over and talk with the members when the GXM is not around? I mean doing things around the GXM back is not that good for the latter. Duh~! I think they finally gave back the slot to the instructor, or that is what I heard before I left. Since there are a lot of members who joined the club for 7 or 8 years now, I think they had the right to voice out their opinion.

Are You All Set?

My colleague just returned to work today after attending to his father's funeral. It was a really shocking death for  the whole family as the father was dead before anyone was able to reached him. He didn't show any sign of discomfort in front of the families members. The father's colleagues at work scolded the family members as they didn't paid enough attention to the father as he did mentioned to them (colleagues) that he had some breathing complication. But my friend said that the father didn't mentioned anything in front of the family. Maybe the father just didn't want the family to be worried or wanted to be strong in front of his spouse. The father was found sitting motionless with both his hand crossed on the steering wheel of his broken down car at the side of the road with the honk still being pressed on. I think, he is calling out for help as he was having breathing difficulty at that moment when his car broke down, but sadly no one stop to help. He called up his daughter who didn't managed to picked up the call and lastly his son before he died. Sound so drama is it? But it's real life.

Why am I writing bout this? Well, it's because, after the father's death, the family members are going through his stuff and was trying to sort out his saving account and other stuff. But since he didn't left a will, hence the bank couldn't hand over the saving or whatever fixed deposit money back to them. And the parents didn't really had an official marriage certificate which really worsen the issue. No one knows the ATM password also, not even the wife. So it's really difficult for them to withdraw the money. So my point  here, is that, we never know when accident will come upon us, so better get all your arrangement done if you're married so that their life can be rest assured, after your departure. Fyi, the father is only 63 years old. And didn't have any indication of sickness (except diabetes) or difficulty of breathing beforehand. Something to let you all think about on a Wednesday morning. Sorry for the sad sad post again. But this is reality, and reality bites.

Hand It Over Please

Finally my house is completed and now waiting for the handover by the developer which will happen anytime now. The residents from the forum did another gathering and we did a walk around the neighborhood but sadly, the gate was locked and I can't go in to look at my unit. But locking the gate and door is good to prevent theft going on before the handover. Oh, I can't wait for the key to my future house. Need to think of the I.D for the house with babe. Home Dec this weekend, will try to drop by to get some quotation for the kitchen cabinet. But I will not be moving in that fast, so most probably will take my time in the renovation.

TDK NX-4CD

This is the iPod dock which I discovered during my visit to Singapore's Computer Fair few months back. I saw plenty of good docks or speakers out there, like B&W 5336 speaker which has one of the best sound quality I had ever heard on a dock. But then again, I wanted a dock which could provide me the time, alarm feature, FM, charging for my iPhone and also in this model mentioned, CD player capability. You can also plug in your thumb drive and play the files directly from it. How cool is that?

The CD door slides upwards rather than out like the usual one which is way cool. As you can see from the picture above, the player support not just CD but SD card, USB flash drive but also MP3 player input. So I can just plug in my thumb drive and play right away from it. Or you can dock your iPod/iPhone on it and play from there. CD player is also an option here if you wanted to listen to some of the songs which it's not in your pod or player. It had alarm and also FM capability but no AM, but who the heck listen to AM over here.

The speakers are super light and thin. But rest assure that this doesn't drag down the sound quality of it.

As you can see, the player/dock also comes with a sub-woofer. How cool~! Now you can rest assure that you can experience the true bass sound from music like Linkin' Park or even Metalica.

And of course, any good player should come with a remote for ease of controlling. The normal price for the unit cost around SGD399 or more but since it was their fair that day, it was selling around SGD129 or so which means it cost around RM250+ only. I was so tempted to carry this baby home. But then again, I had already own a dock which I bought few months back. Do I need another dock? Maybe for my new house? I can place one in the living room and another one in my bedroom. Yes, I can do that. haha!!!

Ed Hardy Soft Case

My latest fetish or rather craze, Ed Hardy Soft Case for my iPhone 3GS. Totally lost count on how many casing I have till date. I think this is better than the Ed Hardy TPU case which I bought previously on ebay.

初恋红豆冰 - Ice Kacang Puppy Love

I heard news in the radio that this local movie is so good that it was extended of it's show in the cinema. So this weekend, I had decided to watched it with babe. I had some good expectation before entering the cinema and everything was perfect. The movie is directed by our own local artist turn director, Ah Niu. He had put together all his friends who mostly famous local artists and created a very Malaysian movie. The movie took place some where in Ipoh, I think. Didn't really catch where it was intentionally film. It's around 80s I suspect. It tells the story of a boy, Botak (Ah Niu) who had this crush on a girl named Fighting Fish (Lee Shin Jia). Typical boy fall in love with girl but not brave enough to spill the words.

It also tells the story of Fighting Fish's mother who left her husband and raised her daughter up alone and the struggle that she goes through. Other artist involved in the movie are namely, Fish Leung, Gary Chow, Michael Wong with special appearance by Nicholas Teo and Penny Tai during the end of the movie. Lots of love confusion along the way. I remembered a particular funny part of the movie where Botak's sister almost got hit by an Indian on his motorcycle. She said, "saya ini macam BESAR, you pun tak NAMPAK ka?" (or something like), which the whole cinema broke into laughter. We can see some really Malaysian culture in the movie and the director really good in portraying all that. Lee Hsin Jia needless to say had a polished and perfect acting throughout the movie. This is not the best movie I had watched but for a local made movie, it's good enough for me. (Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0)

DSA 2010 @ PWTC

It was the last day of the Defense Services Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA) which was held between 19-22 April. It is a two year once exhibition which showcase military 'hardware'. When I say hardware, I am talking about pistols, riffles, tanks, heli copter, submarines and even guided missiles and more. It's now top 5 of the world defense exhibition where manufacturer's and visitors from around the world come together show casing their product range.

The exhibition is of course visited by our PM, who is the Defense Minister last time. Is he still the Minister for the Defense now? The exhibition is organized by the Minister of Defense (MINDEF).

Here are some of the pictures of me posing with the pump action shot gun.

This is me with a MP5SD sub machine gun. For those Counter Strike & Rainbow Six kaki, eat your heart out. hahaha!!!You know who you are.

This is another MP5 which is the standard unit without any extension I believe. Small and lethal.

This is an assault riffle and damn it's heavy.

Who say size doesn't matter? haha!

Yes, tanks are also showcase in the exhibition. It's the last day and they let all the exhibitors went in and fool around. Oh, I mean take pictures.

A South African company brought the FIFA World Cup 2010 mascot over for some picture session and even gave me the 'CUP' to hold for a while. Yes, it's heavy.

It's Good To Be Home

Finally, I had touched down in Boleh-land this morning (7am). The flight was marvelous as I got the aisle seat next to the exit. Which means I had plenty of room for my legs. And the beautiful air stewardess sitting directly facing me is like an icing on the cake. But it was totally hell for me when I was getting from the Haj International Airport yesterday night. Traffic was crazy before the terminal and I was running late. Not a good start. Reached the terminal and it was like a market out there.  As you can see from above picture. All of us had to queue up for security check one by one before entering the airport. This is the first time I was rushing all the way till boarding the plane without any time to spare. Well, at least the flight was good. And now I am home sleeping on my favorite bed. No where is better than home. Cheers~!

It's Confirmed

I think it's confirmed by now that the unit mentioned by Gizmodo was the REAL deal. As you can see from the official letter above sent by Apple to Bruce. Let me explain what is happening to those who is still 'lost'. Someone found an iPhone in a pub last week and speculation started that the phone was the next generation iPhone or iPhone HD. But some other party claimed that it's a clone from Japan but people from Gizmodo tested it out before it was remotely turn off and confirmed that it's really an iPhone. People from Apple knew bout this and called Brian up from Gizmodo to return the phone back to them. But Brian requested an official letter for the return of the phone, hence the letter above. So for you all out there who doubt it was a fake previously, (hahaha!!!) in your face!!

ps: photo above courtesy of Gizmodo.com

It's The Real Thing?

After the leaked photos of the iPhone 4th Gen had started circulating in the net, there are plenty of speculations going on. There are some who claimed that the phone are actually a clone phone manufactured from Japan. Well until people from Gizmodo 'confirmed' that the phone which was found, is really the real iPhone 4G. There are more closed up pictures being uploaded after that.

So this is what they found out.
• Front-facing video chat camera
• Improved regular back-camera (the lens is quite noticeably larger than the iPhone 3GS)
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack
• Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic

As you can see from above picture, the new iPhone 4G is more of a square shape compared to the current 3GS. The speaker and jack at the same old place but the SIM card insertion had been changed to the side with the same pin method. But this time around, it's using Micro Sim card.

So what had they changed?
• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery

Why they believed it's the real thing? Well cause it was reported 'lost' by Apple and it was a prototype. And news says that, they wanted the unit back, badly. They can't really check on the specification or the pixel like of the phone as it was remotely 'killed' by Apple (supposedly). But before it was dead, the fella said that the resolution is way better than 3GS. Cool! There are plenty more stuff which they discover but I am not gonna list it all out but maybe you can read it by yourself. Can't link the video over but you can check it out here, here, and here. haha!. It's really awesome. Fingers cross~!

Leaked Photos?

I had been following up 'closely' on the updates of the summit this coming June 22 by Apple and stumbled upon some interesting news. Some how, someone had managed to 'found' this piece of 'claimed' iPhone 4G some where in a pub. It was placed inside an iPhone 3G box and someone just managed to discovered it laying there. Well it could happen to any of us. It's not the first time that we heard someone we know lost their phones in a pub or any location you might think of. So here's how the phone looked like.

As you can see all the features are there. But it lacks the rounded body at the back and the cool side chrome body seemed very attractive too. There is a front When the fella who 'claimed' found the phone turn it on, it was booting on a different OS. The guy also claimed that the capacity is a staggering 80GB. This is a bit over board for me. This is a bit strange when I heard about it. But there are words that said, it might be a prototype or a test unit which someone from inside 'accidentally' lost during their 'happy hour' in the pub. But anyhow, it's all rumors and nothing is concrete until Steve Jobs announces it. Or all of this just a publicity stunt by themselves to hype up the whole scene for their summit.

The Top view of the phone which you notice the 3.5mm jack and also the SLEEP/WAKE button.

The side profile of the phone which shows the volume control and also the SILENT toggle.

This is the back part which shows the FCC ID & IC ID but in this case it's mark XXXX and so is the capacity of the unit with is XX GB.

June 22?

Got your attention right? lolx! The date actually are speculation made by ModMyi that Apple would be launching their new generation of iPhone. Yes, you heard me right, the 4th Gen iPhone. ModMyi reported that Apple had booked Yerba Buena Center for Arts located in the Moscone West convention center in San Francisco for June 22. What's so particular bout the venue? Well if you are not a follower, then let me educate you. It's the same place where Apple revealed/launched their previous iPhones and also the recent iPad. So definitely there is something BIG coming mid of the year. ModMyi quoted:

"Although no confirmations have yet come from Apple (naturally), there is speculation that the big reveal could take place on June 22nd. For this particular occasion, Apple has once again reserved the very conference center where the company announced the three previous versions of the iPhone. So all signs, indeed, point to June 22nd proving the 4th gen iPhone's "big day." Knowing Apple, however, we probably won't know for sure until the evening of June 21st. After all, something has to drive the rumor mill until then, right?"

But there is also the mentioned venue is for Apple's keynote address at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) event. But more sources like Engadget also strongly believed that Apple is going to launch their new iPhone 4th Gen dubbed 'HD'. So we will just wait and see. Most definitely gonna upgrade mine once the phone is out. What can I say, "An Apple A Day, Kept Bill Gates Away". Cheers~!

I Am Too Old For This

Sorry for not able to update my blog this week as you all know I am away on a "business" trip or rather training to New Dehli (it's in India for those who doesn't know). : P Anyway, let me how is my "trip" till date. First day (Monday) was already going into full throttle over here. Class from 8.30am break for tea then study again and lunch then break but due and was given some homework after that. Had dinner and all went straight to their own study group and started studying till 1am for me. OMG~! This is just Day 1. Early morning woke up and revised again before the test and also Viva which all of us are worried about. I was so tensed while waiting for my turn. Finally it's my turn and surprisingly it went quite well. Everything got delayed due to this Viva and we ended up studying in class till 8pm and dinner straight away as we need to rush for study group and also doing our home work given that day. Stayed up till 2am (I still can't believe it) and woke up at 7am to revised again today. OMFG!! I am so not made for this ANYMORE. I am way pass my age to be doing this stuff again.

I was having a break with my colleague and I noticed that we're like living in a jail with high walls and given time to walk to the compound to have a breather before going back in for 'mind torture'. I think we are all pushed too much that we can't digest what we learn. But the lecturers said that previous batch stayed up till 3.30am and woke up at 7am to study and the didn't complaint. So in other word, he said we are slacking and too relax. WTF??!!! He said we didn't take the whole training and exam seriously and asked that the previous paper exam be taken out and only considered the Viva. He let us off early today on request for self study and he's gonna grill us all during Viva if we didn't perform. OMFG!! Why so serious? I thought it's just a training? I am so regretful that I had agreed on this training now. Si beh stress and PIK CHIK already!!!!

12 Hours Journey To India

I was told by my colleague that there's problem with my flight ticket on Friday. The blardy travel agent forgot to purchased the tickets for me and my colleague. As the person in charge was on leave, the other colleague didn't purchased the tickets for us even though we already confirmed the itinerary with them. Our travel date was actually this evening around 6.20pm and arrived New Dehli just in time for dinner. It's a 5 and a half hour flight. So at the end, we ended up taking Jet Star which requires me to wake up 5 in the morning and travel all the way to the airport. That is not the best part. The best part is that, we need to have a transit at Chennai before Delhi.

We arrived Chennai around noon time (which is a 4 hours flight) and required to wait for 3 hours for the transit and was told that the plane was delayed and another one hour of waiting. Finally the plane arrived and we boarded the plane (finally!!). Took us another 2 and a half hour to reached Delhi but was told to do a fly over for 20minutes as the traffic was high. My eye balls really felt like wanting to burst out that time. Sigh!!! Finally we landed and as I was collecting my check-in luggage, found out that during the transfer, the roller was broken. Fark~! Got a taxi and shown him the address of our accommodation. Damn, I realized that motorist over here really fully utilized their honk. They will simply honk every where they go. Weird.

Finally managed to find our hotel after some long search and asking locals around. Didn't why they separated me and my colleague into two separate rooms. But we decided to just fark them and move in together. Dinner was at 8pm local time or 11.30pm (Malaysian time), YES, dinner time. All vegetarian food but I like it as I like Indian cuisine. Luckily they have free WiFi for the whole hotel and now I can blog bout this blardy trip which took me 12 hours or more to arrived. All because the travel agent fark up my itinerary. Too tired to write anymore. Need to sleep early, it's local time 10.30pm but it's midnight in Malaysia. Body still going with Malaysia time zone I guess.

iPhone OS 4.0 Features Revealed (finally!!)

I think for those who is an avid iPhone craze (like me) would had heard that numerous features was revealed during the sneak preview of the new OS 4.0 recently. So let the drum rolls. Let's get into the one that I think we, iPhone users are particularly fond of.

The new OS 4.0 would feature digital zoom capability (5x maybe). Finally we can have some decent zooming power from our camera. As you can see from above, after you took a picture, you could zoom into it (digitally) and once you place your finger on the slider to adjust the zoom. MacRumors also reports that the coming OS 4.0 might even be integrated with flash capability. Cool~!!!

As you can see from above, there is this new feature which enable us to pair a bluetooth keyboard similar to iPad on iPhone itself. I am not sure how useful is this feature but maybe some people would appreciate this.

Customizable home-screen feature which I think most of the people who didn't JB their phone would like to have. I mean, the all black home-screen is cool but you tend to get bored of it after a week or two.

The other feature which I think most of us are waiting for is the multi-tasking feature. I think I had blogged bout this feature twice but only available for JB iPhone. Now Apple had decided to have this feature on the new coming OS 4.0 iPhone. You can check out the video above for the new feature.Sadly to say that this feature only available to 3GS and 3rd Gen of iPod users. Steve Jobs had clarify that the reason why the previous version couldn't support the feature was because the hardware just couldn't support it.

For those users who wish to have a spell check option (similar to iPad), the new OS 4.0 would be having it too. I think this is a good feature to have as it's something like spell checker or T9.

There are over 185,000 (and counting) apps to be downloaded and we have this limited 16 pages(if I remembered correctly) on our iPhone to install the apps into. In JB iPhone, we have this feature called Customized or Folder options. It means we can create folders and customize what apps to go into what folder. In other word, more apps and less hassle. This feature is coming soon in the new OS 4.0. Check out the video above on how it works. iPhone in the future can install up to 2160 apps compared to180 currently.

There is also some news of a multi-core processor in the new and future iPhone. McRumors reports:
Apple has also integrated Grand Central Dispatch into the iPhone OS -- a technology introduced with Snow Leopard to ease the use of multi-core processors. The current iPhone currently only has single core processors, though there have been long-standing rumors that Apple might use the multi-core Cortex A9 in the future.

Who Should I Complain To?

I had this problem at my house for few months already. No, it's not domestic but rather with the security guards. I am currently living in an apartment and had managed to secured a spot of parking nearby my unit. So what's the problem? Well, other cars started to park at my spot when I came back from gym each night. I am alright for the first few times as they mentioned that I need to write my number on the spot. Fair, I wrote my number down so large in front of the lot. But still there are cars parked on it. They placed a cubicle in front of the lot and that helps a few days but once when I am back, I saw the same car moved the cubicle and park on it. I had complaint so many times to the guard and asked them to clamped it but they said it's not their issue and asked me to go to the management office. WTF??!!!

So I went over and complaint and they asked the security head and he too assured me that this would not happen again and even gave me his contact. But to no avail, cars still kept on parking on my spot. It was getting better last week but then cars started to parked at my spot again this week. And when I parked my car on the visitor lot, the guard questioned me. WTF???!!! Is this happening?!!! I gave the guard a piece of my mind and he too asked me to go complain to the management office. Another round of chicken and egg story. Fcuk!!!  So why do I still pay RM50 for the car park each month?

I Survived Body Step 79 (Finally!)

Finally I managed to wrapped up all my usual GX new release tonight. And it was a great class too as Prudent was team teaching with Brian. Starting off with a strong warm up with the music Boom Boom Pow. Second track was alright but I like track 3, La Copa de la Vida. Although it's an old song but it's so energetic. We have a new combo of across the board twice then over and walk around it. Even the first track was making sweat this. Continued with track 3 with a lot of running on the board which is quite tiring. Blood on the dance floor for track 5 with moonwalk back in the class. You can also strike a pose during part of the track. How cool is that.

For track 6, I just remembered a lot of squat jumps and nut cracker. Power!! I don't really like Track 7 although it's a song by Flo-Rida, Jump. A bit low impact for me. As we jump on the board and that's all. Not much power for me. But maybe that's just me. Track 8 is a Latino style but it was just alright for me. Didn't do the speed track so we go right down to the last power track and power it is all about. Michael is back in the house with Smooth Criminal in the beginning continued with Sexy! No No. Trust me when I say it's a tiring one. As it's a long super speed step on the board. And I think we have like 2 sets of 16 of that and continued with over the board and all the way home. Crazy~!!! Love this release.

Clash of The Titans 3D

I think by now, most of the people would had watched or at least heard of this movie. I had just watched it last night with a couple of friends and it's in 3D (which I don't really felt much of it). Anyway, let's go back 30 years ago in 1981 where the movie first came out. I can still remembered watching it more than 10 years back in TV and later in VCD of the original version. Damn it does bring back memories and comparing how the effect looks like in 1981 and now, there's a massive improvement. But how does the story goes? Well let's see.

(for those who didn't saw the original version of the movie)

The new version stars Sam Worthington (from Avatar) as Perseus, the son of Zeus (Liam Neeson). If you don't know whose Zeus is, well let's just say that he murdered his father and together with his two brothers, Poseidon and Hades (Ralph Fiennes), ruled Olympus. Poseidon as all know, is the God of the Sea while Hades after being tricked by Zeus was banished to rule the underworld for all eternity. All gods holds their immortality by being worship by humans but as time goes by, human decided that they are better off with themselves rather than worshiping the gods and this upsets Zeus. Hades managed to tricked Zeus in believing him and letting unleash terror on earth so that human will start worshiping him again.

Perseus is half human half god (demi-god) and is being (or rather forced) into this journey to save the city of Argos. The king & queen of Argos managed to upset Zeus and Hades decided to gave them 10 days to either sacrifice their daughter, Andromeda or he (Hades) will released his most feared creation called the Kraken. So the story tells how Perseus with help from some soldiers, Jins and another cursed human. Some cool fighting scenes where they fight the giant scorpion in the dessert to the part Perseus cut off Medusa's head (again) and final confrontation with the Kraken itself. Boy wins and saved the world from the god. So what's new?

I was really looking forward to this movie but it's a bit upsetting as I was comparing with the original movie and other than the spectacular effects, nothing much blew my  mind. I mean, if you are just gonna show us how SFX evolved from 30 years ago, and by making another mythology movie bout it, don't waste time. I wished for better story lines and more dramatic/epic fight scenes but to no avail. Anyway, it's still a good movie to watch altogether with you haven't saw the original one. And where's the 3D? I think my highlight of 3D special effect would be the Chinese sub-titles at the bottom. (Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0)

I Survived Body Pump 73, RPM 45 & Body Combat 46

It was really a rush for me tonight as I was planning do joined Body Attack launch but was stuck in the jam on the way over. Anyway, I arrived early to joined Body Pump released. The class was launched by Sue P and Ben Sim. Was told that it wasn't that tough and it's really true. There's a lot of singles in this track. There are 4 sets of singles and 12 bottom halves two sets towards the end if I am not mistaken. I can take more singles compared to bottom halves, so this track isn't that tough for me. I got a feeling that tonight's gonna be a 'tough' night. Chest was quite tough but only towards the end when we did the bottom half. Back track wasn't that tough although there's 4 sets of clean & press (3 sets) with break in between. 3 sets of wide rows after some singles but it's alright.

Triceps was really over rated. Not much of triceps extension and when you are getting loaded with it, we go for bottom half which is unloading for me and finished with standing over head press. I thought Biceps was gonna be tough as Linkin Park is back. Maybe we did some really tough tracks before the launch which prepares us for this launch. Not too hard but just enough. Now Lunges was supposed to be one of the toughest track but again it's overrated for me and another gym mate. Shoulder tracks is not that hard, as we started off with push up and going to partial raises and ending with overhead raise by the bar.

Luckily someone managed to get me a bike and so I continued with RPM with Lilian and June launching. Not going into details of all the tracks but I can say that it's a good release with lots of good music. The first mountain track (3) was like track 5 already. The speed work is alright with 3 sets of long speed work and aero races. As usual, need to get into music and once I got hold of the chorey, I would enjoy the release more. At least we have 3 more weeks to get use of it.

Finally it's the highlight of the night's launch which is Body Combat with Master T and June launching. Started off with a nice release. Class wasn't that tough but most of the members as usual stick at the back of the class. So it was a bit cramped. Track 3 was really nice with a nice combo building up and finishing up with a complete set. Tons of speed ball. Your arms will go crazy in this track. Track 4 has a new move called the Shoot which comes from MMA. It's a really tiring track as we need to lay low (in lunges like position) and 'shoot' to the front and grab the opponents leg and do a take down move. Add two back knee and a front kick. One word, tiring.Track 5 isn't that long but a lot of running here and there.

Track 6 like they said is so darn dramatic. If you knew the OST, you should know it's from Pirates of Caribbean. We have a combo moves and a sword swing in the beginning before going into a back kick frenzy. Track 7 was just so so as it doesn't felt that much of Muay Tai. Jab and acceding elbow twice and four knees to the side. Nothing special. Track 8 is the last track so I gave everything I got. A long series of jabs and crosses with upper cuts and hooks and combining it all at the end. A long marathon of jab cross towards the end (138 to be exact). We have a new move called the tripod push up for the conditioning. Quite tiring considering I did so much classes beforehand. But I survived it towards the end. Enjoyed the classes with my friends, that is the best.
