I Survived Body Step 81 & Body Combat 45

Finally I finished off all the GX program launches (for myself) which I normally joined. Well, Body Attack would be an option actually. I heard that Body Step 81 is better than the previous release and well, I had to say I agree with it too. It was supposed to be Prudent's class but he is off oversea, so Brian took over for the month. Body Step 81 had more omph to it for me. Even the first track, the remix version of 3 from Britney can really warm your body up. Track 2 and 3 from the warm up isn't that much to shout about but it's still alright. This time around we start the first 4 tracks with the board placed straight rather than across. We have a recycle track from the Step Athletic track from Body Pump 74, She's  A Genius. So you can sing a long (like I did) for this track and kill yourself.

The Mixed Strength track, Under Pressure is really similar to One Night In Bangkok which explains why the instructors kept on playing that track weeks before the new release. The power peak track, No Sleep could be and I am sure is the hardest track of the whole release. I mean there's so much across the board with nut cracker and basket ball hop across the board. My legs are really tired at this time. But we have the Step Recovery track after this to recover from. The track isn't that tough but we do have some lunges and plenty of them too. The Party Step track isn't that interesting (for me) maybe cause my legs are a bit numb by now. But the last Peak track really bring me back to life with On A Mission by Southern Light. You can go wild with this track and sing along with the instructor. Overall, it's a nice release and I think I can bare with it for a week or two.

Finally it's Body Combat 45 with Master T. I had to say that I like the body warm up for this release. The music is strong and really bringing your mood up. The first Combat track isn't that bad but I don't really remember how it goes. Because The Night is another recycle track from both RPM and BC and this time around it's for the first power training track. As usual, the combat track felt like the Power Training 3. The second combat track has a lot of lunges in it with an evasive sick kick coming in. For the Power Training 2 track, not my favorite of the whole release as it's just a long track with lots of repeating moves. For the third Combat track we have the new move of inner block and upper block move and combine that with the leg movement. Try going down and you can feel the pain. Muay Tai isn't that much impressive either with lots of knees but better than the previous release though. Finally the last Power Track with See The Light from Body Pump's back track. Damn this track is powerful. We have that powerful hook move which I like and plenty of punches, trust me.

I Survived RPM 48 (Challenge) & Body Pump 75

It's that time of month again. It's Les Mill's launching again for all their GX programs. I didn't managed to make it for the official launch last weekend. But I managed to joined my usual class tonight and here's whats new with the new release. Well from what I felt at least. So here goes for my unofficial run through of the new release. First class would be RPM Challenge by June. In this new release we have the usual run down of track 1 to 6 with an additional track 3 & 6 (previous release) and finally track 7 and cool down. The warm up seemed to be a no brainer similar to Tik Tok since the new release was also sang by Ke$ha, Your Love Is My Drug. I am not into details like previously as I don't really remember the chorey from my first trial. The first pace track wasn't that much of memorable compared to the previous releases to me. Luckily the first hill track was starting to get tough although nothing compared to True Believer or Summer Rain.

Mixed Terrain track was a bit disappointing as it doesn't have that kind of feeling where you're really going up and down. Although we do have to do twice standing climb in the track. The Interval track by Spacegliderz brought us all back to the mountains and it's really good. We have a lot of up and down during this track. Speed work again similar to mixed terrain was a bit disappointing. Not that much omph~! Finally the last Mountain Climb track brought the house down. Like the title goes, It's Not Over, the climb isn't over until the fat lady sing. Plenty of standing climb with long intervals. Damn I am panting like a dog under the sun after this track. Satisfying. The Ride Home track by Train was my favorite. Singing half way and bid farewell as I need to rush for Brian's Body Pump class.

Firstly I would like to say that BP75 rocks. The songs are strong and you can really sing a lot with it. Well singing along with the track really makes you forget bout the weights your carrying at least. Warm up we have the wide rows this time around. And plenty of biceps towards the end. Squat tracks wasn't that tough so it's recommended to add weight for track 2 all the way to 6. We sing along with Henry Blank's Whatcha Say. You have to follow the tempo this time around to really work those legs. Plenty of double bottom halves. Chest wasn't that tough, so you can increase your weight as you sing along with Pitbull's Shut It Down. There's a short push up at the end of the track. Back track is another sing along song originally by The Calling. Started with a slow dead rows before going up with some fast paced music. Another no brainer with 3 similar sets with single rows and 4 triple wide rows in between.

Triceps would be the easiest for me for the whole release. Pink is back in the house with Bad Influence. 3 sets of triceps extension (if I remembered correctly) with 8 bottom halves triceps presses. Finishing off with some kickbacks towards the end. Nothing will kill you or come near to it in this track. So go crazy with the weights. Biceps too isn't that hard, since I am able to load up to my usual 6kgs tonight. It's really similar to Walk This Way. Plenty of bottom halves and singles all the way. Lunges this time around isn't that tough too, so increasing weights is an option. We have a lot of bottom halves squats (option with weights) towards the end. Shoulder track would be the hardest of all for me. We start with the bars and go crazy with the Mac Raise again with some really crazy long combos. Then we end with over head bars. One word, exhausted. Abs track wasn't that much of a challenge at this point as most of the muscles are all numb by now. haha~! Finally a great cool down by Adam Lambert's Whataya What From Me? What a great release. Gonna do it again tomorrow together with Body Step 81 & Body Combat 45.

A Bad Week

This week has been a  long tail of bad luck for me. Well that is what I felt at least. So lets see what happened this week in my life.

Work Place:
It's been a long week with a lot of rushing and submission of a few projects. One project which covers 70% of my whole year project run into a bump. Everything seemed to go my way all the while but suddenly something happened and now I need to do some 'extra' work to 'iron' the issue out. It's gonna be a hectic week again tomorrow as a few projects is going on the same time. And I need to go out station the whole week for some exhibition and seminar.

My House:
I am checking up on the renovation work almost every day with the contractors and meeting up with them to update on the work done. Was informed that my porch is leaking and I need to lodge an official complain with the developer for the rectification work which might take weeks. Was there yesterday to settle some payment with one of the contractor and visited my house. Found out that my house was a mess and the current contractor didn't covered my floor with clothes as now the plasters are sticking on the floor and everything looked really messy. The contractor did assured me that it's alright but I am really annoyed to be honest. As I do not want any dispute coming out later on this. And he even covered up the porch with plaster even though he know bout the leak. WTF?!! What happened when the plaster fall down? Damn~!

My Car Park:
Woke up this morning and ready to go out when I saw my car being clamped?!!! WTF?!! As my car park was being parked by another car yesterday night, I had decided to park some where else and that some where else is someone else parking. So I walked up to the guard house and complaint bout the issue. They gave me excuses but I wasn't in the mood to listen and called for their head. The head went out for lunch and they didn't want to call him and I just waited for 45mins for him to come back. After some discussion, the head finally agreed to released my car without any penalty. Sig~! Came back from shopping and my lot is being park by another car again!! WTF~!! This is a never ending nightmare for me.

Maxis Account:
I found out that my name under Maxis had been blacklisted hence I can't change to other telco. So I went over to check what is this matter is all about. After waited for some time finally it's our turn and the guy told me that my outstanding balance dated back to 2007. WTF?!! It's for their broadband service. I never subscribed their broadband before, so how the hell did I owe them money?? And why wasn't I informed of this? It's been 2 freaking years?!!! So the guy asked me to go to another counter for details which we waited for 45 minutes. Fark!! The women told me to make a police report and come back to them with the report for them to tender to their forensic team to investigate. If they found no evidence of foul play, I still need to pay. WTF?!!! Maxis fark up my life again!!

This is just some of the big issue for me this week. Not going into some minor minor issue which I don't even have the energy to tell. Sigh~! Sorry for the winding post on a Sunday night, I know everyone are gonna read bout this on a Monday blue morning, but heck, at least after reading this, you may think that your life is better than this guy writing  this.

The Legend of The Fist : The Return of Chen Zhen

Donnie Yen is back this time as the legendary Chen Zhen. For those who is not familiar with this name, I am a bit disappointed, but anyhow, not everyone is a Kung Fu flick fan like I am. Anyway, Chen Zhen become famous after it was first played by the legendary Bruce Lee back in 1972. After that famous movie, many had remake the movie namely Jet Li and now Donnie Yen. The original movie tells of Chen Zhen who came back from Japan after his studies to his martial art school, Jing Wu. His master Huo Yuan Jia was killed in a duel with the Japanese due to some evil plot. Chen avenged his master's death by winning a duel with the same guy and he is sentenced to death. At the end of the movie, he jumped out from the door and later being shot by the Japs. This is where the new movie takes off.

Chen didn't die at the end as he was being replaced by someone else. He fled to France as most of the Chinese had allied with the other countries to fight the German during the first World War. He survived together with some of his comrades and swear that they will fight against the Japanese who is their real enemy back in China. But he can't go back as Chen Zhen as everyone had already assumed he's dead. So he went back as his comrade who had died in the war. In Shanghai he befriend with the owner of Casablanca night club, Liu Yiutian (Anthony Wong).

One of the best scene would be Chen donning an all black suit with a mask which resembles the Green Hornet's character played by the late Bruce Lee. That fighting scene was so damn good. Another scene would be the one at the end of the movie where Chen wore an all white shirt fighting 20 over Japanese soldiers in the dojo. Damn it was so intense. I am not sure it's the air cond or that scene was so tense that I was shivering. Not going to spoil the movie for you, so go watch it. So who is Donnie gonna play in the future as I think most of the people already been played by him or Jet Li by now. (Rating: 4.2 out of 5.0)

iPhone 4 in Malaysia ... FINALLY!!!

Finally the wait is over. Maxis is going to held a pre-launch at The Gardens Ballroom from 23rd Sept till 25th. There's even a midnight launch event at the same place from 12am till 4am. Yes, you heard me right. You can check out the dates and details from here for reservation. You can even start making booking online from the website. Similar to the 3G[S], there are also four (4) iValue plans. Starting from RM100, RM155, RM250 and RM375. Maxis had actually upgraded the data usage from 500MB to 1GB for the iValue 1 plan for instance. For details you can check out here.

Let's get down to the pricing of the phone:-
iPhone 4 16GB (RRP: RM2,290)
iPhone 4 32GB (RRP: RM2,690)

So what happened if you are already tied to a contract similar to me. I am tied for 2 years and left around 9 months on my current contract. So I can opt to continue with a 12 months or 24 months contract and add that to my existing one. In the website they mentioned that for those who enrolled for their 24 months contract will be eligible for an extended 2 years warranty. No further info on that but just this. As other countries like Singapore and Hong Kong offers ACP (1 year) but we do not have that over here. Sadly~! So what are you waiting for? As the slogan goes, be amongst the first to own an iPhone 4.

Back To The House

After planing and going through the whole proposing process with my beloved, it's now time to go back to my house renovation. It was a full Sunday last weekend with meeting up with a couple of contractors to get some quotations on the house renovations. Me and my brother spent the whole day outside discussing and meeting with the contractors and the most important part would be the Feng Sui part. My appointment with Master Yeap today proves to be a good one. He called up and pushed the appointment 30 minutes earlier to 1030am. I am working today but luckily boss is on leave so I can wonder off early.

Basically the Master didn't have much comment on the exterior but it's recommended to place more green outside the house. What do you know, my lucky color is White. And it's so happen that the whole house is white. Save a lot of painting cost here. Sofa position and TV had to be switched for better flow of 'chi' in the house. Which I do agreed after hearing his explanation. I need to place some Water element ornaments at some particular corner of the house and a Wood element painting in the house. So guys, you know what to get me. haha!! Mirror at the dinning hall is another added fortune for me too.

Living room reflects the male while kitchen on the female of the house. Had to shift the back door to block the fortune from flowing out. This is very important. Making a partition to block direct view of the stove is another crucial thing. This is the only major thing for the whole house which he mentioned. At least I can place my stove facing the toilet without any major consequences. I do pick up a few pointers along the way when he explained to me earlier.   He even gave advice on our handphone's numbers as it reflects our luck and fortune. And it's damn accurate for both of us. Mine is a good number although the last four digits do spell a bad omen to Chinese. Babe's number was unfortunately not that good and is recommended to change it to another number which the Master will give to her.

For the price that we're paying, I think it's quite worth it and the quality of the advice given are very good too. Like I mentioned earlier, he even bundle in the handphone number advice (FOC) which he normally charge RM200. Now I can finally start my renovation this coming Thursday as the Master had calculated which is the best date. hahahaa!! Yes, it's a Public Holiday, but I got something up my sleeves.

The Proposal (Part 6) - The Moment

Finally arriving on the final chapter (I hope), which is the actually dinner itself. As I mentioned earlier, I had gone through their menu and know what I wanted to order for both of us. As Eva said, this shows the sincerity and also ordering on behalf of the lady first is another tip I picked up for an added point. So we chatted while waiting for our 5 course meal to arrive. Yes, this is our first fine dinning together so we're a bit excited too.

While waiting for our first course to arrive, we talk bout normal updates on each others life since I don't want to get so heavy before the appetizer.

Babe was really happy with her Grilled Sea Scallop.

I am enjoying my Black Mussel Saffron soup too.

The main course arrived, and I decided to get a picture together. Testing the quality of the lighting actually before the big event. There is a French couple sitting next to us puffing their fags, it's a bit disturbing for babe, but we can't do much bout it. Sigh~!

Babe, really enjoyed her Rack of Lamb with goat's cheese crust. I think she can sense something is coming.

As for me, I am enjoying my Mountain honey roasted duck breast. At this moment Mr.Wan is signaling if he should brought out the flowers. I gave him the signal to hold on. Right after the delicious dessert, I excused myself with an excuse to prepare the cupcakes. Oh, yeah,  it was babe's birthday that night. So she thought the cupcakes was for her birthday. Cleaver me~! Hitting two birds with one stone. Hehe~!

I placed the box of unopened cupcakes on the table and hold her hand while seriously looking into her sweet brown eyes. I asked her to moved in to my new house but she rejected as we're not official married or registered. She always said that I didn't even proposed to her so I don't have to think so far. So I asked what if I proposed NOW? She was taken aback. At that time, I signaled the guy and he brought in the bouquet of Ferrero Rocher and I go kneeling on the floor while opening the box. I asked her to read what's written on it.

At this point she was a bit confused and excited at the same time. She was asking where is the ring. I told her I don't have money to get her one now.

Maybe she can take the one made from fondant in the box. She was a bit disappointed I think.
At this moment I asked her to look inside the Tiffany box next to the fondant ring in the box.

When she popped open the box, there it is, the diamond ring. I believe I sensed some really touching memorable moment right there and then.

Yes, I told her it's a REAL diamond ring. Yes, it's looked bigger than it seemed. I think I need to slap her back to reality when she saw the ring. haha~!

Without further a do, I quickly slipped the ring into her finger.

And not forgetting the Ferrero Rocher of course which she really really LOVE. I can see from her face there.

So what's her answer? The picture says it all.

The face of a happy women~!
All the 'ang moh' in the restaurant clapped when she accepted my proposal. It was really meaningful and memorable moment for both of us. The proposal cupcakes, the bouquet of Ferrero Rocher, the perfect cut diamond, a beautiful dinner and the perfect moment for both of us. Thank you to all those who are involved in making this proposal a memorable one for both of us. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart. Without you, I am sure the night wouldn't be perfect as it is.

Flowers RM200, Diamond Ring RM5K, Dinner RM400 that smile on her face when she say YES, Priceless!!

The Proposal (Part 5) - The Day

Finally everything is in place, the cupcakes, the perfect diamond ring, the best restaurant and also the bouquet of everlasting sweetness. The day started off quite well for me as I wasn't that busy and able to settled off all my work before heading to The Curve to meet up with the baker herself, TTB to pick up my order. She explained to me the whole design particularly the Tiffany box.  Actually I am still contemplating whether to use it or not. I am still carrying the ring the whole night and only decided to place the ring into the Tiffany box at the last minute. As you can see, the ring fits (almost) perfectly into the box. I had to snuffed the ring deep down to cover the top. Maybe the ring is a bit big? :ÞI would like to thank TTB again for the secrecy of the whole 'project' and the beautiful cupcakes.

After collecting the package I drove down to babe's house and bath before heading down to the restaurant. I am still calling the florist to confirmed the delivery time over at babe's house and they could only confirmed it around 6.30pm and the dinner is at 8pm. So you can understand my nervousness. Drive down was a breeze as it was Thursday night and most of the people are having the buka puasa at that time. I didn't want babe to see the cupcakes as it was a surprise so I hide it under the seats all the way to the restaurant. Arrived around 7.45pm and walked into the restaurant after being greeted by the manager, Mr. Wan. Had a small quick chat with him on the arrangement and passing him the cupcakes. Told me that the bouquet had arrived and I am so relived at that moment. Now everything is perfect. Next would be the perfect dinner.

The Proposal (Part 4) - The Bouquet

After making up my mind about the venue I thought the hard decision making part will be over. Or so I thought. In all proposal movies or real life stories which I heard so far, most of the proposal has flowers involved. So I thought, I need a bouquet of flowers too. I had tried asking babe what type of flowers which she like but she didn't have any in particular. For proposal, roses would be the ideal choice. But how many is enough? a dozen? 24 roses or go crazy with 99? Then I got an idea, chocolate.

So I decided to get something different. Since babe love Ferrero Rocher, I had decided to gave her a bouquet of Ferrero Rocher. In this way, we can indulge ourselves with something good and not seeing those roses fades as time pass by.  I had checked on a few website and even walked in to some florist to check on the best pricing and concluded that Noel has the best package. Now, how to hide it from my babe? Eva advice me to send the bouquet directly to the restaurant and informed the manager beforehand. And that is what I did. There were some last minute rush and confusion as Noel can't confirmed on the delivery time of the package. Imagine me proposing and the bouquet isn't there yet. That is strange and defeats the whole purpose of it. But luckily after some massive calling and 'communication' with the person in charge, everything was in place. Marvelous~!

The Proposal (Part 3) - The Venue

The third part after getting the perfect ring would be finding the perfect dinning venue for the proposal. I had run out of idea and decided to call upon help from some close friends. Wanie recommended 7ate9 but decided to call it off as it's a bit crowded since it's a dinning plus bar restaurant. I thought of Tamarind Springs but we been there before and I wanted somewhere special and we had never been before. I also wanted a place which will still be there for years to come as to show everlasting. Yes, I am a bit superstitious to some extent. So I had called upon Eva and Terrence for help. Since both of them had been to some really exclusive restaurants, I had a lot of faith in them.

Eva had recommended a few but one catch my attention. It's a Sun Set Dinner Cruise at The Mines. You can choose from a few packages for a romantic boat ride just the two of us along The Mines lake. Imagine a perfect dinner just the two of us, sun set view, roses, diamond ring and I am proposing on my knee. It's the perfect memorable moment but I am worried about one thing, the weather. It's very uncertain in our country. I am really worried that the perfect moment would be ruin by the weather at the end. So I save this as a back up and kept on searching.

I heard about Frangipani and I had around about the place. Checked out their website and look at their menu. The place seemed to have a good ambiance and has one of the best French fine dining restaurant in town. I had asked Terence since he's been there before and he gave me some other recommendation and one of them is Le Bouchon which I decided to go at the end. I almost booked Frangipani but since I read a lot of negative reviews online bout the service and also inconsistency in the quality of their food which made me calling off the idea.

Went over to Le Bouchon with Ken for a visit before the actual day and meet with their manager to expressed my intention and ideas. Mr. Wan is very accommodating and easy to work with as I had told him my preparation and he gave me some ideas on how to 'pop' the ring out. The place also served French fine dining similar to Frangipani but the later is more towards modern and the first being more homely which I preferred. Deciding between this three restaurants really makes me running up and down since I wanted to surveyed the places before I confirmed. I wanted the night to be perfect so I need to be there and feel it beforehand. Le Bouchon really fulfill my requirements and the rest is history as they say it. So what's next? Flowers? Too normal for me.

The Proposal (Part 2) - The Stone

After settling the cake for the special night, I had decided to start shopping for the perfect 'stone' for my lovely future wife. But I am a fool when it comes to diamond. Since my sweetheart is a diamond expert, hence the difficulty of the task had escalated to the max for me. But being a resourceful guy, I had called upon a favor from my gym-mate, Wanie. She had obligingly accepted my invitation and off we go to the nearest place, Pyramid. We had dinner and I had explained to her the requirements or criteria of the 'stone' that we're searching for. So we don't go looking at every single ring in every boutique inside Pyramid. After the dinner, we went straight to the first shop, Diamond & Platinum

The staff which served us is a lady and she's very friendly too. She had introduced one of the new line called Estrella. Just to briefly explained what is Estrella and what is the hyped about. Estrella diamonds are D&P's signature diamond. Estrella diamond has the immaculate cut, excellent proportions and perfect symmetry and polish that less than 1% of the diamonds in the world are able to match to its uncompromising beauty. I am not exaggerating, these are the words used in their website. We were shown with a few design from the Estrella range and one caught my attention. It's actually a love shape ring or tear drop when you see it from the front. I know this is the ring that I am looking for. But I can't just buy the ring at the first shop I enter. So we had decided to pay Poh Kong a visit.

We went over to PK's Diamond Boutique and there wasn't much design to choose from. The sales person wasn't that enthusiastic in selling me their diamond compared to D&P. When the manager came over to talk or rather lectured us on their diamond, we found that it's a bit too harsh. We felt uncomfortable the whole session and finally we walked back to D&P and they informed me that they could kept the ring for me for 2 more days before displaying it out again at the counter. Initially we wanted to go over De Gems or other outlets to survey more but finally decided to just go with the first one as everything is perfect and I am totally satisfied with the diamond's weight, color and clarity.  So went back again the week after and bought it. So now, the ring is settled too. Next would be the venue which I am really challenged my limit as you know I am a flogger myself. But let leave that for the next part for now.

The Proposal (Part 1) - The Cake

The cat is out of the hat by now. Everyone should have heard of the news by now. Yes, I had finally proposed to my long time sweetheart, Romiko. It was a perfect night out at one of the best French restaurant in town, flowers (or rather Ferrero), a beautiful proposal cupcakes from my best baker and a perfect cut stone. I am on my knee and .... Well let leave that for later for now. I had decided to divide the whole planning process into a few posts as it would be a lengthy post if I post everything in one. For starter, I am going to tell how the whole proposal started off.

I had always wanted a perfect moment or the right moment to do the proposal. I know, not everyone has the same idea as I do, but heck, it's a once in a life time thingy anyway. Why not make it memorable. To be frank I am not a very romantic guy so I don't do any mushy stuff. So coming up with this whole proposal thingy really tested the limit of mind. I know I wanted something memorable. So I thought of doing it at some fancy restaurant. But that's not enough. Doing it after a fine dinner with roses and diamond is too common. So I decided to do something different. One of my gym-mate, TTB (Tea Room Baker) is a good baker and had created lots of creation for birthday and all type of occasions. But never a proposal cake. So I got creative and had a discussion with her and told her my intention and idea. The theme would be Keroro Gunsho from a famous Japanese Anime.
I know what I wanted. So it's actually quite easy from there. She's very good with the decorations and also the orientation of the cupcakes. So we exchange ideas and finally decided on the decoration. I'd requested for a sketch of the whole 'project' and she is so nice to come back to me with the above picture. I am still deciding whether to get a real diamond ring or just use a fake one that comes with the cake or not at that time. She had even included a Tiffany ring box for me to place the 'real ring' if I had decided to get one later on. The main character, Keroro (Green Frog) would be holding the ring and would be larger than the other frogs characters. And the most important thing would be the message, "Will You Marry Me?". We had decided to have the word 'Yes' being place with some of the character for her to choose as a reply to my proposal that night. And the word 'No' is not an option. So I am covered.

Now the cake is done. So I left with shopping for the perfect ring and also finding the right venue. For ring shopping purposes, I had looked for another gym-mate of mine, Wanie. Trust me when I say that this women know her diamonds. I am not going to talk about that now and gonna leave it for the next post. Gonna let you digest on this first post for now.

Apple's New iPod Touch

A quick recap in the world of my favorite fruit, Apple. OK, lame joke. Anyway, Apple had just just unveils their new lines of iDevices in their recent special event yesterday. First on the shelves would be the new iPod Touch which come with the Retina Display similar to iPhone 4. In other word, it is also come with a front facing camera and rear camera too. And the best news would be this baby gonna pack with the new A4 processor similar to iPhone 4. This new iPod Touch will has the exact same feature on iPhone 4 except no calls only. The front and rear facing camera means that Apple is bringing Facetime video call to the new iPod Touch.

New iPod Touch user would be able to make FaceTime video call to other new iPod Touch and aslo iPhone 4 users. You can also do HD vieo recording and editing by using the new iPod Touch thanks to the rear camera. But you can only take 1MP picture using the rear camera due to the compact size of iPod Touch. It also comes with a 3-axis gyroscope similar to iPhone 4 which makes gaming more exciting. The new iPod Touch will come with the new iOS 4.1 which is now only available for the master designer. Hopefully it will be out for download soon. The new 8GB iPod Touch will cost USD299, 32GB for USD299 and 64GB for USD399. The new iPod Touch will be available for sale by next week in the United States.

And here's a commercial ad for the new coming Apple iPod Touch
