Morning:- Saw a massive jam piling up from the petrol station in KESAS till HICOM Shah Alam. What the hell happened? I guess it's the traffic light being faulty at the big intersection. Passed the overhead and saw another piled up on the other side of the road. SMS LP and asked if she'd caught in the jam.
Afternoon:-
Finished off my appointment in the morning and rushed to Axis to pick up my SIL and went back home. As I need to send my brother to Sunway Medical for another X-ray and second opinion on his leg. The doctor had suggested that he be admitted in tonight and continue with an operation tomorrow afternoon to insert two plate and nuts onto the leg. My gosh~! Operation~!!! But doctor said it was minor operation.
Night:-
Managed to joined BS at 5.40pm tonight. So long didn't do but I still got it. Continued with Sue's BP class. Damn I was tired from the squat track. And she dedicated the 4th track to me. haha!!! Walkin On Water (not that tough la .. haha!!!). Continued my 3rd class which is Master T's BC. Damn your class was packed and freaking HOT tonight. And I do mean temperature HOT and not the other one. haha~!!! So here's the run down for tonight:-
- Angels (another all time favourite)
- Thunderstruck (did I heard anyone said THUNDER!!)
- Luv U More (so long didn't do also)
- Jigga Jigga (again.....!!!)
- Elevator (you can't go wrong with this track)
- Call Me (slow and easy .. but it's better when we did it on Sunday morning)
- So What! (tiring but nice~!!!)
- Nami (what the hell is this??!!!)
- Switch (long time didn't do, but gonna do something similar for 3 weeks)
- Blaze of Glory (finally we did the complete track~!)
After the class I didn't join for minum as I need to send my bro into Sunway Medical by 10pm. Gym tomorrow? NO!!! Cause SOS already booked tickets to watch Kung Fu Panda with LGM, Arianna and Chee Ling. Without asking me and MD. I truly know when we are not needed and important anymore. Can you hear that? Sound of our heart breaking~!!!!
