It was Wednesday and we all know what that means, well at least my gym partners in crime does. Lilian's RPM Challenge at Uptown. But it was special tonight as she was launching the new RPM 43 and in conjunction with Miracle 09, we need to pay RM10 for the class. Well since it's for charity and it's not that expensive, I had decided to get a book (which cost RM30). Surprisingly it wasn't a full class. We waited till 6.30 sharp and there were still 5 more bike available. So for my partner in crime, one word, WASTED!
Anyway, there was one slight change in the line up tonight. It was supposed to be Lilian launching together with Eric C but he forgot that he was supposed to launch at Axis at the same time. So Eric C was replaced by Pat tonight. So how was the new release? To be honest, it wasn't as tough as the previous release. Now don't get me wrong, it was tough but it wasn't as tough as the older releases. Even the Spaceman and Cry For You wasn't as tough as Dance Floor Anthem and Because The Night from previous release. Maybe cause it wasn't a challenge class. But I did sweat like hell as usual.

After the class, I still have another RM10 coupon and decided to join Ben & Klevin's Body Pump launch. Yes, I gave my another RM10 to QQ since she wanna join Lilian's class. Hehe!! Not bad, the class was almost full but it's nice that it wasn't that cramp if compared to Sue P or K-Bear's classes. So how was the pump class? Well Klevin did the first half while Ben take it from there on. Maybe I am not familiar with Klevin's cue or the pre-cue was a bit confusing, so I was a bit lost during the Chest track. Warm Up was alright, nothing special. But during Pink's It's All Your Fault my legs was slowly giving way. As the track was fast pace with lots of singles and 4 sets of bottom halves and 2 & 4 bottom halves in between.
Chest was really slow and since the pre-cue was not 'accurate' hence I didn't really enjoyed the track. The pace is slow and get this, there is no full reset on top but rather holding it at the middle and going down again from there. But it wasn't that tough, so mental note, add weights. True Believer was so short. Well I mean in term of the length of the song that is. There were only 3 sets of clean and press with 4 sets of single rows continue after with a break after the second set. So I had added another kg after the break. Not a tough track but a good Karaoke track though. Keep Getting Better by Christina wasn't that tough too. As the whole track didn't involved any bar but just push ups, kick backs and finishing off with a standing overhead press. Nickleback's Gotta Be Somebody is a nice track to do but it wasn't as tough as Pink's So What from the previous release. Lots of singles and bottom halves but you will survive that.
Raindrop's by Sash gave a new meaning to lunges. It was darn tough. Maybe cause my legs was already weak after the squats track and there is more squats in this track with bottom halves too. Crazy~! Thunderstruck by AC/DC is a familiar track if you are a combater. Nice strong track with lots of mac -raise and ends with the bars. There is a new move during Kanye West's Love Lockdown which is called the rotator plank. But nothing special to me as I had been doing this position since they started the plank. haha! Lucky me! And we cool it all down with the sound Beyonce's If I Were A Boy. Nice~!
