Johor Premium Outlets @ Indahpura

Finally I managed to pay Johor Premium Outlets (JPO) a visit last week during my monthly journey down South. You can actually see the place from North-South after passing the Senai (U) exit. It's actually quite simple to reach the place. You just exit Senai (U), then take the Tuas Exit and finally Indahpura Exit. From here on you can just follow the direction since you can see the outlet from here. Parking was not an issue and the fee is RM3 per entry. 

Once entering the main entrance (since there's a few actually at the side), you can see a lot of outlets on both side. There's even Maybank around for you to get some cash right away.

The place is divided into upper street and lower street. On the lower street you have the usual brands like Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, Braun Buffel and lots more to choose from. 

Towards the end, we have the Nike Store. 

Plenty of shoes to choose from but nothing really fancy me here. Can't get my training glove too. Sigh~!

Starbucks is here together with Coffee Bean, Baskin Robbins, Crispy Crepe, Kampachi Japanese restaurant and a few not so familiar names.

A/X, CK and DKNY are on the same row. 

Other than Nike, they offer Adidas and Puma too. 

Here are some of the sales at Braun Buffel during my trip. 

Sales items are off season but who cares. The discount ranges from 30-70%. 

Wallets are normally 20-50% discount here. 

For bigger items like bags, it ranges from 40-50%.

Surprisingly the 70% are for their shoes. 

If you are hungry after a long shop, there's a big air condition food court with various type of dishes for you to dine in. 

Actually if you don't mind getting off season's items, this is definitely a good place for good bargains. At least it's 100% genuine. For items like bed sheets (Akemi) or sports clothing, we don't really care if it's season or off-season right? Was told that it would be crowded but was surprised that it wasn't when I arrive. Maybe it's a weekday during lunch hour. Do give this place a visit if you are around the area.

Early Birds Catch The Early Worm

And so the saying goes. I arrived at Atria around 9.30am for the Adidas warehouse sales. I heard someone arrived as early as 8.30am. LOL!!! There were only around less than 20 people when I arrived. I heard that most of the people were queuing up at the other side entrance. Luckily I had choose to use this entrance although it's a bit further but it wasn't that pack.

Loraine saw me while I was queuing up and we did some catching up while waiting to go in. She was there with her friend. When we arrived at the entrance of the hall, CP was just right in front of me. People were pushing and shoving at that time. Typical Malaysian antics.

Initially I didn't managed to found anything worth buying but it was because I was reading the price tag wrongly. LOL! So before I left, I had managed to get myself 3 Climate 365 (which is equivalent to Nike Fit Dry) shirts, 1 Clima365 TechFit (which is equivalent to Nike Pro Fit), 2 pairs of Clima365 & ClimaCool shorts and 2 pairs of Chelsea & Liverpool jersey each. The total purchase for the day is RM 340 for me. I know, it's so darn cheap for all of the stuff. Didn't bought any shoes as the Bounce for man wasn't attractive compared to the ladies which I saw.

Paying counters were sufficient this time around. There were at least 6 counters for credit card and 2 for cash. I'd waited for 5 minutes and it was already my turn using credit card.

Saw the queue was so darn long when I left. I heard from the forum that the crowd had reduced after 5pm. But there wasn't much stuff to buy anymore. They will not replenish the stocks anymore. So for anyone who is going tomorrow or the day after, you be buying what we all had left over today. So my advice for those who wanna go for this sales again next round, better be early or don't go at all. I heard that they will be organizing another sales in two months time. Well lets just hope that they will choose a better venue next time around.

Boosting The Econony Pt.2

Saturday:-
It was after my house hunting @ Kemuning that we decided to drop by Pyramid to get some beach wear for our coming Krabi trip. So as we're searching around for some good swim suits, as usual we drop by Nike and Adidas for a peek as they are having some sales. Babe got herself another pants for gym and I got myself a new T. Thanx dear for the shirt. Continued with our venture into Jusco and finally got myself two sets of beach shorts and another T-shirt. OMG, I am spending too much but it's so darn cheap. After close to 4 hours of shopping, babe still haven't decided on her swim wear. At the end we decided to call it a day or else we be shopping till dinner. Had dinner at Bellygood and got home and rest. Got some supplements for my mom at Guardian warehouse sales earlier today. What a bargain, Efamol's EPO + Fish Oil for only RM 24 per bottle of 300 caps. Money spent but for the sake of my mom's health, you can't put a price tag on that.

Sunday:-
Woke up early and spent 4 hours waiting for my babe at the saloon doing her hair. What a long day. After she's done, went to Guardian warehouse sales again to get check if their Glucosamine and their Pamelo Seed had arrived or not. The good lady was so nice to ask me to leave her my number so that she can call me when it arrive. What do you think, I had spent almost close to RM 400 at her stall. Had early dinner and went home but bro called as he wanted to get himself a sunglasses at the warehouse. So went again with bro and he managed to get himself a sunglasses at the end. Babe bought some supplements for her mom and dog. Had dinner again with bro and since I had packed the roast duck earlier, so we had Loh Mee & Fried Rice @ Tua Huat with Roast Duck from Loong Foong. Luckily the lady boss allowed us to bring in the food and ate it. Sent my babe back KBT and pack my stuff for tomorrow's class. What a long day I had.

What's Up With Me

Friday:-
The weekend pass by quite fast for me. Friday was a really busy day for me as I was rushing for my work and appointments and forecast for next year' sales and all. My girl got locked in my house and I need to 'save' her later that day. Dinner appointment with my old gang of friends. It was nice gathering and chatting with you all. Aldred, I will consider on the Japan trip with you next year.

Got home and continued to watch my CSI season 8. It was really sad at the end of the season when Warrick Brown was being 'killed' after being in the show since day 1. And he is one of the best character I like most in the show next to Grissom. Losing Sara during the mid of Season 8 doesn't help much too. Sigh~!!! Still waiting for the new episode from Supernatural and also Gossip Girls.

Saturday:-
Had to woke up early as I need to send my car for major service. It's another 60,000km down the road and it's just 1-1/2 year since I last changed my timing belt. My previous job requires me to travel a lot and now I need to pay the price for it. Bingy came over and we had dim sum breakfast as usual. I think this is our quarterly routine, as we will go for the same restaurant at the same time before heading down to KL. Yes, it's PC Fair. Managed to get myself a retractable mouse and a headphone. Fark~! Found out the mouse not working when I got back. Damn it~! Romiko and Bingy got themselves a 320GB of WD 2.5" portable HDD. Damn cheap~!

PC Fair this time around wasn't as packed as the previous one. Recession or maybe most of the people are on holidays? Anyway, show girls are lesser but they did hired some really cute girls. LOL~! Came back and found out the damage of my major service, RM738. There goes my claim for last month. It was raining super heavy when I got home. House nearly got flooded again, it was just few inches away from over flowing the dam. Lucky~!!!

Yes, that's my dog taking a sip of the water. LOL!

By this time, I was getting ready for the worst case scenario.

Sunday:-
All of us had a really good sleep as it was still raining since yesterday. Looked at the time and it's around noon. So I woke up and prepared breakfast in bed for my girl. Chopped all the ingredients up for my special sandwich. Tomato, onions, tuna, mayo, cheese, frankfurter with bread. Finished the whole loaf of bread. Nice~! Continued with our drama series in bed till late noon.

Thought of getting some last minute warehouse sales from Converse with my girl. Luckily they had extended another hour for the sales and extended mark down for the items. Was supposedly accompanying my girl to get her some clothes but at the end I got myself another pair of shoe. What can I say, the sales person further mark down the shoe for me as it was the last pair and it was my size. It's was like the shoe was waiting for me (OK OK, that was too dramatic). One more sales to go and I will call it a year. :P

I Saw You

Yes another holiday for me this week. Damn I am so happy to be working in Selangor. Woke up early as I was planning to go to the Converse warehouse sales this morning. Arrived around 9.30am and luckily the queue wasn't that long. Managed to get in right after they opened up the door. The brand available are Converse, Everlast, Kappa and Lee Cooper. Got myself two hoodies from Everlast. It's a good bargain as both is less than RM50.

Left early as I got a lunch appointment with my ex-colleagues in KL. We went to this place called Maredo Argentina Steakhouse. It was recommended by both my colleagues. So the 6 of us had a very filling and satisfying lunch. I was passing by Padi House when I saw a familiar face. She was walking alone maybe after lunch? But it's 3pm??? Gave her a call and she was really surprised when I mentioned that I saw her. Yes dear, we Hor Mia people from Selangor is not working today. So we will all be seeing you in 2 weeks time. And yes, we will all be suffering if what you said to me do happen. LOL~!

Adidas Warehouse Sales

Been waiting forward for this sales whole week. And it didn't disappoint me a bit. Arrived around 9.50am and the queue was already very long. But managed to get in with the first batch of people. So there were still a lot of people queuing up to go in when I'm inside.

Quickly saw the Adidas Bounce sport shoe and grab a pair and try it on. Fit just right~! This is definitely my best buy of the day. For those who know the actual price, well I got it for RM120. (laughing all the way to the bank!!)

I think I saw this one on sales previously at one of their outlet. It's pink and it's compact. Like the design of the bag and it's suitable for normal outing and it's quite sporty too. Embroidery of Adidas logos around the bag.

This is a bigger bag which was really nice. I preferred this bad as the design is really class and the inner compartment was really nice. Can't show you here but trust me it's like LeSportSec inside. Can't decide which one to get her, so bought both. No head ache. LOL!

My girl need a pair of shoe for her dance class, so decided to get her a pair. But there were so much design to choose from. So took some pictures and sent to her to decide.

But at the end I got her something else which I think was better. It's light weight and it's pretty flexible. With colorful imprint of Adidas all over the shoe. Got this for RM120.

Before I queue up to pay, saw a snicker which was really cool. There's even a Kung Fu picture at the side. How cool. And it only cost me RM120.

Just when I thought that I had gone through hell to get the shoes and bags and getting ready to leave, the queue was crazy. People were everywhere. The queue was very messy as those paying cash and cards got mixed up. Waited around 20mins just to pay my stuff. Crowd got ugly for those still waiting outside to get in. As they controlled the amount of people to come in at one time. The crowd easily exceeds 200pax at one time. So it's good to be there as early as possible to get the good stuff. Luckily they have 9 counters to cater all the buyers. Or else, I can't imagine how long I would need to wait. Lesson learn, bring cash!

Clothes are selling very cheap as low as RM10 - RM50. Shoes at RM20 - RM120 max. Bags ranges from RM10 - RM60 max. So it's really a bargain and well worth the long queue and wait. Even saw some girl checking out with at least 8 pairs of shoes not including the clothing. But for me, no time to check out the clothes as it was really pack and don't feel like getting anything for now.

Sales Sales Sales

There are so many warehouse sales going on now days. I was in DKSH sales last weekend. And today I was in Guardian & Adidas warehouse sales. Managed to get my supplies of supplements for my parents. Lucky! And a whole lot of snicker bars, Hershey's kisses and Lindts chocolate. LOL~! As for the clothes, there wasn't much to choose from. Mostly Mizuno brand.

Step class was quite full today but I still managed to get my usual spot. Did some really nice tracks tonight. Sue was finally back and she has given us a taste of the new release. Well not the actual tracks but she always prepares us for the new release with something similar from the previous ones. So does it means there a lot of bottom half during biceps? God help us all. Delon was replacing Master T and not Eugene. A last minute change I think. But it's a really power class we had last night. Whole class was so energetic yesterday night. As for the tracks, well lets just say it's not normal. Can't really elaborate much in here though. LOL~!

Went for minum as usual, and CP decided to joined us (MD, BQ and me) after gym. So we had a long chat on BQ's trip to HK previously. Then it started to rain so heavily around 11.30pm. We managed to leave the place around 12.30am. Still need to wash my gym clothes. Sigh~! But since it's a rainy night and that only means a good night sleep, I am OK with it.

PS: And the best part was, Jackpot and Co. wasn't there tonight. YES~!!!!

More Sales Sales & Sales

It was another crazy morning for me today as I woke up early to rushed over Jalan University for the annual Diethelm Stock Clearance. It's written 9.30am to 5pm but when I arrived around 9.10am, people were already leaving the place with bags of stuff they bought. I heard that they had already started the sales before 9am. My gosh~! The sales offers a lot of house appliances, personal care products, kitchen use products, food and beverages and more. I managed to get myself some stuff before I left for the other sales.Three bags of Ruffles cost me RM10, 6 limited edition M&Ms cost me RM10, 6pcs of OralB tooth brush cost RM5 and Darlie tooth paste with FOC clipper cost RM5. All together I spent around RM30 at this sales.
Next stop, Glenmarie in Shah Alam for Network Food Warehouse Clearance. The crowd was less overhere and not that packed. So it isn't that hard to get what I wanted and checking out the expiry dates. The place offers Van Houten chocolates, Crispy, Tango, Kandos to name a few. They are also selling tupperwares at super cheap prices and also wine glasses and accessories. 4 packs of Crispy for RM5, 2 big Crispy for RM5, 20packets of Van Houten Chocolate Drink for RM6, one Assorted Van Houten Chocolate for RM6, one can of Kandos Choclate for RM3 and 2 pc of Tupperware for RM1. Super cheap sales!!!
My last stop will be Hasbro Branded Toys Warehouse Sales in Shah Alam. This was a killer. The crowds were mostly adults surprisingly. So do they offers? Wide range of branded toys ranging from Transformers, Marvels, Indiana Jones, Starwars, Play Doh, Parker Brothers and most popular Monopoly. People were like buying in bulks of toys. You wouldn't believe the price they are throwing. People like me were madly waiting for them to replenish the stock for the mini monopoly sets. Some ladies were shouting and dragging and all. Imagine 3rd world country people reaction when they saw the UN giving them milk and breads. Yes, it was that havoc. haha~! Luckily I managed to get myself 2 sets of the limited Monopoly sets. It's only RM10/set. Nice~!!
So here is the whole lot that I had spent for the day. Yes, a lot of food. My fridge was full with my food and drinks already since I had moved back last week. haha~! I did passed by Padini Warehouse Clearance in Glenmarie before heading to Shah Alam. I was super shocked to see the super long queue (around 1KM long) and the traffic congested due to the heavy vehicles blocking the roads. It's that crazy!!

Sales Sales Sales - Pt.1

It was a day full of warehouse sales yesterday. I had lunch with SOS over at 1Utama and rushed over to Armada hotel short after that to joined my ex-colleague (Terence and Calvin) for Hush Puppies warehouse sales. There's a lot of people in the place already when I arrived. Didn't managed to get myself anything as the size that I wanted wasn't available. And I had bought a new shoe at last month's sales also. Sux~! Later we went to Wisma Hamodal for Toys R Us warehouse sales. Wasn't much to see as most of the good stuff had been sold off.

Decided to joined two of them for gym at Celebrity Fitness as I couldn't make it for my usual Friday routine at Consplant. So packed my stuff and off I went to Subang Parade for Raymond's Body Combat class. Damn his PC broke down so he couldn't rehearse the new BC37, or else we be doing it that day. Anyway, here's the run down that he did:-

So went over and K-Bear was doing the cool down at that time. Managed to sneak in and do the final Kata for the cool down. Sweet~! Long minum session at Canai Cafe and left after midnight. Damn tired~!
