RPM 45 Sizzler + Track List

So what is the new RPM 45 had in store for us, this is what Les Mill had got to say bout the new release.

RPM™ 45 is all about creating awareness of how to use resistance. Show your class how much resistance to use, how to find it, what it feels like and what the benefits are. Also coach your class to ride fast – find the working load and ride the beat! Set off on the open road to the uplifting classic Life Is A Highway. Your heart rate will pick up in Track 2 with three fast sprints and one small climb.

Use this track to find the right working load. Listen to the lyrics in Track 4! Take a leap of faith and close your eyes when you hit the fast sprints to All On Our Own by New Zealand band Midnight Youth. Power equals force times speed. The more resistance you use, the further distance you are going to travel and the more calories you’re going to burn. So switch on to power up! Track 5 is all about razor-sharp attacks. Don’t be fooled by the fun nature of The Prodigy’s Piranha – this is intense and you will be challenged! Quadruple resistance turns and Standing Attacks will push your heart rate through the roof. Speed is the focus for Track 6. Gradually increase your leg speed to this iconic RPM™ track – Bruised Water by Chicane featuring Natasha Bedingfield. Switch from speed to strength in Track 7. Look out for the heavy Power Climbs!

Recover to The Man Who Can’t Be Moved from Irish band The Script. Let the heartbeat drop before stretching and lengthening your muscles to Adele’s beautiful Chasing Pavements.

And not forgetting the track list for the new release.

1. Life Is A Highway – Milan Roscoe
2. Miles Away – CJ Murray
3. True Faith (CK Kaine Remix) – Liz Kay
4. All On Our Own – Midnight Youth
5. Piranha – The Prodigy
6. Bruised Water – Chicane feat. Natasha Bedingfield
7. Burn It To The Ground – Swade
8. The Man Who Can’t Be Moved – The Script
9. Chasing Pavements – Adele

Yes, the last power track will be super powerful with the strong track from Burn It To The Ground (BC41)

Body Step 78 Sizzler + Track List

I had actually saw some part of the warm up of the new release and I totally love it. I think my passion of LM GX programs varies through out every launch. I am so into Body Step mood this time. And here is what the new Body Step 78 is all about.

Get ready to lift the energy to new heights with the athletic BODYSTEP® 78! You will also get the chance to strike some fabulous poses, get funky with the dance flava and, of course, work on your endurance. Stay low and check your posture to Sneaky Sound System’s Pictures in Track 2. You’ll stick with the photo-shoot theme in Track 3, striking poses to Girls On Film while starting to build up the intensity with strong Over The Tops. Turn it up in Track 4! Your heart rate will climb high with the Power Knee Lifts. Look out for new move the Quarter-Turn Curl Combo.

Add some attitude to the lower-body workout in Track 5. MadLab sums it up well with Wiggle It. Let it rip Across The Top in Track 6! You’ll reach your second cardio peak in this athletic track while singing along to She Is Beautiful.

Use Track 7 as a cardio recovery while sculpting your lower body. You’ll feel like you are walking a tightrope with the Lunges and Knee Lifts to Britney Spears’ Circus. Bring on the Party Step Track! It’s your turn to shine and ‘dance with the stars’. Feel the rhythm and get into it with Mambo Cha-Chas and powerful Propulsive Hamstring Curls.

Every little thing about Track 9 is magic! This is the Speed Step Track so lift your knees up and run like an athlete on the sprint track. If it’s possible, reach even higher in Track 10! Rock out with Knee Repeaters and new move the 3 Knee Rocker before working on your leg strength in Track 11 with 1-Legged Squats and the Tree Pose.

And here is the tracklist for the new release. Enjoy~!

Body Pump 72 Sizzler + Track List

Sorry for the late updates on the track list and I think most of you out there had already managed to find it by now, but nevertheless, it's my pleasure to give to you the playlist for the up coming Body Pump 72. And here is what Les Mills had got to say bout the new release.

BODYPUMP® 72 is all about making your class stronger, faster. How? By focusing on Bottom Halves and Partial Range movements, the rest phase is eliminated and the muscles are kept under tension for longer. Look forward to a challenging workout and an overall strength blast where active recovery is your only break! Brace your abs and prepare for more Bottom Halves than you bargained for in the Squats Track. Kelly Clarkson will motivate you to keep going with her huge hit I Do Not Hook Up. New Zealand’s own Dane Rumble sings Track 3 – Always Be There. Bottom Halves and Slow Bottom Halves will put your chest muscles under tension for a little bit longer than usual. Ouch! The good news is this will give you results faster. The Triceps Track is sweet like Sugar! Again, Bottom Halves are the name of the game.

Challenge yourself and go a bit heavier than normal in the rocky and upbeat Biceps Track. The Bicep Row returns, attacking your guns from a different direction. It’s back to the legs in the intense Track 7. The Lunges stick with the theme of the release – you guessed it – lots of Bottom Halves that will push up your heart and burn calories. The Shoulders Track is a tribute to the legend that is Michael Jackson – make sure you watch the DVD for this one! The range of motion in the Singles has been shortened to ¾ Range. Grit your teeth and hang on! Ciara and Justin Timberlake will take you through the Abdominals Track with Love Sex Magic. The mix of deep, lower abdominals work and the Walking Hover will chisel your six-pack and at the same time strengthen your core.

Warmup: If (Freemasons 2009 Re-Dub) – Freemasons Feat. Hazel Fernandes
Squats: I Do Not Hook Up – Kelly Clarkson

Body Combat 42 Sizzler + Track List

Here's the new Body Combat 42 Sizzler from the lady herself, Rach~! Enjoy!!

And this is what Les Mills had got to say bout the new Body Combat 42.

The Muay Thai inspired BODYCOMBAT® 42 transports the class to Bangkok! This release will take you on a Martial Arts journey, from Karate and Tae kwon do to the boxing ring. Fight your way through and hope you’ve got enough left in the tank for the epic Muay Thai onslaught that is Track 7! Sing along to Kelly Clarkson’s I Do Not Hook Up while warming up with Side, Front and Roundhouse Kicks.

Then get ready for Karate and Tae kwon do in a battle of Martial Arts in Track 2! Find out how fit you really are in Track 3. Boxing is the name of the game in six rounds of interval training. You are in the ring and you don’t stop!

Watch out for the new move in Track 4 – the Sweep will knock your opponent out of the way and work your inner thighs at the same time. The class splits into two groups for some social interaction, fighting style, before you’re whisked away to Brazil. You will be practicing the art of defense and attack in authentic Capoeira to The Prodigy’s Warrior’s Dance. Now, what we’ve all been waiting for – eight minutes of Muay Thai! This track will transport you to a dark fight club in Thailand and push your heart rate to unknown heights. It would be a Miracle if you could do the last Power Training Track with the same energy you started with. Your speed and endurance are certainly tested in this track.

Body Bike / RPM 44 Sizzler (Update)

RPM™ 44 is hot, fast and is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air! There are two important things to note in RPM™ 44 – when you find the beat of the music in the racing and aero-racing positions, slide hips slightly forward in the scale as this will allow you to go faster. When the resistance gets heavier, do the opposite and sit back in the saddle. RPM™ 44 is balanced slightly differently to previous releases – Tracks 4 and 6 are a little more intense so to balance it out, Tracks 5 and 7 are a little more fun. Seal’s The Right Life eases you into the workout as you gradually build up speed before picking up the heart rate with three pace speed phases and two climbs in Track 2!

You’ll be sliding back into the seat to tackle the Seated Climbs in Track 3 and you won’t be able to resist singing along to Show Me Heaven during the Standing Climb. There are four hills to climb so you’ll peak your heart-rate four times! Watch for the three sprints in Track 4 and remember to slide forward on the saddle when you race on the beat. Matchbox Twenty’s How Far We’ve Come will help you through the five blocks of work in Track 5. In Track 6 there are three accelerations to find the beat of the music – this track is tough so beware! Scooter vs. Status Quo in Track 7 – this track is awesome and the music will motivate you through the steepest of the mountains.

01. The Right Life – Seal
02. Sober (Bimbo Jones Radio Edit) – Pink
03. Show Me Heaven – Arms Of Dub
04. Real - The Cranials
05. How Far We’ve Come – Matchbox Twenty
06. Alone In The Dark (Tiesto Radio Edit) – Tiesto Presents Edward Carnby
07. Jump That Rock (Whatever You Want) (Jorg Schmid Mix) - Scooter vs Status Quo
08. Spotlight - Jennifer Hudson
09. You Found Me – The Fray

Body Combat 41 Sizzler (Updated)

Sorry but no posters yet for the new release of Body Combat 41 for now. So be patient and I will upload it once I had it. The filming was actually done 2 months ago at Aussie but since LM had make it a serious issue to keep a tight lip on the release and all hence the update being done now. Anyway, you can starting to see there's a lot of news of the new release popping up in the web nowadays, so there's no point holding this back unless being told so by LM (but I am not an instructor). Since they're gonna film Body Combat 42 next month I don't think LM mind us giving some sneak preview of the Body Combat 41 for the time being.

So here goes. The theme for the new Body Combat 41 would be 'Backyard Brawl'. Both Dan and Rach were dress in casual Red Nike Top (with the word Backyard Brawl) and black knee level shorts. No pictures were allowed during the filming but you can probably find it in the web as I did. I don't have the complete track list yet for the release so bare with me here. Nick Skitz remix of Numa Numa starts the upper body warm up with Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck Without You on the lower body. You can see the Jab, Cross and Bob Combo will be back on the upper body warm up whereas the back kick is back during this release as it had disappear during few releases back. There is some uncertainty on the second track if it's Operation Blade by Public Domain which is similar to Body Pump 71. Well the feel is the same and all. Just think We Will Survive from Body Combat 37. The combo starts with a Treble Elbow & Double Knee Combo.

As usual since Body Combat 37, the forth track started off with Enter Sandman by Metallica. It features the new move Double Handed Plyo Push. The song continues into second half with some new e-kick. It's not similar to the previous 'jump as high as you can' e-kick but just a small 'hop' while doing the e-kick. As for the song, it was confirmed to be P.O.D's Boom. Dan had decided to modified the e-kick as he feels that not everyone could jump that high while doing the kick. So it's just a little hop instead of a super high jump that we all did previously. Ballroom Blitz will be featured again for Track 5. It was last featured in Body Combat 6. The last recycle for Body Combat 6 was done on the last release for Tubthumping. I heard that the chorey was a no brainer for this one. Quite similar to Tutti Fruitti I guess. Just expect a lot of running in this track.

For Track 6 we have Robbie William's Let Me Entertain You. When I think about the song I will imagine Biceps track from Body Pump 41 but in this case more towards Tae Kwan Do. Tough like a nut. The track is some sort like Shut Up and Drive from Body Combat 34. So it means that it's a kick katta track. We did Side Kick, Knee and Back Kick but now it's another Knee. Well just to give you some rough ideas what to expect. Nothing much was said on the Muay Tai so I guess it isn't that spectacular. I heard that it's more towards a rock song then the usual Techno mix. Track 8 will be featuring Cascada's What Do You Want From Me. Yes, Cascada is back again to take down the house during the last Power track. It's a recycle track from Body Pump 68's Back Track. So expect a powerful climatic finale from this one (hopefully as powerful as What Hurt The Most from Body Combat 38).

We will all be doing lots of circular crunches or Circle Situp (as they called it) which I think something similar to Sound Of The Underground from Body Combat 24. The track would be similar to Body Pump's Chest track which is Flo Rider's feat. Kesha's Right Round. Last but not least we will all be cooling down with Beyonce's Halo. There is a new stretch called the Downward Dog which focuses more on the Hamstrings and the back for the legs. Will update this post again once there's any new update on the track list. Till then, Fight On.

Body Pump 71 Sizzler (Updated)

Just to cleanse everyone thirst for the new release of Body Pump 71. Yes, you heard me right. I know Body Pump 70 was just being launched few weeks back and we're still in the midst of doing it. But since that I got the news on the track list for the new release. Thought to share it with everyone in here. It's not finalize but it's something for you to ponder while waiting for it.

Warm Up: Magnetized - James Sampson
Squats: Summer of 69 - Mega-Mania
Chest: Right Round - Flo Rider
Back: When Love Becomes A Lie - Liz Kay
Triceps: Black Fingernails, Red Wine - Eskimo Joe
Biceps: What I've Done - Linkin Park
Lunges: Doesn't Matter - Hypasonic Vs. Jorg Schmid (Harcore till I die)
Shoulders: Operation Blade - Public Domain
Abs: Circus - Britney Spears
Cooldown: Sober - Pink

The new Body Pump 71 is said to be more easier to be teach by the instructors. They have to connect with the members and make them participant in the magic of the music and workout. This release focuses in strength workout during Track 3, 5, 6 & 8 while cardio dynamite on Track 2, 4 & 7. The Squats track is going to be a killer with a lot of Singles & Bottom Halves. Most of the workout is done with a wide stance so you can go lower where it hurts most. If you think the pain is over, think again. There is 4 sets of identical moves during the Chest Track with NO RECOVERY and you are gonna finish it all off with PUSH UP.

For the Back track, there will be 4 sets of Clean & Press in a ROW followed by TRIPLE ROWS. For the Triceps all I can say is prepare yourself for the bottom halves CHALLENGE. Nothing big in Biceps as the song is very straight forward and letting you enjoy the song. Then find how LOW you can go with the Lunges track where cardio meets butt. The Shoulder track should be a challenge as the track concentrate or attact from three different direction mainly back, side and front.

PS: Thanx again Glen for the updates.

RPM / Body Bike 43 Sizzler - Updated Playlist

Pace and push – or speed and resistance management – are the main focuses of RPM™ 43. You’ll be introduced to the concept of base resistance versus working resistance and in Tracks 2, 4 and 6 you’ll be managing your resistance to help you stay on the beat for longer. This, combined with some awesome new music, will really get that heart racing! You’re eased into the workout with Ne-Yo’s Closer.

Take the time to set up the correct cycling position and become familiar with the base and working resistance. Your heart rate will lift in Track 2 with the two one-minute intervals. Katy Perry’s Hot n Cold will have you singing along before the hard work hits in Track 3. The Killers’ Spaceman will help you through the three short, steep phases which are followed by one power effort. Snow Patrol’s Take Back The City is a great track to catch your breath to during the cruisy climbs but get ready to push yourself in the sprints.

The Prodigy are in the house driving Track 5 – a big song, big sound and intense interval training track. There are four efforts on the flats in the hardest gear which will have you gasping for air. You get the chance to flush your legs and recover in Track 6 – but don’t get too comfortable as there are two big, one-minute speed work-efforts. The key to surviving Track 7 is to manage your intensity wisely. Go big but pace yourself as you’ll need to put in a huge effort to make it to the top. Two short 30-second efforts are followed by two 90-second strength endurance phases. Your hard work is rewarded with a ride home to Broken Strings – James Morrison’s beautiful hit featuring Nelly Furtado.

1. Closer - Ne-Yo
2. Hot n Cold - Katy Perry
3. Spaceman - The Killers
4. Take Back The City - Snow Patrol
5. VooDoo People - Prodigy
6. In The Darkness - Darude
7. Cry For You - September
8. Broken Strings - James Morrison feat. Nelly Furtado
9. Love Is A Losing Game - Amy Winehouse
