Restaurant Super Kitchen Chilly Pan Mee @ Kota Damansara

It was a weekend and I had suggested that we eat something spicy and what came to my head was Chilly Pan Mee. I had tried this place out once with BQ not long ago. Well today I brought Romiko over and I intend to wallop some nice freaking spicy pan mee. lol~! The one that I tried was from Jln TAR or Lorong Haji Talib in KL but this is one of the similar type which I found in PJ area. There were one which I had introduce not long back in Uptown, which tasted not that nice.

But this one is really nice and spicy. Did I mentioned that the chilly was really spicy? haha~! Ya very very spicy. Take it from a guy who eat chilly since 4 yrs old. When I say it's spicy it's really spicy. OK enough bout the spicy part. Romiko had ordered their Soup type Mee Hoon Kueh. But as you can see she had added some chilies into the soup. Looks nice ler .. hehe~! For mine, always with extra chillies. The pan mee comes with minced pork and also some green and definitely an egg half boil. Nice!!! My way of eating it is mixing the chillies onto the pan mee and mix it all around. With the egg all mix with the minced pork and also chillies, the pan mee looks so appetizing. As you can see from the picture. Tell me your mouth not watering right now?
This time around, I had ordered a soup with wan ton and also other Foo Chuk and also Dumplings. Nice!!! Very filling. The lunch cost me around RM 20 over. But it worth it. Really filling. And the Pan Mee is so so so nice~!!! So for those who like Pan Mee and wanna try Spicy type and don't wanna travel down KL. So come over this place and try it out. Highly recommended. Big Apple Donut @ 1Utama

Big Apple Donut~! Who haven't eat or at least heard of the name by now. It's first branch was in The Curve behind The Apartment Restaurant. You can see a lot of people lining up just to buy the donuts there. And you were wondering what's so freaking special bout this donuts??? Well let me explain. As I am not so into donut too in the beginning and donuts for me is just another bread to me. As I had tried the Dunkin Donut before and it was just pure cream or icing of whatever u call it. It's just plain normal sweet donut.
But Big Apple Donut is really different. Well for me, the donuts is fresh baked and it's so soft. They offer around 10 over choices of donuts. Ranging from pure no topping donuts to Chocolate filled to Cheese and even Durian. Yup u heard me right, Durian and it's a favourite among my friends too. So I tot what the heck, I eat durian, so why not try it out. Don't get me wrong I had tried Big Apple a few times already and it was really nice. haha~ So that day I had ordered half a dozen to take away.

I had ordered the so called limited edition AVP chocolate, Durian, Coco, Nuts and Tiramisu filled with Peanut butter. The last one was my all time favourite. haha~ Damn nice. The inner side is filled with peanut. Damn nice. I had even tried all the flavour from J Co. Another donut franchise chain store. It's from Indonesia and it was recommended by MD.

So me and my colleague had bought 2 dozen of the donut (which mean we took all the flavours that they had offered). The conclusion we had is that, J Co donuts taste more sweeter than Big Apple and Big Apple still taste better and not to say cheaper too.

Half a dozen from Big Apple is RM 9.50 NETT while J Co cost around 11.20 ++. The flavour for both place is around the same but J Co do not offer the Durian flavour. Both my colleagues had tried Big Apple Donut and they too think it's more better. Well for those who didn't have the chance to try it yet. Wait the hell are u waiting for .. haha~ Now it's available in 1Utama, The Curve, Bukit Tinggi, NZS in Ara Damansara and some other places la... haha~ (Rating : 4.0 out of 5.0)

Michelangelo's Italian Kitchen @ Sunway Pyramid

It's my last day at work and my colleagues had decided to treat me for lunch. So where to eat? Well me and my colleague (Calvin and Hor) had been checking this new Italian Restaurant called Michelangelo Italian Kitchen at the New Wing. It's one floor above J Co the donut shop. It's near the entrance from Sunway Lagoon. Well back to the place. We were there for lunch and when we got in I can see that there is only a few customers eating there. First thought came to my head. Well maybe two, first the food over here sux~ 2nd the people don't know about this place. haha~ I wish for the later. Anyway, there were 7 of us. And we had decided to order Ala Carte and I straight away look for their cabonara pasta. I found their Spaghetti Cabonara. But I change the chicken to Bacon and Ham. The pasta I choose what else but Fettucine. hehe~! The taste was definitely OUT!!! To me the dish was some what small and it's quite tasteless. I had tried adding some extra cheese on it but to no avail it's tasteless. Damn!!! And it cost me RM 17.90.My colleagues ordered, Crispy Soft Shell Crab Arrabiatta. It's black pepper soft shell crab served on a bed of spaghetti, tossed with chopped garlic, olive oil, mushrooms in spicy arrabiatta sauce. The only thing worth mentioning here was the fried soft shell crab which my colleague can't eat and offer it to me to it. It was nice and juicy. Just nice. But the pasta that comes with it was just plain normal. It's a bit spicy but nothing much to brag about it. Other than the presentation of the food. The food in the menu seemed to be larger compared to real life. haha~ The dish cost RM 19.90. Another 2 colleagues ordered the Baked Rice Parmegiana. Well according to them it's an all time favourite rice baked with Mozzarella Cheese with a few choices of sauce and meat or seafood.
My colleague choose the Alfredo Sauce and Seafood. Well from the look of it when it was served, I had lost my interest in it. Needless to say trying it, I wasn't interested even to look at it. Yes it was that awful. Damn!! The one in the menu look so fresh and so much cheese. But the one that they served was so watery and not that much cheese. Well atleast the prawn was big but that fresh though. The dish cost RM 19.90.Another colleague ordered the Signature Dish from the menu. The name was Rotisserie Cacciatore. It's basically roasted whole leg chicken, topped with tomato based vegetarian sauce, baked with cheese and served with spaghetti. The presentation was really nice but the dish was too small and my colleague (Calvin) was really hungry that afternoon. So he was not please with the portion of the pasta. But at least the chicken was filling. The pasta was damn simple. You can try it out if you want. But nothing special here either, the price is RM 19.90 (yes, most of the dish here cost the same .. haha!!).

2 other colleagues ordered their Fish & Chips and tot that nothing can go wrong with this dish but damn were they wrong. The dish is served with fried fish and also some fries and salad. That's all. It's plain simple and still the dish is tasteless. Even the tar tar sauce that they served is tasteless. My colleague need to put in a lot of chilly sauce to finish off the dish. The dish also cost RM 19.90. And one more thing, the mushroom soup over there SUXs too.... BIG TIME~! Tasteless !!! AGAIN!!! So my conclusion is, never eat here if you dun have a choice. And if u wanna eat here better make sure that some fella is paying it and not you. hahaha~ (Rating : 3.0 out of 5.0)
