Guardian Warehouse Sales

I had lunch with Eva yesterday catching up on both our life. Don't worry sis, gonna mark down 20th Aug for you. After that I went over to collect The Mummy invitation card from my aunt's house. Thanx again to my cousin for this.

Since I got time after my appointment, I went over to Wisma Hamodal for the Guardian Warehouse Sales. As today was the first day, there's still plenty of supplements available. So I got some Celery & Guaiacum Complex, Evening Primrose Oil & Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Lecithin, Milk Thistle & Dandelion and Saw Palmetto & Pumpkin Seed. Some are quite cheap compared to the market price. Managed to get CP some supplements too. Their Efamol Evening Primrose Oil is really cheap.

Bought some gifts for Romiko and a Fila sport shirt for myself. Damn it's on 70% discount. So it's only RM26.70 after less for a dry fit material. Bought myself some junk foods on the way and a pillow. So for those who are interested, do drop by soon or else the supplements will run out fast.

The Mummy : Tomb of The Dragon's Emperor

Lucky~! Got free ticket for The Mummy - Tomb of The Dragon's Emperor. Thanx again to my cousin who got the ticket for me. It's a sneak preview before the actual world premier which is tomorrow. So as usual I need to let them 'save keep' all my devices before going in and collect it back after the movie.

Brendan Fraser returns as explorer Rick O'Connell to combat the resurrected Han Emperor (Jet Li) in an epic that races from the catacombs of ancient China high into the frigid Himalayas. Rick is joined in this all-new adventure by son Alex (newcomer Luke Ford), wife Evelyn (Maria Bello) and her brother, Jonathan (John Hannah). And this time, the O'Connells must stop a mummy awoken from a 2,000-year-old curse who threatens to plunge the world into his merciless, unending service. Other cameo you may recognized is Anthony Wong, Michelle Yeoh, Isabella Leong and Jacky Wu.

So what do I think of the movie? Well other than the missing Rachel Weisz from the main cast, everything seemed to be OK. It's an all action and adventure similar to the previous 2 installments. But I can see the similarity of Indiana Jones with this movie. There's the son and father angle, tomb raiding and ultimately saving the world at the end. It's around the same as Indiana Jones in The Last Crusade, where he found the Holy Grail but here is the Eastern version where he found the fountain of eternal youth. But I still prefer Indiana anytime. Good movie to be watch if you had already watched the previous 2 movies. Or even if you have never watch the first two, you won't miss anything and still be able to enjoy the whole movie. (Rating : 3.8 out of 5.0)

PS: So who do I saw during this preview? I saw Chen Ho Nam and Daphne Iking. Damn he's man and handsome.

Master T & Bread Lady Demo @ Pavilion

So here's something for your entertainment, Master T and Bread Lady's Demo @ Pavilion. Don't worry bro, I don't think anyone can notice your 'wardrobe-malfunction' from here. LOL~! Enjoy!!

Body Combat 37 Sizzler

Some Body Combat 37 sizzler to cleanse your thirst of the new release. The new release is fully loaded with an arsenal of strikes, kicks and blocks. This will equip you with the tools you need to defeat the sedentary lifestyle that keeps creeping up on you. An Underworld/Blade Vampire theme has been chosen for this class, which comes out strongly in tracks 4 and 10. You'll love those powerful menacing moments where you can get in the zone and really let rip. Watch out for the big focus on Brazilian Capoeira in track 6. The third combat track drills are used that take leg conditioning to a whole new level and you'll find out why after you've done the class a few times. It's a slow burner, with some awesome results when done correctly. And of course we've got some great sounds from Fallout Boy feat. John Mayer (Beat It), Matchbox 20 (How Far We've Come) and Rogue Trader (I Never Like You) that will drive your energy levels sky-high. Enjoy Body Combat 37 and stay with the fight. Well I still need to wait at least a month or so before I got my hand (fingers cross) on them.

Pink? Do I Really Need To Wear That?

Today I had lunch with MD and SOS nearby LP's office. Yup~! The same dim sum shop. We had a full lunch (well for me at least). LP went back to work around 2pm and 3 of us continued chatting till 2.30pm. BQ left while MD and me sit till almost 3pm is it?

Managed to joined Brian's BS class today. So long didn't joined the class. But can still finished the whole track. Sweet~! Continued with Sue's BP class. Did some really tough tracks like the bicep track by Snap and triceps was quite hard too. As usual continued with Master T's BC class. By this time, my hand was so tired from the previous class. So here's tonight's 'unusual' run down:-

  1. Ready 2 Go / Rock This Party (can't remember when is the last we did this??)
  2. Livin' on A Prayer (one of his favourite track list)
  3. Come With Me (Yes~! I love this track~!)
  4. You Gave Love A Bad Name (really hate this track ... so un-coordinated)
  5. Elevator (yes, again ....!)
  6. Maniac 2002 (this is way back ... can't remember when we did this last too)
  7. Shake (I thought of asking K-Bear to do this but than, better not la .. haha~!)
  8. Reach Out (nice .... )
  9. Here I Come (by request is it?)
  10. I'll Stand By You (so long didn't do also .. nice)

After bathing we all went over to Canai @ 15 for a gathering. Well Master T wanna passed out the wedding cards to the rest of the members. And also brief us on the big day's agenda. My gosh~! I need to wear a pink color polo. Well Ok la, just for you mate. LOL~!!! We had a large crowd tonight. There were around 15 of us on the 2 table. Can't even fit. haha~! I left around 10.45pm as I got dinner waiting for me at home. Sweet~!!!

Goodbye Coco

Monday has always been a slow day for me. And yesterday wasn't much different from the other previous ones. Finished my appointment for the day and waited for gym at TC. Went back to my PJ home and take a look at Coco. I might need to send him off to someone else as I can't keep him anymore. Really sad. Well I know Romiko was really sad to gave her away too. But since my mom didn't really approve of me having a cat as I have sensitive nose problem. Sigh~!

Went to gym as usual and I arrived around 6pm and Cindy called me up for a drink. Where else but Starbucks with Wannie. We talked bout Master T's wedding and all. Walked back and joined Master C's class later on. Damn the Indian Guy was there again. But half way through I saw him holding his chest like his heart was gonna burst or something. He went out and I thought that that was the last we saw of him but I was wrong. I noticed that he placed his towel on his 'spot' to reserved the place. My gosh~! Who do this kind of stuff??? And surely he walked right back in. LOL~!!! So here's the run down on Master C's class that night:-
  1. Summermelody
  2. Thnks Fr Th Mmrs
  3. Magic Touch
  4. Rock Me Armadeus
  5. Girlfriends
  6. Bring The Noise
  7. Run To The Hill
  8. Heartbeatz
  9. Freestyler
  10. The World in Union

After the BC class I continued with the usual BP class. But tonight K-Bear wasn't teaching as Colin was having his assessment done by Sue that night. His cue was a bit slow so it's hard for us when the tempo changed. Can see from the face that he's lacks confidence, well maybe he just need more training. Anyway, I can go on and on bout this but what's the point. Chatted with Teh and Wannie after the class. Gave K-Bear my usual blank look and left after bathing.

Take A Bow - Rihana

How bout a round of applause
Standing ovation
Oooohh yeah
yeah yeah yeah yeah

You look so dumb right now
Standing outside my house
Trying to apologize
You're so ugly when you cry
Please
Just cut it out
Don't tell me you're sorry cuz you're not
baby when I know you're only sorry
you got caught

(chorus)
But you put on quite a show
really had me going
now it's time to go
curtain's finally closing
that was quite a show
very entertaining
but it's over now
Go on and take a bow

Grab your clothes and get gone
You betta hurry up
before the sprinklers com on
Talking bout "Girl I love you, you're the one"
this just looks like a re-run
Please what else is on

And don't tell me you're sorry
cuz you're not
baby when i know you're only sorry
you got caught

(repeat chorus)

Ooohhhhh
And the award for
the best liar goes to you
for making me believe
that you could be Faithful
to me let's hear your speech
ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh!
How bout a round of applause
[hee he ha]
standing ovation

(repeat chorus)

BBQ cum Birthday Party cum Liquor Fest

Saturday and I'm not working today. Yes~!!! Woke up early and online as usual. Had my lunch with MD at NZS. Went back to PJ home and checked up on Coco. As we had decided to let him enter the outside world from today. But we're very worried if he is unfamiliar with this new 'world'. So we still open our door for him to come back.

After that I went over to Subang to get the Ayamas chicken and also sausages as today we're having our BBQ session at SOS's home. The occasion for those who doesn't know, today is CP's birthday and we decided to make it a gathering cum b'day party. Arrived and saw Darren parking and BQ acting blur like always outside the house. The whole party started after K-Bear arrived with her salads (those were nice stuff, thanx again for the food). Darren brought over most of the tables and chairs, and not forgetting the spaghetti and also spare ribs. Nice~!!!
Things started to get our of hand when QQ started pouring out hard liquor. All hell broke lose. Faces were red as ang pow and some even started to talk loud and acting strange. Got a lot of funny clips but due to censorship and copyright, I am not allowed to show it in here. Lol~!!! Then we all went back in the house and sang some songs and I left around 11pm as I had another round at SS2.
Meet up with Eva, Tania and Punky for a drink and catch up on old times. As all were tired, we called it off around 12.30am. But I am still very awake at that time. Maybe cause it's already pass my bedtime. Or because of the Cham which I drank or all the liquor which I took earlier. What a day~!

HaPPy BiRtHdAY UcLe XiMon

Happy Birthday to our good friend Aleximon~! Wish you with the best wishes and may all your dream comes true~! (ps: wet dreams not included).

So back to yesterday at gym. I managed to make it for Jean's Yoga class this time around. After finishing the class, MD, QQ and I went for a walk and I bought a game for my friend. Later we meet up with CP, David and LP who is discussing with Faye at that time. So the conclusion?

CP gonna get another one-on-one session with the Dave fella. As for David's case, he got a choice whether to take up their offer of free trial sessions or not. So at the END, it's all settled. Or is it??

Had our usual minum session and talked on this Saturday BBQ session. Delegated the jobs except my bro, MD who is without any job for now. Saw the time and it's 11pm, time to say goodnight again.

Forgot to mentioned to 'someone' the run down of yesterday night's tracks:-

  1. Apache Rock Bottom / Somebody Told Me
  2. Kickin Hard
  3. I Feel Alive
  4. Tribal Dance
  5. Sweet Dream
  6. Shake Ya Shimmy
  7. Jump
  8. Neck Breaker
  9. Sound of The Underground
  10. Because We Believe

Meeting Old Friends

I went for an important appointment last evening and ended around 7pm. So decided to called BQ up for dinner. But I guess she's still in the class. So I drove back and a got a call from an old friend. Aldred had invited me out for a drink with Ken around 9.30pm. But I tried to make it as early as possible as I need to leave around 11pm. So I went back to bath and finally we confirmed to have a drink at Sri Petaling.

We had a long chat catching up on each other's life and work. Ken just got back from H.K while Aldred is planning for a new career. How nice. Both of them are my good friends before I changed my job and joined FF. We used to come out for drinks and clubbing. But as time goes by, we are tight up with our own life and work that we didn't have anytime to meet up. Am I really that busy? This is what Aldred told me. Maybe I am too indulged into FF sometimes. Work and gym, that is my routine nowdays. Someone once told me that life is more than just work and gym. Well maybe I will take her word and try something new.

Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong - Damansara Jaya

Today, me and my ex-colleague decided to try out this new place in Damansara Jaya. Since someone gonna buy me lunch, why not? I arrived around 11.30am and the parking was really like HELL over here. For those who is familiar with the area, they should know. It's located at the same row as Maybank. Shouldn't be hard to locate with the freaking BIG signboard they have. The owner of the place is the same as the other restaurant on the same row with RHB Bank in the same area. But this restaurant looks a bit more classy. As the other one looks more Chinese style. The place is divided up from air condition and non (smoking area).

Here is the place where they showcase all their fried dim sums. They do have a lot of varieties in term of fried dim sum. Not bad. So here's the run down of (almost) all their dim sums.

This is the Country Style Shrimp Dumpling. (RM 4.00)

What is dim sum without Siu-Mai. OK la, not bad. We ordered a 2nd plate, so it's not too bad. (RM 3.50) This is their so-called Tasty Loh-Mai-Kai. Surprisingly, it tasted good. We ordered another at the end. (RM3.50)Sharkfin Dumpling is the name of the dim sum above. Got shark fin? I don't know. You must try it yourself. (RM3.50)This one is called Crystal Shrimp Dumpling. This is also not bad as the shrimp was quite large. (RM3.50)Yup, this is the Teachew Siu Mai. Normal only. (RM3.50)Scallop Shrimp Dumpling. Scallop .. hmm... I like .. (RM4.00)I think this is the Mixed Seafood Dumpling. There's a lot of shrimp inside. Goodie~! (RM4.00)This got to be the weirdest dim sum I ate so far. It's called Green Mussels Cheese-Mai. Yes, you can guess what it is from the name. How is it? Surprisingly, it's quite OK from the feedback. (RM4.00)What is dim sum without ordering their Chee Chung Fan. It's mixed between Char Siew and Shrimp. But the shrimp-fan not that nice as there's only one big prawn on each fan. This is their house specialty Fried Glutinous Rice. Really nice, cause the Char Siew inside is crispy and tasted good. (RM8.00-I think)We didn't know what the hell did we ordered until they cut it up for us. It's Fried Durian Cake. I am not kidding, the durian paste inside is still warm. haha~! But it's quite OK la. For those who like durian, you can try it out. (RM6.00) Fried Fish Paste. Thai Style Beancurd. Taste is normal not that nice. (RM3.50)Another Fried Shrimp dish. Normal only nothing to say. Fried Loh Bak Kou. It's nice if it's hot. Yes, it's quite cold when it's served to us. Sad. There is still a few more dishes which I didn't took the picture as it's not that nice. The whole lunch cost RM 90++. Including one pot of Chinese tea. Since someones buying so my wallet not crying. But it's so-so only. But for a restaurant, the price is around the same as big restaurant's price. So it's ok if you wanna eat some breakfast during weekend morning. But don't expect too much. (Rating : 3.5 out of 5.0)

Did I Struck Something??

This is something which I saw while I'm on my way to Semenyih yesterday. You can always count on M'sian road builders to make a fountain anywhere in your neighbourhood. The workers definitely hit the water pipes while digging some holes on the ground. What a waste of water and also money~!

I Lost My Bluetooth

Quite rushed yesterday morning as I need to do a trial run in Shah Alam and rushed over to Semenyih to monitor the previous one. But managed to settled most of the matters before noon. Meet up with MD and had a delicious lunch with him in Salak South. As we had planned earlier to go KL for some market survey that day.

So we got back to Sunway and decided to have some drinks. After the drink, only did I realized that I lost my bluetooth. Fuck~! Where the hell did I lost it? I definitely know that it's still with me when I'm in MD's car. But he is sure that it's not with me during the minum session. Fuck~! There's only one place it could be, I drop it while I'm getting off his car. Fuck Fuck Fuck~!!! Got back to Sunway and look for it but I know it's really a slim chance that I could find it. Sigh~! There goes my mood for the whole night.

Went to gym and attend Master T's BC class. KNSQ couldn't make it tonight (I know you'd tried girl). But anyway, we all had fun with the tracks selection, although there a few deja vu session here and there. So here's the run down of the tracks:-

  1. Stuck On You (deja vu #1 - we did it last Thursday)
  2. We're Not Gonna Take It (someone doesn't like this track .. haha~!)
  3. Shooting Stars (deja vu #2 - Master C did this last Monday class)
  4. Bagpipes (I know it's coming from far away ... lol)
  5. Crash The Wedding (deja vu #3 - we did this last Thursday too)
  6. Leave Me Alone (luckily it's not U & ur Hand, or else ... deja vu #4 .. lol)
  7. Check Your Head (yes~! I so like this track~! but not much ohmpp la~!)
  8. Back In The U.K (Yes~! back in the UK~~~)
  9. Dance Floor Anthem (I think we did this last Monday also right?)
  10. Because We Believe

After that all of us (MD, BQ, LP, CP and me) went to minum at Canai 15. Discussed on this coming Saturday's schedule's and all. But I took off early as my head ache was bugging me for quite some time and loosing my bluethooth didn't help much either. Now I need to get another new bluetooth. Sigh~!

Kedai Kopi Tian Hong - Salak South Garden

This is definitely the best Char Siew in whole Klang Valley. Well at least there are a few avid food lover agreed with me on this. The place which I am referring to, is called Kedai Kopi Tian Hong. I had tried out most of the good stalls in the market, but this stall still comes out No.1 in my book. Actually I had visited this place numerous times, but I had decided to bring along MD as we're heading some where around that area. It's located at Taman Salak Selatan, Jalan Tunku 2 (opposite 7-11). So what makes a good Char Siew? Well for me it's definitely the texture of it. The pork must be soft and juicy. So I had ordered their half skinny half fat portion. This is the best way to eat Char Siew in my dictionary. If you like the extra crispy over cooked portion, then you can ordered the end part of the pork. It's not really good for your health but once in a while it's OK. So when MD got his first bite of the Char Siew, he had agreed with me that this is definitely the best he had so far. We had ordered the pork and rice separately (recommended) so the portion is larger. The price is RM 7.50/head. Expensive? Well for me it's well worth my money because of the portion and also the taste. The sauce which they brushed onto the pork is very important too. For this stall, they had used a lot of honey on it. Hence, the sweet taste on the Char Siew. You can just take their gravy and pour it onto your rice and eat it just like that. The sauce is really that nice. So combining both good Char Siew and gravy sauce, you got one hell of a good combination. There's a lot of stalls which offer good pork but poor sauce or vice verse, but this place offers the best combination of both.

So if you're looking for good Char Siew to eat this weekend, remember to be there after 1pm and before 2pm. As their Char Siew will only be ready around 1pm or slightly earlier. You can see a lot of people waiting for the Char Siew to be ready, when there is a lot of Siew Yuk and Siew Chicken hanging there. (Rating: 4.8 out of 5.0)

Gym-less Monday

Woke up damn early this morning as I need to be in Semenyih before 8am for a trial run. Arrived around 7.30am and waited for my men to come. So I took a short nap. Finished the trial run around 10.30am and I rushed home to changed as my shirt got an oil stain on it during the trial run. Luckily was able to washed it off (sweat off forehead). Lunch at home with my mom and Romiko and drove back to office after that. Replied some emails and make some calls for this week appointments. Finished off today's appointment and went over to pick up my SIL.

So I called up MD and asked if he wanted to skip tonight's gym. But BQ surprisingly wanted to go for gym tonight (maybe it's because LP wasn't going tonight??!!). So at the end, we decided to skip gym and came out for dinner together. Car-pooled from Consplant over to Asia Cafe. Had our dinner there and QQ came over to joined us. Suddenly, MD's sim card got problem and couldn't detect any network. So I proposed to go over Pyramid's Maxis Centre. So off we go to Pyramid.

Once arrived, MD went over to Maxis and we went for window shopping. BQ got a book from Popular. Walked around and ended up in Topshop but they didn't have the jeans which me and MD was looking for. So off we went to Levi's. We managed to coxed BQ to tried out their Tight Skinny Cut. Really looks good on you babe. Maybe you can buy that next week. Look at the clock and it's already 10pm. My gosh~! Need to go home now. I send QQ to Asia Cafe and I bought a packet of prawn mee for my mom for supper, and finally BQ and MD to Consplant. My gosh~! gym or no gym, I still got back so late.

Dome - The Curve

Woke up around 8.30am and started off with my usual weekly report. Finished quite fast this morning and continued with my Diablo II. The whole family decided to go over TC this morning for breakfast. So upon arrival my brother had chosen Dome.
But what we didn't expect was a disaster coming by. OK, here's what happened. I had ordered their Nasi Lemak Special (RM19.50). The waitress came back and told me that they run out off nasi lemak. And asked if I mind taking my nasi lemak with plain white rice. Stupid~! Then it's not nasi lemak anymore. What's the point of ordering nasi lemak if it's not nasi lemak. Fine, I re-ordered their Creamy Seafood Pasta (RM24.50). Guess what she said. "Can you order something else which is around the same price as the nasi lemak?". Huh??!!! What the hell was that? And she wasn't helping a bit by giving me the "come on man, make up your mind and order" look. Fine~!!! I ordered their Spicy Mushroom Chicken Pasta (RM21.00). So this is how Spicy Mushroom Chicken Pasta looks like. How to describe this dish?! Hmm...imagine curry mee's soup with pasta on it instead of local noodle. Other than the large portion, there's nothing much to say about this dish.

My brother had ordered his favourite Gourmet Chicken & Mushroom Pie. It had changed a lot since my brother last visited here. The portion of the soup was quite little and also there weren't any broccoli on the side dish. Sad~! My SIL had ordered their Cajun Chicken Sandwich. It's not bad but still the portion wasn't that much. And finally Romiko had ordered their Spicy Olio Pasta. It's spaghetti tossed with fresh herbs, garlic, chili flakes, red capsicum, spinach, parsley and zucchini. Served with their sliced chicken ham. They taste it and said that it's not bad. But for me, it's just plain normal. Maybe I am still a bit pissed with them. (RM21.00)

And you thought that the nightmare was over. Think again. After almost finishing all our food. Romiko's White Coffee and my brother's Hot Chocolate still haven't arrive yet. What happened you asked?! Well the fella who prepared the drinks had managed to mix up a Hot Chocolate and Hot Cappuccino. So at the end we ended up with an additional drink. How stupid can they get. And they dare to argued with us. My brother just told them that they fuck up our drinks and just get the rest of the drinks to us. But at the end they punch in the nasi lemak instead of my pasta and they deducted out the extra cappuccino. Stupid or plain dumb?!!! I dunno??!!!

Saturday Night Out

As normal I worked till around 1pm but today we had an early lunch with the rest of the company's staff. I suggested Telok Gong since Eric like seafood a lot. Lucky~! After that, I rushed home to picked up Romiko and went over my P.J house to take a peep at Coco. Later I drove over 1Utama to meet up with MD.

Since we got time, we went over to TopShop as they are having a sales that day. I had tried out their Skinny and Slim cut which was on sales. It was quite cheap as it was on 50% sales. Sweet~! But I looked quite a bit weird with a long thin legs and big broad shoulders. haha~! Maybe it's the shirt. Well maybe I will drop by again on Sunday to try out with a different outfit.

Finished with our movie and went over to Centre Point to picked up SOS. Arrived at Waterfront and waited for the rest to arrive. Our organizer, CP got lost in the way here. Had our dinner and all decided to give Master C's house a tour. So off we went to Nardia' apartment. The environment was really nice and peaceful. Facilities is equipped and there were security guards here and there.

Got a tour of his apartment and it was really nice and comfy. All of us sat down and watched Godzilla which was on at that time. Called it a night around half pass eleven. Dropped SOS off and we went back to Puchong later on.

Hellboy II - The Golden Army

I had rushed over to 1Utama after work to meet up with MD to catch a movie at 3.30pm. The movie, Hellboy II - The Golden Army. So if you watched Super Sapiens a.k.a Hellboy, you would have know where this big red fella came about. So here's a synopsis of the second installment of this movie.

The Golden Army
begins when an ancient truce existing between humankind and the invisible realm of the fantastic is broken; Hell on earth is ready to erupt. Hellboy 2 tells the tale of a ruthless leader who treads the world above and the one below, defies his bloodline and awakens an unstoppable army of creatures. Its up to the planets toughest, roughest superhero to battle the merciless dictator and his marauders.

The story bring back Ron Perlman as Hellboy a.k.a Red, his love interest Selma Blair as Liz Sherman a.k.a the Fire Starter and Doug Jones as Abe a.k.a The Fishman. In this installment came a new recruit which is their new BPRD office, James Dodd as Johan Krauss a.k.a the Smoke Bag.

The story is directed by Guillermo del Toro who directed Pan's Labyrinth. So you can see some resemblance of the fairies in Hellboy II. All together the movie was alright for me. Well worth my RM11 for this 2 hour flick. (Rating : 3.8 out of 5.0)

The Steamboat @ Waterfront - Desa Park City

This is my first visit to Desa Park City and also this mall called Waterfront inside. Waterfront is some sort like a grand R&R to me. There's a lot of shops, restaurants and also boutiques. So yesterday night, Master C had invited us all to dine at one of the stall called The Steamboat.
The restaurant's concept was based on Pulau Ketam's seafood, or so it was said. The place had just opened not long ago hence the waiters being a bit havoc at some point. The design is some sort like B.B.Q Plaza. But the price for the food here is higher than B.B.Q Plaza.
I had ordered their Lamb Combo Set which consists of the usual, fish balls, yong tau foo, prawn, crab stick, minced fish, yau mak and etc. (please look at the picture above). The price for the set is RM 21.80.This is the Lamb which comes together with the standard 'accessories' mentioned above. This is the Beef set which Romiko had ordered and this comes together with the rest of the standard sets. The chillies is crucial for steamboat. So here is the two types of chillies which they have. On the right is the normal red chilly paste and the right (which I preferred) is the garlic green chilly paste. The latter is spicier and stronger in scent. So this is how my Tom Yam soup looks like before heating it up. Well it's quite sour and slightly spicy. They do offer the normal plain herbal soup if you prefer traditional style. This is how it looks like after I throw in all the food into the pot. Oh ya, their style is the same as Shabu Shabu which means all the visitors had their own pot. So in other word, it's more hygienic.

We were thinking that the portion wasn't enough for us all but at the end of the dinner most of us was quite full. Well I know I am. The place was packed around 8pm as there were a lot of families which visit this outlet. You can also opt to sit outside to view the park and also a man made lake (coming soon). The environment is really nice. (Rating : 3.5 out of 5.0)

Restaurant Makanan Laut Telok Gong - Klang

This was the first time I had brunch over at Telok Gong. It was around 11.30am when we arrived. I had suggested to eat at Restaurant Telok Gong since I had tried the other two (Greenery and Coconut Flower). There were five of us including me, so Eric had given me the green light to order. Cool~!

First dish, Lala in Fried Bee Hoon. This is definitely better than the one that I had in Coconut Flower last week. The second dish I ordered was the Hokkien Mee. Ok la, it's not as good as Ah Wah or Damansara Uptown (and b'cause it's lack pork) but still OK la. My favourite vegetable, Yau Mak is the only green this morning. It's simple but they really make the dish taste really good. My favourite seafood, Mantis Prawn in Kong Pow. It's very crunchy and the portion was really large. Nice~! I was munching away till he last bite. I had ordered additional 3 dishes as Eric said it wasn't enough and wanted to try more seafood. So I had ordered the Kepah in Supreme Soup. I am not sure what is the taste and all as I don't really fancy the soup and all. But from the feedback, it's quite good.

This is the Salty Egg Crab which I'd ordered. Damn it's nice. I seldom praise any crab but this is quite the different story. Although it's Salty Egg but they added some sugar in it, so it tasted a but sweet at the same time. Nice~!Last dish of the day, I had a difficulty deciding either to order their Nestum or Butter Milk Prawns. So what better but to mix them both together in one plate. Well I mean half Nestum, half Butter Milk in this case. The Nestum Prawns was really fantastic compared to the plain Butter Milk Prawns.

The whole meal cost me RM 180.00 plus all the drinks (coconut, soft drinks and one bottle of Tiger beer). Eric said cheap, so what more could I say. Since it's claimable. LOL~!!!
