Monday Night Gym~!

Damn I am lazy tonight~! I rushed over The Curve for Master C's BC class. The class was full tonight. Stand at my usual place. Next to the stage. haha~!!! Did some mistake on my 4th track. Damn~!! Those moves are like at the back of my head by now. Maybe I am too tired or lazy :P

But still Master C is very laid back and quite "lazy" to move around that much. This I noticed since the 1st class and it happens on each of his class. haha~!! Well maybe that is his "trademark". But I have no problem with that as I am happily doing my own self. : ) His class is definitely 180 degree opposite of Master T. Master T like to sing and shout a lot to bring out the mood of the track whereas, Master C will just stand there and ask the class to shout. haha!! And he can just stand there laughing and not doing the chore. Strange~!! :P

Anyway finished the class and continue with SSI's BP class. I felt more lazy while I'm carrying the weight over. Dunno why? Maybe I am quite bored with gym? Or the classes? .................. my mind is empty again~! Saw Lil Princess looking at me and I look back. Smile and continue with the class. Hesitated on the 30kg weight for the squat track. But what the heck~! Since SSI is doing the same weight. Tot wanna cut down on the clean and press but stick with the 22kg as I saw someone at the back carrying the same weight. Kiasu ma~!!! Same happen on tricep and bicep. Increased my weight to 12kg as to the 10kg that I am normally carrying.

Oh almost forgot, guess who decided to show up for the class. Our Mr. Iron Man from Menara Summit himself, Teh. haha~! Had a chat with him after the class bout my technique and all. Yes, my technique for the chest track is still not that, hmm.... how to say this, right. haha!! So he gave me some pointers and also adviced me on the other tracks. KNS!! He still wanna charge me RM 100 to become my PT, training for my techniques. haha~!! Wanna know more what we chatted? PM me... haha~!!!

Lil Princess got out and reminded me that the geng is going to Bkt Tinggi tomorrow for The Bread Lady's BC class. Haven't decided whether to go or not. See how la~! Nowdays a bit lazy already. haha~! Someone please come and motivate me a bit~!!! Got to the locker room and straight away change into my wind breaker and left as usual. One word~! Tired~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Marche - The Curve

As usual, my Sunday morning stared with Master T's BC class @ The Curve. After the class I had rushed to bath and get ready as Romiko was waiting for me as well as my brother's family.

So off I go and meet up with them at Mango. Later we had decided to have our lunch in Marche as my brother was treating us all. Sweet~!!! The place wasn't that pack when we arrived. So we decided to sit at the inner section. As it's not that congested.
So I straight away took one of the "passport" and started to roam around the place looking for anything good. First I ordered is their Cheese Rosti with Lamb Sausage. It's combination of onion and also potato, I think. haha~! It's nice and filling too. Especially the Lamb Sausage. They also served Cheese Chicken, Beef, Black Pepper Chicken and etc. My brother had ordered a Plain Rosti with Chicken Cheese. Not bad, but I prefer lamb. hehe~!!! The second dish that I ordered was their famous Grilled Turkey and Ham with Sunny Sunshine Up and Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy. This is really filling as the Turkey Ham is really thick and tender. The sauce is also nice and the mashes potatoes was really nice too. My brother had ordered the Grilled Chicken but it's a bit stale. But still it's just OK. The choices here isn't that much compared to the one that they had in Singapore. They do not have salmon over here. Sigh~!!!
The third dish of the day, Pasta~! I can't live without pasta, OK?!! So I had ordered their house Spaghetti with Cream Sauce topped with Turkey & Ham with Vegetables. The cream sauce was OK but I did ate a lot of this as I am very hungry after gym maybe. But there were the presence of vegetable scent in the pasta which I do not like. Call me homeboy, but Pasta for me do not mix well with vegetable. To cleanse it all down, I had ordered their Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Highly recommended if you like root beer and also slightly taste of ginger. My brother had ordered the Dragon Fruit Juice which is a bit too sour. The whole meal cost around RM 138.00. Expensive? Well you decide. (Rating : 3.5 out of 5.0)

Fong Lye Taiwan Restaurant @ The Garden

Continuing from where I left off. So we were looking for a place to eat. This restaurant called Fong Lye catched my eye. Taiwan Restaurant. Why not? So off we went to the restaurant. It was around 80% full when I arrive that time. So I browse through the menu and look at the food.

I had ordered the Hot Oolong + Chrysanthemum which is nice and it's refillable. D'oh~!!

For the starter I had ordered the Taiwanese Glutinous Rice Sausage which is very famous as a snack in Taiwan. The sausage was nice and the rice was also delicious. But make sure u finish it as soon as it arrive as the glutinous rice gets cold and not that tasty anymore.

Romiko had ordered the Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle. The set includes the main dish which is braised beef in noodle, side dishes includes some sort of salty veges to increase the appetite. And the middle one is the fried potato with stuffed pork inside. I think. haha~! The dish is really nice as the noodle is slightly spicy as they had added lil bit of curry oil in it. Nice~!

This is what I had ordered, Taiwanese 3 Variety Supreme Diced Chicken. The dish comes with the same side dishes but the rice is added with Diced Chicken and also a vegetarian soup. I didn't drink it as I don't really into it. So Romiko finished it for me. hehe~! But the gravy from the hot plate was very nice. That is why they called it Supreme maybe. hehe~! Highly recommended.

This is what the rice with the diced chicken looks like from close up. The rice is Japanese rice as it's all bit by bit and not mashed up like our local rice. Sweet~!!

This is the Supreme Chicken main dish. The chicken is cooked in thick sauce with ginger and parsley. This is the the best part of the meal. hehe~!

This is the vegetable soup that I mentioned. You can't really see the veges but it's in there. Trust me~!

The meal was really filling. I can't finish it so Romiko ended up finishing both our meal. haha~! The table were rather small for the big plates that they gave to us. The service was good. U can always see people walking around and u can call them over for some extra rice or refill on ur tea. The deco was definitely nice and comfy. So what is the damage?

Well it's not that expensive. Quite OK for me. Will definitely return for another visit. (Rating : 3.7 out of 5.0)

Midvalley Here I Come~!

My day started with me going to work as usual. Chatted with SSI for almost half of my morning till noon. Thanx again for helping me passed my time. haha~ So I went to have a hair cut afterward while Romiko was doing her perm. The "waiting" lasted for 3 hours. haha~ We had decided to go over Midvalley today as there was a dog show happening at the Midvalley Convention Centre.

Reached Midvalley around 4.30pm and this is my 1st time to The Garden. It was quite packed but I managed to found a parking in 10 mins time. So off we walked to Midvalley Convention Centre. There were already a crowd when we arrived. So we paid our RM 5/per head entry fees and enter the premise.

So what I saw inside? Hmm .... dogs and cats. Saw a lot of Miniature Schnauzer. Surprisingly there wasn't alot of Retriever or Labrador or even the normal Shih Tzu. Saw something different today which is the Ferret. Dunno what is a ferret? No problem. Look at the picture below. haha~!


What else? Hmm... there's a dog competition where the dogs are given certain obstacle to complete. There are some nice attire for pups which Romiko bought one for Bobo. Bought some dog food from Nutro. Saw a very nice Silver Miniature Schnauzer. Rare~~ And also a St. Bernard. My first time seeing a St. Bernard in real life. Sweet~~~!!!


After the exhibition we went back to The Garden for dinner. So I decided to look around the place as there were a lot of recommendation on the restaurants from my friends. Where do I eat at the end? U need to read the next blog entry as it's about eating. haha~!!!

Tired~~~

Do I looked space out tonight during gym? Well SSI and LGM did think so. haha~ Anyway, I am just tired, OK? I got back into the groove after track 2, right? hehe~!

I was just having alot in my head as there was a lot happening in my office lately. As my manager just left for Taiwan today. And might not be coming back as something happened at one of my customer's side. So need to think what is my next step. Sigh~! I hate this kind of stuff. Why can't I just go back to work like last time? Maybe I need to look for another job now? Well, I'll just need to wait and see now. Director is coming down on the 7th. Will see what will happen.

Getting late now, wanna sleep already. Some one is rushing me to go to sleep now. haha~ Need to go to work tomorrow. Well I mean later. tired... but still need to continue on. So next time u see me looked blur. Dun be surprise. I might just be thinking what should I eat later for supper. hahaha~!!!!

Friday Nite, Gym Nite~!

It's now 6pm sharp. The sky is dark and growling. Definately gonna rain. Just a matter of time. I give it 30mins top. Well need to pack my stuff and leave for gym now. Sigh~! So tired today. Had lunch with Romiko and my ex-colleagues at Sunway. Rush to Shah Alam for tea wit Json and David.

David, u looked better. Must really take care of urself now. Remember dun do any exercise now. I give a copy of the BC DVD for u to watch la~ hahaha~ His back still hurt like hell if he didn't tooked the pain killer. So need to rest more. But he's getting better now.

Gonna go for SSI's BP and BC class later on. Gonna rush and bath after the class as I need to drive over Hartamas to pick up my bro around 10pm I think. He's coming back from S'pore. So need to send him back Kinrara. So no supper for me tonight. Good also la. Too much supper makes me gained a lot of weight nowdays. haha~ Ok la~ Need to go now~! Or else be stuck in a jam later. Ciao~!!!

Wat a Kawaii car plate. Saw this at Sunway now while washing my car. The front and back car plate is a matching Hello Kitty theme. Hopefully it's not driven by a guy. Haha!

Lady Luck On My Side~!

I am still not going to gym tonight as I need to pick my sister in law up after work. But there's a good news. She need me to send her to PJ for her new company to do some briefing. And I tot where is that place? Luck was on my side as her new company is just next to Menara Axis. Cool~~~

So I drove her over and drop her off around 7pm. And I went to MA to check out the time table. Luckily I brought my gym gears at the back of my car today. haha~~~ So up I go and I did saw some familiar faces overthere. But not that close la~ So I looked at the class and saw Line Dancing was on. The instructor was Poly and the next Studio was Herny doing RPM. While Dr.Dillipe was teaching yoga.

I looked at the time table and I gave myself a smile as the next class was BC by Master C. Well it's not Master T's class but what the heck. The class starts at 7.25pm and he arrived on the dot. In I go and the class was almost packed tonight. Did the new release and all. Felt great~! The crowd was OK. The Curve's FF memebers still the best.

Mic broken around track 6 or 7 and Master C need to shout from there onwards. haha!! Saw the fella in SSI's class. Yup the guy who always "prepares" SSI's pump gears. haha~!! Give me smile and I smile back. Polite ma~~~ Had a drink and chatted with Master C. Damn~! He realize this was my 1st class in Axis as he never saw me here b4. haha~!!! And how did he know that I was supposed to be in MC tonight doing Master T class? haha~!! I think Emma replaced Master T class, tonight. Give me pat at the back and off I go to bath and off I go to pick up my sister in law.

What I think of MA? OK la. It's my 1st time doing any class overthere. Quite crowded also. But the members still not sporting. As they dun really shout that much. Master C said that this happens after CNY. Maybe will get better soon. Well I hope for your sake. hahaha~!!!

No Gym For Me~!

Haiks~~ I finally decided to skip my Wed. classes at MC. Miss the BP and BC classes. But what to do? Duty calls. haha~ But again I got a good night off. Been doing BP and BC new release for 3 times already. Well I guess that is OK for me. Since I like it so much. haha~ But again, someone did said that the new release of BC is a bit weird. With all the kicking all. Especially track 2. haha~ But I like track 2 the most wor. Maybe like Master T said, u will learn to like it on the second week and get bored of it on the third week (well this one i added in myself).

I'd been listening to the music for like 1 month already. But luckily it's still OK for me. :) Except for track 4 maybe. Dun like it that much. The choreo and also the music is just normal for me.

And the choreo, hmm...I guess we be doing the Track 5 choreo again and again and again and I'll be looking at Master T or SSI with a bored face while doing the DJ'ing motion. haha~!!! I think the instructor or some of the DIE HARD combater know which part I mentioned.

So what did yesterday? Well I went over Kuchai Lama and play with my all so lovely niece, Chloe. She can finally stand and walk. Waaaaa~ I miss that ~ I haven't saw her for like 1 month she grew so fast. Sweet~!!! Found out it's my uncle's bday so we had a small makan session. hehe~!! Free Food~!!! Nice~~~~!!! Got home around 8 or so and watch two movies (LXG and Hitman).

Never was I am so laid back and so free on weekdays. Most of my weekdays will be in the gym doing classes and having supper with the members. But yesterday was all nice and relaxing for me. I need to get some break from gym classes definately. I do more classes than some instructor per week. haha!!! Well like they say ma, "Kia Beh Ki Pun" maybe~!!!! hahahaha~!!!!!

Rushing~!

It's now lunch hour and I am still sitting in the office alone doing my claims. What a day. I got into office early today around 8.05am. Meeting at 8.45am. Appointment down at Rawang at 10.30am. Stupid ex-manager wanna steal our customer. Throwing the price and making a mess in the market now. Settled talking with the Japanese who I think only understand half of what I am saying.

Off I drove back to office as there's an emergency up at SP (Sg.Petani). So Wilson need to go up again to settled the problem. Luckily didn't ask me to go again. This week damn tired of driving. Been driving back and forth North-South Highway for god know how many times this month. Most probably be up again to SP next week or the coming week with Eric. Again be going up Kedah and Thailand on next month with frens during the Songkran Festival or Water festival.

This is going to be a very long and tiring journey~~~ and i can still hear my stomach calling "feed me! feed me!" now. Just finished talking to the blur queen. She's off for lunch and I am still continue doing my claim and blogging. haha~ Need to finish this up quick and go for a quick lunch and go for another appointment later.

Tired Evening

Wow~! It's already 1am now. And I am still online. haha~ Rare .. .Once A Blue Moon ba~ The reason is because I just send my girl, Romiko back to her home from LCCT.

I went to gym tonight for BS, BP and BC as usual. Finished the classes and rush over to LCCT from MC. The flight was from S'pore to M'sia and ETA is around 10.30pm. So I bathed and rush over to LCCT. Yup~! I confirm it. 30 mins is all I needed to go from Subang Parade to LCCT. hahaha~ Well if I got Smart Tag I might be more faster~ hahaha~ But u need to drive constant 140 - 150 km/h. hahaha~

Once there I parked my car and wait for them to come out. Waited around 10 mins and there was my girl standing there calling me. Sweet~!!! As I need to send one of her fren, Shamini home so I drove quite fast too. She lived in Sg. Rasa but I drove in the Subang exit. Should have taken the Bt. Tiga exit and go Federal direct. Nevertheless I got her home around 11.30pm.

Later I drove my girl back to her house and reached around 12.00pm. Was lucky to saw some magic show as a neighbour's house caught fire due to the electrical short curcuit in their board. But no biggie~! Got the small fire down. So drama finish. Drove back home and reached around 12.40pm. What I night. And I still have laundry to do and also pack for 3 days stay with my sister in law as my bro will be out of town.

So will I skip wed, thur and fri classes? Time will tell... tired siaaaa~~~~~

Bad Luck or ???

I was early for BC class tonight at Curve as it was raining and I don't wanna rush over because of the jam. But still, fate again manage to surprised me. haha~ The jam started from Tmn Megah to the SS2 over bridge and straight to Curve itself. WTF~! This is one of the worst jam I am in going to Curve for BC class. Some more I was early today. Luckily~! hehe~! Cause it's the new release for BC and also BP. So need to go early and register la. haha~! Kiasu ma~

So the class started as usual but Calvin was not alone, Peggy was there and SSI was "supposed" to be there too. But again she manage to surprised us all again. DUH~! hahaha~ But she managed to come in and continued from Track 5. The class was very fun and energetic. Sweet~!! Than I continued with BP class. We're doing the new release tonight also. And YES~! SSI, I did increase my weight "as per ur request". hahahah~ I still think that the release is not that tough. haha~!

Anyway, we finished the class and LGM passed something to Lil Princess to pass to me. It's home-made Tau Fu Fa. Sweet~!!! Thx alot LGM~!!!! Love yer!! And the Tau Fu Fa also tasted just nice. Not too sweet not too plain.

So I finished the class and went down to get my car after having some short session with Uncle Coffee and Su Gim. Paid my tickets and walked to my car. Took out my car key and push on the unlock button. No light~! FARK~!! I tried a few times and still the same. I tried knocking on it and still the same. FARK~! FARK~! FARK~!!! The security guard came over and try to assist me but he can't do anything too. And a gym member did offer to send me somewhere to get a key but I rejected. But really appreciate the effort. Thanx again whoever you are~! hehe~!! I was in the car for 10 over minutes and I started to get a bit piss off and broke the car key open to look at the battery. It was flat dry. FARK~!!! . I did run up to the Curve but noticed that all the stores had closed as it's already 10.30pm that time. So I rush down and realised that Su Gim's car is still parked there. And I straight away called her up to come down to the basement. She was a bit blur when she saw me standing there all sweaty~! hehe~! I told her the story and I took her car key and dismantled it to see if her battery is the same as mine. FARK~! FARK~! FARK~! Not the same~!!! So no choice, she need to send me back to get my spare key.

So off we go to get my spare key at home and she send me back to Curve. As I was pulling out from the car park. Guess who I saw, SSI in Lil Princess car. 1100pm already la~ Still loitering in the car park. haha~!!! So I honk her and I think I surprised her. Well actually I was just asking her to drive more faster as she was driving really slow that time. haha~ Anyway, I got off and wave to SSI. And I reach home safe and sound. What's the morale of the story? "Dun block the road if ur driving slow la" hahaha~ But to me there is always some luck nearby whenever u r feeling run down or bad luck. So you just need to know where to look~! :)

I Conquered Cameron Highland - Day 2

The guys woke up around 8.30am and we started to talked bout he night before and than the galz woke up one by one as they were awoken by my voice (yeah right!!!) We ate some bread and drank some coffee before packing up and went for our next destination. We went to the Smoke House and tooked some pictures but there wasn't much to take also. haha~! Later we decided to go to the morning market as the rest wanna buy some strawberry and also corn and vegeies. So Json lead us to this market which is situated up the hill around

We bought some alot of corns, vegetables, strawberries and also other foods. The flowers over here is so damn cheap. U can buy 5 dozen with RM 10 if I am not misaken. Damn~!!!

The strawberry over here were slighlty expensive compared to our purchase yesterday night but it's still cheap compared to the price that we got overhere in PJ. They were selling around RM 20 for 3 packets. Damn it's nice looking at those strawberrys.

There were also the sweet potatoes which is famous overhere. So Jo and Fong decided to bought some to cook back home.

I bought some corns as it was really sweet and it's different from the one that we buy over here. They are selling at RM 10 for 5pcs. There were also RM 10 for 4pcs which the size is bigger.

Fong and Jo also bought some mini tomatoes. Dun ask me, I dun eat those fruits. haha~!
There were also the usual local favourite like the mini cactus which is really wanted to buy. They're selling 7pcs at RM10. haha~ And also pure honey. Aikss... I forgot to buy the honey over there when I think of it now. darn~!!!!


We bought some local Sweet Honey Potatoes to eat before we left. It's nice. They cost around RM2 for 8 pcs. Ai Ling also bought some sweet potatoes to go. hehe~!


And off we go down hill to the next destination. Cameron Valley Plantation. haha~ We can't leave without taking some pictures with the Tea Plantation now, can't we? haha~!
Lil Princess, Gim, Json and Ai Ling didn't joined us as they were resting on top of the rest area. Wasted I tell u .. haha~! 4 of us had some nice pics overhere. haha~!

Than we headed to Rata Iskandar Waterfall as it's a tourist spot I think. haha~! We spend some time overhere and took a lot of pictures together. But Json and Ai Ling stayed back as she's not feeling well. Sad :(
Finally we are out of Cameron and went over to Bidor for lunch. Due to some "misscommunication", we got there slighlty longer. haha~! We went over to this place called Pun Chun for some famous Duck's Drumstick Noodle. It's OK la~ haha~ Than we off again and reached Sg. Buloh R&R to rearrange the passengers to their designated car and off we go our separate ways. I reached PJ with the girls around 4pm and it was raining heavily. But we managed to got home safely at the end. So this is how I spend my weekend. Well not normally but this week onli la~ haha~!!!

I Conquered Cameron Highland - Day 1

Yatta~! Cameron Highland ... woo hoo~! Finally I'd been to Cameron Highlands. haha~! The day started around 9.00am as the gals (Fong, Jo, Lil Princess and Gim) arrived at my place. They're late due to some "un-disclosed" reasons (I know already la~!!!) Anyway, they were supposed to arrive at 8.30am as we need to meet up with Json they all at Sg. Buloh R&R around 9am. haha~ So I managed to arrived around 9.20am. Aleximon brought some nasi lemak from his mom's stall for us. (TQ again~! Was really nice) I ate two packets. haha~! So we started our journey around 10am and arrived at Tapah toll around 12noon. Reached the top around 1pm or so. Took our lunch at some stall nearby. The food sux~! haha~! Than we drove over to the apartment that Json had previous booked for us all. The place is called Anthrium or something. haha~ I forgot. We unpacked and bath and went to our first destination. The Rose Valley. We got in, but not b4 paying RM 4. OK la~ They claimed got more than 450 types of roses inside. So what the heck I tot. :) Off we go and straight away the gals started to take pictures with the flowers already. haha~

The skies started to turn black and rain started to fall. It started small but turned into a big thunder storm. I am not exaggerating when I am saying thunder and storm. haha~ So we wasted around 1 hour stuck in the place and not seeing the upper level of the Valley as it's open top without a roof. Wasted!!! So we started to take more pictures and pose like combaters (as we miss BC classes already) haha~!!

Hence, the picture above was taken. hahaha~! We exit the place and bought some Strawberry Popsicle and sweet potatoes to eat. Nice~!!! Later me and Json decided to run to our car neglecting the heavy down pour of the rain to get our car and pick up the ladies. Gentleman ler .. haha~!!! So we went home to bathed before heading out for dinner. But the rain was on for hours and we were onli managed to go for dinner around 8.30pm and we decided to go to this place called Water Cress Valley for steamboat. Long story short, food OK onli, soup is slightly tasteless, price was expensive (RM 140).

Than we headed for the night market as the rain was not that heavy. Lil Princess, Gim and Me bought some really "cheap" strawberry as they we're gonna close and it's raining too. We got off with 4 big packets of strawberry @ RM20. Each of us bought 4 packets. The rest bought some apam and corns to eat. We headed home for some rest and started our mahjong session. But only me, Jo and Fong were playing so we decided to stop playing and asked all the geng to come out and play some cards. Fong brought her bottle of Johny and we decided to finished it tonight. haha~!

We were able to finished it around 2am. haha~! All were drunk and we got some really embarassing momments and also funny clips and photos but were too much to be shown in here. haha~! Alex didn't joined us as he didn't agreed with our "rules" and surf the net the whole night (party-popper!!!) Lil Princess spend much of the time talkin in the room with "u know who". But came out and stayed till the last drop. haha~! So we all called it a night and went to sleep. (something "supernatural" happened that night but I will tell it maybe on my other blog entry). End of Day 1

Cameron Here I Come~!

It's already 1.20am and I am still sitting here writing my blog. Something is wrong. I am still very much awake. haha~ Maybe cause excited of the trip tomorrow? Yup~! I'm off to Cameron Highlands with the FF members. So just wanna drop a few lines here before I go to sleep. hehe~! Gonna wake up tomorrow and pack my stuff. Haha~ My stuff is so little that I can just wake up tomorrow morning and pack it. I need to wake up around 8am. So I got less than 7 hours of sleep. Should be Ok la~ haha~ All the food had already been bought. Well except for the bread. We can buy it tomorrow over at the R&R I hope. Alex gonna bring his mom's Nasi Lemak~ Yummy~ Thnx again aunty :) What else, hmm....we got mahjong and cards so game is set. Fong will be bringing Johny along, so liquor is settled. I Survived Body Pump 65

So tonight I had tried Body Pump 65. What do I think? Well, to be frank, it's not as tough as I imagine. Not a let down but still it's Les Mills that we're talking about here. I was quite surprised when I finished the second track and I don't feel much of it compared to the previous release. The Back track was also normal with 4 clean and press continued with 4 sets of wide grip back presses. Nothing special compared to tracks like Miracle or Olympia. The triceps track was OK as we got a new move. But still the track was not that tiring as there's enough of bottom half I think. We time around we got the plate dip at the end. Nice~!!

Biceps~! Boy was I nervous waiting for the track but I still maintain with my usual weight for all the tracks. The track was quite challenging with a lot of bottom halves and also the combo was a killer. But it's still OK for me this time around. Compared to the previous release this is 8 out of 10, by my opinion. :P The killer for me for this release was the lunges. I am doing as usual with my body weight and still it's killing me with the pain from my thigh. Nice track.!! Later Shoulder track is also quite tough as we need to do a lot of side and combo raises. Sweet! The abs track was a killer too with the side plank and also hover. Boy my legs was shaking while I am doing it that time. haha~!!! The instructor for the night was SSI for the 1st 5 tracks and Bryan for the second half. Great launch and a Good Class~!!!

I Survived Body Combat 35

Yes~! Finally~!!! Body Combat 35!! The anticipation~! The Wait~! It's finally out!! I had decided to go over Bukit Tinggi for the sneak launch at 1pm. I picked Su Gim up and drove over. Once arrived I saw a bunch of people were waiting outside the studio. Damn!! So many ppl mer? And I tot there won't be anyone as it's holiday today. Gosh~! Was I wrong. Suddenly a familiar face came up to me. The Bread Lady itself. Haha~! Surprisingly she was here today. She doesn't have a class today but came over just for the launch and for a part time job as a camera man for Master T. haha~!!! I went in the studio and there he is, Master T doing warm up and some last minute preparation with Alvin. There were wearing these combat style cargoes. Haha~ Funny~ And they had this funny shirt which looked a bit small for Master T. The head cover hardly cover his head. So anyway, the class starts at 1pm with a full packed studio. I was standing infront of the stage with Raine. The first 5 tracks was done by Alvin while the second half was done by Master T. It started quite nice and all. But there were some hiccups here and there and Master T did mess up the track 8 chore. haha~ U owe us 10 push up mate!! :P From Bkt Tinggi's members feedback, Alvin's techniques is not that accurate compared to Master T. My opinion? Still need to ask mer? Cannot compare at all la~ haha~ Different class. Even isaid that their vocal power is totally different once they change over from track 6. I did some picture snapping for Master T while Raine is snapping for another member. So I curi tulang a bit on the push ups. hehe~!!! All ends well I guess. It was a nice launching. Raine did asked if I could go for the Nike Women's Launch as she got an extra tix js for guy. Oh~! I how I wish I can go dear! But destiny is waiting for me somewhere else. haha~! Thnx for the offer dear~! Later we took some picture before we go off.

Surely I will not miss taking a picture with Master T. haha~!!

Go or No Go?

Oh~! I am still deciding whether to go over for tomorrow's launching at Bukit Tinggi. It's already 1 in the morning and I am writing my last entry for today. Work today is OK as I went to Sg. Buloh and Bukit Beruntung to meet two clients with my colleague, Wilson. He's a Taiwanese so we talked a lot bout both country's Politics, Social Life and Entertainment. For his age (around late 30s), he's quite well verse in the entertainment circle. haha~! It rained since early this morning till noon. Than it started again in the evening. I left my office around 5pm to go over for 5.45 BP class at MC. Surprisingly, there were only 2 people. But still Mimi decided to continue with the class. Cool~! Did some really nice tracks tonight but around the same as SSI's track on Monday. Later SSI came in for BC. Well u did felt that I wasn't 100% myself right? U ask me, but I too was unclear. Maybe too bored or tired. haha~ Can't wait to do the new tracks maybe. Hopefully I dun get bored with the new release too soon as I already been listening to the musics for almost 3 weeks now. haha~! Txt TT and he confirmed that he be doing tomorrow at Bukit Tinggi with Alvin. So will see how's my mood tomorrow and decide. Life goes on......~~~~~~

My Rule #1

So what we did after gym tonight? we go for a movie that's what. haha~ Since we're all not working tomorrow (well almost everyone), so we decided to go watch a ghost movie, namely "Rule #1". So off we go after the gym as we parked our cars at Fong's house and go over Pyramid in the biggest that we had. Thanx again Lil Princess (although u scared the shit out of us wit ur driving and make a wrong turn at the junction and had to go make a U-turn in front). We all appreciate the ride :) haha~ As we're rushing so we all had some nasi lemak and off we go to the cinema. It's cinema #12. It's a small cinema. Nvm la, better sound effect ba. hehe~! The movies is about a rookie Sergeant Lee (Shawn Yue) is injured in a shoot-out and is assigned to the dubious- sounding Miscellaneous Affairs Department (MAD). There, he is paired up with Inspector Wong (Ekin Cheng), a jaded and alcoholic veteran who explains that MAD's role is to answer supernatural calls. Wong explains MAD's rule number one - there are no ghosts. For every seemingly-inexplicable phenomenon, there is a corresponding scientific and rational explanation. MAD begins investigating a string of bizarre teenage suicides... impossible suicides, unless the victims were possessed. As Lee and Wong follow the clues, they realize something sinister is heading their way. OK, finished with the synopsis, let's get to the review part. haha~ The movie was good. Story line was interesting. Effect is cool~! Scare level is 7 out of 10 from my scale. This year best horror movie for me to date.

Ok let's go to the fun part. haha~ I can't stop laughing at all the suspense scenes together with Fong while the rest (Coffee Uncle n Lil Princess) was shielding their eyes wit their hands. haha~ Once, Fong did purposely kick Uncle Coffee's leg and that really scared the shit out of him. haha~ There's so many part where he closed his eyes or used the paper cup from his sweet corn to block his view. Funny~! hehe~! :) If Joanne was here, lagi kecoh~! haha~! During one part of the movie, a baby cried from the cinema and we all looked back. So parents brought their baby to watch a horror movie. Weird~! Maybe wanna "train" them from a young age. Maybe??? So satisfied SSI? U got ur wish come true. haha~
