Thursday Nite Gym~!

Finally, gym nite~! haha~ well actually it was just one night without gym and it was like eternity. (well figure of speech). So I went over around 5.15pm and suddenly I saw Popular Book Store is having their sales again. Sweet~! I went over to browse quickly as I need to rush for Jean's Yoga class at 5.45pm. Bought Eason Chan's CD. What a bargain I got. 3 cds for RM9.90. My phone is showing 5.35pm so I need to make hast and rush to the gym for yoga.

Arrived and saw most of the members already in the class with Jean. Barely make it. hehe~! So long didn't stretched my hand and leg. Luckily still can do the stances. Later went for the second Yoga class as usual. Json and Fong was there. Cool~! Finished the class and went for Master T's BC class. But saw something interesting outside. The gym is doing this free body analysis and we all thought of getting it a try.

My body fat% is 24.3% and fat mass is 17.3kg (total mass is 71kg).

Desirable fat% range should be 14-20% or 8.7 - 13.4kg.

In other words, I need to lost another 4kg.

So there goes my nasi lemak and roti canai and also pork noodle. hahaha~!!!

After Master T class we all had a lil chat outside the gym. Ann Jet was there tonight. Happy~!! David also make a quick appearance and we chatted awhile before him taking off as he can't stand so long due to his back problem. Hope you get well soon bro~! Proposed to bath early as I wanna go down and browse more of the CDs and books that they are selling. So went down and finally bought myself a Michael Buble CD.

I had been eyeing for this CD for quite some time as there are a lot of songs which I love a lot. Joyful~! Later we all went for supper across the street. Damn~! I ate roti telur. Damn Damn Damn~!!! Bad influence~! hahaha~!
