Triceps Hurts~!

Had lunch with my customer in one of the restaurant in Semenyih. Didn't manage to take down the name of the food. But it's some steamed fish in some special sauce. Anyway, got back to the office as my appointment was cancelled. Chat with K-Bear, LP and Master C for a while and went off to gym after work.

I was managed to just squeezed in Brian's Body Step class. Class was packed today and the tracks was not that tough but I was panting. Good~! Next was MG replacing Sue's Body Pump class. Did the same clean and press track as K-Bear. But other then some minor matters, all were fine. Nice~! Master T took the stage around 7.45 and the class was very packed too. So here's the run down for the night:-

  1. Walking In Memphis / James Bond Theme (nice)
  2. The United Vibe (Deja Vu #1)
  3. Field of Dreams (yes yes yes~!)
  4. Tribal Dance (Deja Vu #2)
  5. There You'll Be
  6. Anything for Love (old track)
  7. Jump (leg's still shaking)
  8. Right on Time (we go way back with this track)
  9. Dance Floor Anthem (modified version)
  10. Now We Are Free

We did the modified version of Track 9 as someone mixed up the tracks chore. hehe~! 16 triceps push up for 2 sets is a killer mate. haha~!!!! Anyway, we all had a talk at the pantry after that and went off as all were tired.

(tonight's weight: WU:10kg, SQ:30kg, CH:15kg, BK: 20kg, TR: 10kg, BI: 10kg, LU: Body Weight, SH: 2.5kg plate and 10kg bar. All weight's excluding bar weight)
