Last night we, BKLTL members decided to stomp KBT for the BC37 launch by Cheng and Eugene with Alvin shadowing. But before that, BQ, LP and me had decided to joined Body Balance 42 which lead by Riyo and Klevin while Ken Mun is shadowing. So what do I think of the new release? I guess it's a bit less challenging than the previous launch. In this release we have the theme song for The Last of The Mohicans to start the class off. Nice~! Tai Chi warm up was nice and simple with the normal moves and all.
Coming to the Shiva Salutation in The Sun Salutation was a new move in this release. There is also a new alignment poses in the Standing Strength track. Song was nice from Sugarbabes (i think). There is also the hip opener later in which stretches our inner thigh and hips. Really nice. Klevin's instruction was clear and accurate so we're able to follow it with ease. The Pointer track was nice and simple but maybe the track was a bit too short. Maybe? But we were a bit lost during Riyo's chore on the Twist track. As we are required to do a lying down body twist facing the stage and back. But overall the class was OK but less challenging compared to the previous one.
Rushed to changed our shoe for the Body Combat class which starts after that. Class was full. Managed to squeezed into a spot next to the stage. Cheng did the 1st half and Eugene bring it home for the remaining tracks. Cheng and Eugene had some mistakes here and there but they are leading for the first time. So it's something new for them. Hopefully this will be a valuable experience for them to learn from, for the coming release in December.
Saw some hardcore members from KBT and it's nice seeing a group of people supporting their club instructors. But Hell if I'm gonna wear a BKLTL T-shirt if anyone even pay me to do so. lol~!!! Minum session was quite late as I reached home around 12.30am. Tired~!!
