I had lunch with Eva yesterday catching up on both our life. Don't worry sis, gonna mark down 20th Aug for you. After that I went over to collect The Mummy invitation card from my aunt's house. Thanx again to my cousin for this.
Since I got time after my appointment, I went over to Wisma Hamodal for the Guardian Warehouse Sales. As today was the first day, there's still plenty of supplements available. So I got some Celery & Guaiacum Complex, Evening Primrose Oil & Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Lecithin, Milk Thistle & Dandelion and Saw Palmetto & Pumpkin Seed. Some are quite cheap compared to the market price. Managed to get CP some supplements too. Their Efamol Evening Primrose Oil is really cheap.
Bought some gifts for Romiko and a Fila sport shirt for myself. Damn it's on 70% discount. So it's only RM26.70 after less for a dry fit material. Bought myself some junk foods on the way and a pillow. So for those who are interested, do drop by soon or else the supplements will run out fast.

The Mummy : Tomb of The Dragon's Emperor
Lucky~! Got free ticket for The Mummy - Tomb of The Dragon's Emperor. Thanx again to my cousin who got the ticket for me. It's a sneak preview before the actual world premier which is tomorrow. So as usual I need to let them 'save keep' all my devices before going in and collect it back after the movie.
Brendan Fraser returns as explorer Rick O'Connell to combat the resurrected Han Emperor (Jet Li) in an epic that races from the catacombs of ancient China high into the frigid Himalayas. Rick is joined in this all-new adventure by son Alex (newcomer Luke Ford), wife Evelyn (Maria Bello) and her brother, Jonathan (John Hannah). And this time, the O'Connells must stop a mummy awoken from a 2,000-year-old curse who threatens to plunge the world into his merciless, unending service. Other cameo you may recognized is Anthony Wong, Michelle Yeoh, Isabella Leong and Jacky Wu.
So what do I think of the movie? Well other than the missing Rachel Weisz from the main cast, everything seemed to be OK. It's an all action and adventure similar to the previous 2 installments. But I can see the similarity of Indiana Jones with this movie. There's the son and father angle, tomb raiding and ultimately saving the world at the end. It's around the same as Indiana Jones in The Last Crusade, where he found the Holy Grail but here is the Eastern version where he found the fountain of eternal youth. But I still prefer Indiana anytime. Good movie to be watch if you had already watched the previous 2 movies. Or even if you have never watch the first two, you won't miss anything and still be able to enjoy the whole movie. (Rating : 3.8 out of 5.0)
PS: So who do I saw during this preview? I saw Chen Ho Nam and Daphne Iking. Damn he's man and handsome.

Pink? Do I Really Need To Wear That?
Today I had lunch with MD and SOS nearby LP's office. Yup~! The same dim sum shop. We had a full lunch (well for me at least). LP went back to work around 2pm and 3 of us continued chatting till 2.30pm. BQ left while MD and me sit till almost 3pm is it?
Managed to joined Brian's BS class today. So long didn't joined the class. But can still finished the whole track. Sweet~! Continued with Sue's BP class. Did some really tough tracks like the bicep track by Snap and triceps was quite hard too. As usual continued with Master T's BC class. By this time, my hand was so tired from the previous class. So here's tonight's 'unusual' run down:-
- Ready 2 Go / Rock This Party (can't remember when is the last we did this??)
- Livin' on A Prayer (one of his favourite track list)
- Come With Me (Yes~! I love this track~!)
- You Gave Love A Bad Name (really hate this track ... so un-coordinated)
- Elevator (yes, again ....!)
- Maniac 2002 (this is way back ... can't remember when we did this last too)
- Shake (I thought of asking K-Bear to do this but than, better not la .. haha~!)
- Reach Out (nice .... )
- Here I Come (by request is it?)
- I'll Stand By You (so long didn't do also .. nice)
After bathing we all went over to Canai @ 15 for a gathering. Well Master T wanna passed out the wedding cards to the rest of the members. And also brief us on the big day's agenda. My gosh~! I need to wear a pink color polo. Well Ok la, just for you mate. LOL~!!! We had a large crowd tonight. There were around 15 of us on the 2 table. Can't even fit. haha~! I left around 10.45pm as I got dinner waiting for me at home. Sweet~!!!
Goodbye Coco
Monday has always been a slow day for me. And yesterday wasn't much different from the other previous ones. Finished my appointment for the day and waited for gym at TC. Went back to my PJ home and take a look at Coco. I might need to send him off to someone else as I can't keep him anymore. Really sad. Well I know Romiko was really sad to gave her away too. But since my mom didn't really approve of me having a cat as I have sensitive nose problem. Sigh~!
- Summermelody
- Thnks Fr Th Mmrs
- Magic Touch
- Rock Me Armadeus
- Girlfriends
- Bring The Noise
- Run To The Hill
- Heartbeatz
- Freestyler
- The World in Union
After the BC class I continued with the usual BP class. But tonight K-Bear wasn't teaching as Colin was having his assessment done by Sue that night. His cue was a bit slow so it's hard for us when the tempo changed. Can see from the face that he's lacks confidence, well maybe he just need more training. Anyway, I can go on and on bout this but what's the point. Chatted with Teh and Wannie after the class. Gave K-Bear my usual blank look and left after bathing.

BBQ cum Birthday Party cum Liquor Fest
Saturday and I'm not working today. Yes~!!! Woke up early and online as usual. Had my lunch with MD at NZS. Went back to PJ home and checked up on Coco. As we had decided to let him enter the outside world from today. But we're very worried if he is unfamiliar with this new 'world'. So we still open our door for him to come back.

HaPPy BiRtHdAY UcLe XiMon
Happy Birthday to our good friend Aleximon~! Wish you with the best wishes and may all your dream comes true~! (ps: wet dreams not included).
So back to yesterday at gym. I managed to make it for Jean's Yoga class this time around. After finishing the class, MD, QQ and I went for a walk and I bought a game for my friend. Later we meet up with CP, David and LP who is discussing with Faye at that time. So the conclusion?
CP gonna get another one-on-one session with the Dave fella. As for David's case, he got a choice whether to take up their offer of free trial sessions or not. So at the END, it's all settled. Or is it??
Had our usual minum session and talked on this Saturday BBQ session. Delegated the jobs except my bro, MD who is without any job for now. Saw the time and it's 11pm, time to say goodnight again.
Forgot to mentioned to 'someone' the run down of yesterday night's tracks:-
- Apache Rock Bottom / Somebody Told Me
- Kickin Hard
- I Feel Alive
- Tribal Dance
- Sweet Dream
- Shake Ya Shimmy
- Jump
- Neck Breaker
- Sound of The Underground
- Because We Believe

Meeting Old Friends
I went for an important appointment last evening and ended around 7pm. So decided to called BQ up for dinner. But I guess she's still in the class. So I drove back and a got a call from an old friend. Aldred had invited me out for a drink with Ken around 9.30pm. But I tried to make it as early as possible as I need to leave around 11pm. So I went back to bath and finally we confirmed to have a drink at Sri Petaling.
We had a long chat catching up on each other's life and work. Ken just got back from H.K while Aldred is planning for a new career. How nice. Both of them are my good friends before I changed my job and joined FF. We used to come out for drinks and clubbing. But as time goes by, we are tight up with our own life and work that we didn't have anytime to meet up. Am I really that busy? This is what Aldred told me. Maybe I am too indulged into FF sometimes. Work and gym, that is my routine nowdays. Someone once told me that life is more than just work and gym. Well maybe I will take her word and try something new.

Restaurant Jin Xuan Hong Kong - Damansara Jaya
Here is the place where they showcase all their fried dim sums. They do have a lot of varieties in term of fried dim sum. Not bad. So here's the run down of (almost) all their dim sums.
Did I Struck Something??
This is something which I saw while I'm on my way to Semenyih yesterday. You can always count on M'sian road builders to make a fountain anywhere in your neighbourhood. The workers definitely hit the water pipes while digging some holes on the ground. What a waste of water and also money~!
I Lost My Bluetooth
Quite rushed yesterday morning as I need to do a trial run in Shah Alam and rushed over to Semenyih to monitor the previous one. But managed to settled most of the matters before noon. Meet up with MD and had a delicious lunch with him in Salak South. As we had planned earlier to go KL for some market survey that day.
So we got back to Sunway and decided to have some drinks. After the drink, only did I realized that I lost my bluetooth. Fuck~! Where the hell did I lost it? I definitely know that it's still with me when I'm in MD's car. But he is sure that it's not with me during the minum session. Fuck~! There's only one place it could be, I drop it while I'm getting off his car. Fuck Fuck Fuck~!!! Got back to Sunway and look for it but I know it's really a slim chance that I could find it. Sigh~! There goes my mood for the whole night.
Went to gym and attend Master T's BC class. KNSQ couldn't make it tonight (I know you'd tried girl). But anyway, we all had fun with the tracks selection, although there a few deja vu session here and there. So here's the run down of the tracks:-
- Stuck On You (deja vu #1 - we did it last Thursday)
- We're Not Gonna Take It (someone doesn't like this track .. haha~!)
- Shooting Stars (deja vu #2 - Master C did this last Monday class)
- Bagpipes (I know it's coming from far away ... lol)
- Crash The Wedding (deja vu #3 - we did this last Thursday too)
- Leave Me Alone (luckily it's not U & ur Hand, or else ... deja vu #4 .. lol)
- Check Your Head (yes~! I so like this track~! but not much ohmpp la~!)
- Back In The U.K (Yes~! back in the UK~~~)
- Dance Floor Anthem (I think we did this last Monday also right?)
- Because We Believe
After that all of us (MD, BQ, LP, CP and me) went to minum at Canai 15. Discussed on this coming Saturday's schedule's and all. But I took off early as my head ache was bugging me for quite some time and loosing my bluethooth didn't help much either. Now I need to get another new bluetooth. Sigh~!
Kedai Kopi Tian Hong - Salak South Garden
This is definitely the best Char Siew in whole Klang Valley. Well at least there are a few avid food lover agreed with me on this. The place which I am referring to, is called Kedai Kopi Tian Hong. I had tried out most of the good stalls in the market, but this stall still comes out No.1 in my book. Actually I had visited this place numerous times, but I had decided to bring along MD as we're heading some where around that area. It's located at Taman Salak Selatan, Jalan Tunku 2 (opposite 7-11). So what makes a good Char Siew? Well for me it's definitely the texture of it. The pork must be soft and juicy. So I had ordered their half skinny half fat portion. This is the best way to eat Char Siew in my dictionary. If you like the extra crispy over cooked portion, then you can ordered the end part of the pork. It's not really good for your health but once in a while it's OK. So when MD got his first bite of the Char Siew, he had agreed with me that this is definitely the best he had so far. We had ordered the pork and rice separately (recommended) so the portion is larger. The price is RM 7.50/head. Expensive? Well for me it's well worth my money because of the portion and also the taste. The sauce which they brushed onto the pork is very important too. For this stall, they had used a lot of honey on it. Hence, the sweet taste on the Char Siew. You can just take their gravy and pour it onto your rice and eat it just like that. The sauce is really that nice. So combining both good Char Siew and gravy sauce, you got one hell of a good combination. There's a lot of stalls which offer good pork but poor sauce or vice verse, but this place offers the best combination of both.
So if you're looking for good Char Siew to eat this weekend, remember to be there after 1pm and before 2pm. As their Char Siew will only be ready around 1pm or slightly earlier. You can see a lot of people waiting for the Char Siew to be ready, when there is a lot of Siew Yuk and Siew Chicken hanging there. (Rating: 4.8 out of 5.0)

Gym-less Monday
Woke up damn early this morning as I need to be in Semenyih before 8am for a trial run. Arrived around 7.30am and waited for my men to come. So I took a short nap. Finished the trial run around 10.30am and I rushed home to changed as my shirt got an oil stain on it during the trial run. Luckily was able to washed it off (sweat off forehead). Lunch at home with my mom and Romiko and drove back to office after that. Replied some emails and make some calls for this week appointments. Finished off today's appointment and went over to pick up my SIL.
So I called up MD and asked if he wanted to skip tonight's gym. But BQ surprisingly wanted to go for gym tonight (maybe it's because LP wasn't going tonight??!!). So at the end, we decided to skip gym and came out for dinner together. Car-pooled from Consplant over to Asia Cafe. Had our dinner there and QQ came over to joined us. Suddenly, MD's sim card got problem and couldn't detect any network. So I proposed to go over Pyramid's Maxis Centre. So off we go to Pyramid.
Once arrived, MD went over to Maxis and we went for window shopping. BQ got a book from Popular. Walked around and ended up in Topshop but they didn't have the jeans which me and MD was looking for. So off we went to Levi's. We managed to coxed BQ to tried out their Tight Skinny Cut. Really looks good on you babe. Maybe you can buy that next week. Look at the clock and it's already 10pm. My gosh~! Need to go home now. I send QQ to Asia Cafe and I bought a packet of prawn mee for my mom for supper, and finally BQ and MD to Consplant. My gosh~! gym or no gym, I still got back so late.

Dome - The Curve
But what we didn't expect was a disaster coming by. OK, here's what happened. I had ordered their Nasi Lemak Special (RM19.50). The waitress came back and told me that they run out off nasi lemak. And asked if I mind taking my nasi lemak with plain white rice. Stupid~! Then it's not nasi lemak anymore. What's the point of ordering nasi lemak if it's not nasi lemak. Fine, I re-ordered their Creamy Seafood Pasta (RM24.50). Guess what she said. "Can you order something else which is around the same price as the nasi lemak?". Huh??!!! What the hell was that? And she wasn't helping a bit by giving me the "come on man, make up your mind and order" look. Fine~!!! I ordered their Spicy Mushroom Chicken Pasta (RM21.00). So this is how Spicy Mushroom Chicken Pasta looks like. How to describe this dish?! Hmm...imagine curry mee's soup with pasta on it instead of local noodle. Other than the large portion, there's nothing much to say about this dish.
My brother had ordered his favourite Gourmet Chicken & Mushroom Pie. It had changed a lot since my brother last visited here. The portion of the soup was quite little and also there weren't any broccoli on the side dish. Sad~! My SIL had ordered their Cajun Chicken Sandwich. It's not bad but still the portion wasn't that much. And finally Romiko had ordered their Spicy Olio Pasta. It's spaghetti tossed with fresh herbs, garlic, chili flakes, red capsicum, spinach, parsley and zucchini. Served with their sliced chicken ham. They taste it and said that it's not bad. But for me, it's just plain normal. Maybe I am still a bit pissed with them. (RM21.00)
And you thought that the nightmare was over. Think again. After almost finishing all our food. Romiko's White Coffee and my brother's Hot Chocolate still haven't arrive yet. What happened you asked?! Well the fella who prepared the drinks had managed to mix up a Hot Chocolate and Hot Cappuccino. So at the end we ended up with an additional drink. How stupid can they get. And they dare to argued with us. My brother just told them that they fuck up our drinks and just get the rest of the drinks to us. But at the end they punch in the nasi lemak instead of my pasta and they deducted out the extra cappuccino. Stupid or plain dumb?!!! I dunno??!!! (Rating : 2.0 out of 5.0)
Saturday Night Out
As normal I worked till around 1pm but today we had an early lunch with the rest of the company's staff. I suggested Telok Gong since Eric like seafood a lot. Lucky~! After that, I rushed home to picked up Romiko and went over my P.J house to take a peep at Coco. Later I drove over 1Utama to meet up with MD.
Hellboy II - The Golden Army
The Golden Army begins when an ancient truce existing between humankind and the invisible realm of the fantastic is broken; Hell on earth is ready to erupt. Hellboy 2 tells the tale of a ruthless leader who treads the world above and the one below, defies his bloodline and awakens an unstoppable army of creatures. Its up to the planets toughest, roughest superhero to battle the merciless dictator and his marauders.
The story bring back Ron Perlman as Hellboy a.k.a Red, his love interest Selma Blair as Liz Sherman a.k.a the Fire Starter and Doug Jones as Abe a.k.a The Fishman. In this installment came a new recruit which is their new BPRD office, James Dodd as Johan Krauss a.k.a the Smoke Bag.
The Steamboat @ Waterfront - Desa Park City
I had ordered their Lamb Combo Set which consists of the usual, fish balls, yong tau foo, prawn, crab stick, minced fish, yau mak and etc. (please look at the picture above). The price for the set is RM 21.80.This is the Lamb which comes together with the standard 'accessories' mentioned above. This is the Beef set which Romiko had ordered and this comes together with the rest of the standard sets. The chillies is crucial for steamboat. So here is the two types of chillies which they have. On the right is the normal red chilly paste and the right (which I preferred) is the garlic green chilly paste. The latter is spicier and stronger in scent. So this is how my Tom Yam soup looks like before heating it up. Well it's quite sour and slightly spicy. They do offer the normal plain herbal soup if you prefer traditional style. This is how it looks like after I throw in all the food into the pot. Oh ya, their style is the same as Shabu Shabu which means all the visitors had their own pot. So in other word, it's more hygienic.
Restaurant Makanan Laut Telok Gong - Klang
This was the first time I had brunch over at Telok Gong. It was around 11.30am when we arrived. I had suggested to eat at Restaurant Telok Gong since I had tried the other two (Greenery and Coconut Flower). There were five of us including me, so Eric had given me the green light to order. Cool~!
This is the Salty Egg Crab which I'd ordered. Damn it's nice. I seldom praise any crab but this is quite the different story. Although it's Salty Egg but they added some sugar in it, so it tasted a but sweet at the same time. Nice~!Last dish of the day, I had a difficulty deciding either to order their Nestum or Butter Milk Prawns. So what better but to mix them both together in one plate. Well I mean half Nestum, half Butter Milk in this case. The Nestum Prawns was really fantastic compared to the plain Butter Milk Prawns.
The whole meal cost me RM 180.00 plus all the drinks (coconut, soft drinks and one bottle of Tiger beer). Eric said cheap, so what more could I say. Since it's claimable. LOL~!!! (Rating : 4.0 out of 5.0)
