Body Combat 37 Launch @ IOI

Last night was the night where all my so-called SSI gonna be on the same stage. This is the third and last location for the new release launching. And the leading instructors for the night are Renne, Master T with Master C and Peggy shadowing. I had tried to make it for K-Bear & Catherine's BB launch but since I heard that someone don't like members running out before the class ends and I do need to go out a tit earlier so I decided not to joined the class.

The class was well packed that night all waiting for the launch to get started. You can see IOI's CombatMadness members wearing their shirts and hand wraps. Luckily we were able to find a spot next to the stage and was able to do some kicks and shuffles. As usual, Renne started the class off with Track 1 to 3 (Track 8 and cool down) and Master T followed up with Track 4 to 7 and 9. Yes, he finally managed to do his Capoera moves on the stage but with all the other instructors running away scared of being kick. lol~! The class was so loud and packed with power the whole night.

Track 5 was a really karaoke track and we all did sing a long with it. Nice~~~ We were all laughing when Master C tried to shout but ended up sounded like something 'else'. haha~ Nice try bro. For me the Track 9 was really challenging if you're really doing the C-Crunch correctly. Push up at the end with alternate shoulder and triceps were a supplement.

Anyway, we all went for minum at Bandar Puteri and hell did we Bring The Noise together with us. Everyone was looking at our table that night. We were like laughing like it was in our own sweet home. Nice having all of us in one table and laughing our ass off. We all called it a night around midnight as we're all tired. A night to remember for sure.
