Re-charged

I managed to make it for my usual Step class at Consplant today. But looked whose around? Anthony Jackpot and his friend. Got a feeling that it's gonna be a cold class tonight. How can you do class with the farking air condition directly aiming at you? Can you get 'Fong Sup' from that? I managed to finished the whole class but felt a bit weird though. Body was feeling lazy but actually my heartbeat wasn't that fast.

Continued with Pump class and MG was replacing Sue tonight. Guess who decided to join in, Jackpot and friend. Sorry to say so but MG's Q and chore was a bit out tonight. Especially the first three tracks. Anyway the tracks wasn't that hard tonight but the songs selection was a bit unfamiliar for me. So it's quite hard to follow at some point.

Combat class was replaced by JX again this week. No surprises of the tracks selection but at least it's getting better. In terms of crowd motivation and chore, she's getting better. Maybe it's because of the plenty of replacement classes she's having lately. Like they said, practice makes perfect. Was able to even finished the conditioning which she select Dance Floor Anthem. Was reluctant to do it as my shoulder was hurting from the massive amount of push ups and pump classes. But I pulled myself together and did it till the very end.

Three of us (BQ and LP) went for minum at Station One. Nothing much to eat actually. But was hungry while I was waiting for them two. Hunger was gone when they arrived. Good in a weird kind of way I guess. So hopefully my stamina will be back this coming week. Gonna rest tomorrow as arm and chest still sore.
