Just for your information, for those who are interested, Paramount had launched their new phase of units next to mine called Damai Homes. As you can see, the built up is 2,148 sq.ft which is slightly larger than mine. As the lot size they are having now is 22'x70' and 24'x70'. I heard that the price starts from RM408,000 onwards. So for those who are interested in getting some where around this area, better be quick.

Not earning anything just wanna inform potential buyers, that's all. Cause previously a lot of people wanted to buy but was too late to get one.
