Today is the day for FF's launch of the new release. Damn I had waited so long for this to happen that I somehow lost some of the hype of it already. So my first class was Body Pump and the leading instructor is Jackson and K-Bear with Teh and MG shadowing. Warm up was nice with the Bleeding Love song. This time around we do lunges before squats during warm up. Squat track wasn't that hard compared to the previous release as there were a few small break during the bottom half squats. Chest wasn't that hard too as there were break here and there.
Clean & Press was a bit normal but still alright as we have 3 break during the track. Triceps was a bit challenging with some pull over and the kick back was a killer at the end. Biceps was surprisingly not as hard as I imagined it would be. Maybe there a break for the new move, biceps row (which I add 2.5kg). Lunges was alright as I don't used any weight. Shoulder track was a bit challenging with the Mac Raise and the Rotator Press. For track 9 they have this move which was brought over from BB. It's called and I quote from K-Bear, 'innovative plank' (OK, just found out it's called Plank Crunch) was quite challenging but the repetition was too short (Yes, I know dear, you lost some sets during that kick). The rest was as usual nice and just wanna say K-Bear you did a great job on the new release. Maybe you're right, the pain will kick in after a few classes on the new release. lol~!
As for the Body Combat class, Peggy was leading with Master T with Janice and Renee shadowing. Class was packed as expected. Well seeing is believing, well in my case, doing it. Watching the chore and really doing it, is two different feeling. I can really feel the power when I am kicking and punching to the beat. The class was all crazy and hype from track 1. I don't think anyone else could lead Track 5 other than Master T with him bringing the mood and the power to the track and also fun too. And it's also a fun sing a long track.
Track 6 is a killer with lots of lunges and capoera moves. I like the Muay Tai more and more after doing it and the music is so loud and strong too. The last power track is a bit different with hooks coming in from the back. Well a lot of the punches comes from the back on this release as they wanted to train our back arm rather then concentrating just on the front. Push ups are normal but the challenge comes at the end with some biceps and triceps alternate push up. Overall, the class was really fun and exhausting as Master T brought a sword with him with some vampire teeth and all. Minor mistakes from Peggy during track 8 but we're all humans right? lol~!
BP Weights: Warm-Up: 5kgs, Squats: 15kgs; Chest: 8.5kgs; Back: 10kgs; Triceps: 5kgs; Biceps: 5kgs + 2.5kgs; Lunges: None; Shoulders: 5kgs / 2.5kgs plates.

Body Pump 67 & Body Combat 37 Launch @ TC
Mamma Mia
I was quite skeptical when my friend told me that this film really that good. And when another friend said the same. Well why not go and judge it myself. Since I love Abba's song that much, no harm right? Damn I was blown away.
The story sets on a colorful Greek island (which I think is the best wedding location for me now). It tells the story of a girl played by Amanda Seyfried, who is getting married and wishes her real biological father to give her away on her wedding day. But there is three possible candidates. So what does a sane girl would do? Invite them all. LOL~!!! All hell broke loose when her mom played by Meryl Streep, found out bout the men of her pass is coming to the wedding. The three men consists of Stellan Skarsgard, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth (whom I think is the better singer among the men).
Imagine Hindustan movies with a lot of back up singers and also dancers at the back. Yes, this is the Western version. lol~! By my opinion, Meryl Streep can really sing an act very well and she portrays the character very convincingly. A must watch movie if you like the songs or if you are looking for something different this season. (Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0)

Ccozi & Friends - Sunway Pyramid
This place is located opposite Shih Ling inside Asia Avenue. So it isn't that hard to locate but if you really want to know it's exact location, it's Lot 127, F1 Asia Avenue. The place is called Ccozi & Friends. They served Korean streets food which is not bad from the pictures I saw in their menu. So I thought why not give it a try. We ordered one of their famous DDOCK BOK KI & Original Chicken Fried combo. Ddock Bok Ki simply means sliced rice cake. This is one of their famous street delicacy according to CP. So it's a must try. According to LP the dish was quite spicy. Don't really think but maybe it's just me. The fried chicken is very crunchy although it's covered with lots of their special sauce. (RM9.50)
Next LP ordered their Old-Time Korean Student Lunch Box. I think she's misses the time her mom made of this for her. lol~! Anyway it consists of steamed rice with egg, sliced chicken sausage and tuna kimchi. Just like it said, a student lunch box. And they really served it in a traditional lunch box too. Sweet. (RM8.00)
CP had ordered their DDOCK BOK KI with Korean Pancake with Squid. Another plate of Ddock Bok Ki was really too much for me. As it's very filling. But the pancake was quite nice but lacks ingredients. A little bit more prawns and squid won't hurt, right? lol~! (RM11.00)
As if he's not already full, CP had also ordered another meal which is their famous Tuna Kimchi Mixed Rice or they called it Bimbibap. It's also one of their local delicacy as the food is served in a stone bowl which kept the warmth of the rice. I don't really dig kimchi so I have no comment on this dish.
Overall, the food over was nice and new for me. But maybe I stick with Japanese or Taiwan dishes as I don't really fancy Kimchi that much. And Kimchi is their famous delicacy. Ironic~! (Rating: 3.8 out of 5.0)
Right 4 U - Damansara Jaya
I should have blog bout this place few months back but was too lazy to do so. Well anyway, here goes. The place I am referring about is called Right 4 U which is located at No.27, Jalan SS22/19, Damansara Jaya. They served a lot of nutrition food which they claimed can be categorized according to your blood group. Yup, so each menu had it's blood group written on it. But no worries if you're eating something which doesn't fall under yours. It's just fun to know I guess. So as usual, there will always be the Cabonara appearing in my food review as long as the place served them. The Cabonara over here is quite alright as you can choose between beef bacon or chicken. It's quite creamy and the beef bacon are quite tender too. But I still prefer Pizza Uno or Bruno's more.
Next is the Seafood Mariana with Tomato Sauce. Well on first glance, it looked like mee goreng tomato at some mamak stall. Sorry if it's too harsh. But the taste was also quite plain normal for me. Nothing special here.
This is the Grilled Chicken with Cheese Sauce which I ordered. Presentation wise, it's acceptable for me. But the chicken breast was a bit dry for me. The sauce was nice but it still wasn't able to save the whole meal. Wasted~!
This is the Tom Yam Fried Rice which we ordered as side dish. Yes, side dish as we're really that hungry. Normal fried rice with a lot of chilly leaves. Not bad but not for me as I prefer mine with a lot of belacan.
Overall the place do served some nice decent dishes and the price range are quite reasonable considering it's location and it's air condition. Good place for wasting time sipping some hot tea while reading some mags I guess. (Rating: 3.5 out of 5.0)

Blardy Tired
After battling with illness and flu yesterday (Thursday), I had decided that I need to sweat it all out. So I joined my usual Friday night classes. The gym was really quiet tonight as many members are still on holiday, I guess. The first class was K-Bear's Pump class. Damn I was lazy and tired tonight. We did some similar track as Monday (thanx god not the same Track 1). Legs and arms were shaking after the whole class. Yes, I am still recuperating from my sickness the day before. My arms were quite numb when we did the Combat class. As I had requested some of the tracks, so I can't say no to it by now. MD, Ann and LGM were here tonight. Well that's the whole crowd plus another women.

Falling Sick Again
My gosh~! I spent my whole day at home. I woke up this morning around 11. I was actually up earlier but my whole body was aching and my running nose plus sore throat makes me think the differ. To make matter worst, my babe was sick also. Two sick person means no one to take care of the other. Well I had to push my lazy ass up and take some honey to ease my sore throat. Went out to grab some water and medicine for my girl. Bought lunch but she didn't have the appetite to take it. I was feeling better after the medicine I took. But body was still weak. Hopefully will get better tomorrow. Sent my babe back to BKT just now. Hopefully all of us will get better soon or we're gonna have a very long sickening weekend.

KL 1-Day Tour
I started my day of with lunch at Bukit Tinggi with Romiko, LP and BQ. Went over this place called Hainan Curry Rice and had this big filling lunch. Sent BQ back and three of us went to KLCC for a walk.Damn~! We're like in a foreign country as there were so many immigrants over there. Hang around Dome for some high tea and taking a break from all those crowd outside.
Decided that we better make a run for it as there's not much shops to see anyway. So we headed down to Petaling Street. Yes, it's been a while since I was there or any of us in a matter of fact. The place is still the same with a lot of immigrants handling the stalls.
As usual, walked over to the cross junction to have a cooling Air Mata Kucing. Damn the queue is still that long. But the price kept on increasing to RM1.20 for a small cup. After braving through the jungle of people overthere, we decided to get back to PJ. But not before dropping by Titiwangsa to check if The Eye was still there. Nope, it's in Malacca now. Damn it~!
CP drove down to meet with us for dinner. The location was Ah Hwa Hokkien Mee. Damn the place was packed. Hardly can find a place to seat. But we're lucky enough to secure a table. Finished off our dinner and called it a night as everyone was very exhausted from the whole day trip.
