Daniel Who?

Here I am driving up to Ipoh with Eric at 8 in the morning. My eyes were near to sleep when I was about to reach Sabak Bernam. Damn~! I need to freshen up myself. So I stop on one of the R&R and washed my face. Was slightly better after the stop. Arrived on time for the appointment and we left around noon. Meet up with MD in Summit to settled our business but due to some miscommunication and misfortune, our 'plan' was a postponed.

Nevertheless, I arrived at Consplant around 6pm. Decided to do Catherine's BB class together with MD. BQ, LP and QQ was joining too. Sweet~! Continued with K-Bear's BP class as LP was so sweet to reserved a board for me. Thnx again~! I was doing the 2nd track and my head was like being hit by a baseball bat. Damn! Finished off the track and signal K-Bear that I need to leave. My head was still in pain as I can felt my veins pumping up and down to my head. Stephanie saw me and brought me a cup of sugar water. Felt better and continued with the 5th tracks onward. I can still felt a slight pain on and off during the whole class.

Rest for a while and continued with the 3rd class, K-Bear's BC class. KNSQ, CP, LGM, Arianna and Doctor was here tonight. Class was quite full. Did some old tracks and not so old tracks. K-Bear did some mistakes on the 8th track, LOL~! Girl, it's that obvious OK. So here's the run down:-

  1. Summermelody / Does The Fish Have Chips?
  2. Final Countdown
  3. Piece of Heaven
  4. Tribal Dance
  5. Dun Stop The Beat
  6. Hung Up
  7. Hardcore Paradise
  8. U r My Phantasy
  9. Let's Get It Started
  10. Because of You
Finished the class and we had some Julie's Love Letter sponsored by LGM. Ate a lot of those and head to Oldtown for minum session. Kitchen was closed~! Damn~! So we headed to the opposite restaurant for our meals. Food wasn't that desirable. Found out that someone's husband called Daniel. Some more she die die also don't wanna admit. KNS~! haha!!

BQ FFK Us~!!!

As it was Wednesday and I had a filling lunch with MD. So we decided to skipped gym yesterday tonight. Wait~! That doesn't came out right?!! haha! OK la, we're plain lazy yesterday night. So we decided to go makan after work. So I had decided to called up BQ to joined. All went well and we're discussing where to eat. But as my MSN was having some problem so I wasn't able to continue the conversation with them.

I was rushing down PJ to meet with MD and BQ when MD told me that BQ FFK us to go gym. KNS~!!! She told me that she gonna joined us and later said wanna go RPM in Uptown. Sigh~! So I quickly asked MD to call Ted to join us. And changed the venue. We were initially planned to go Damansara Uptown for Hokkien Mee. But since BQ FFK us, so I decided to bring MD and Ted over Section 17 for some Loh Mee.

The place is called Tua Huat Loh Mee. I had blog bout this place before. But haven't migrated it to my new blog over here. Will update as soon as possible. OK, back to the dinner. Ted brought one of his friend, Louisiana (not sure if I got that right?!). So we had some Loh Mee, Cantonese Noodle, Fried Rice, Yau Mak Vege and Spring Rolls. Full again. Chat till people close shop again. haha~!

As we are not done, so I decided to go Jaya One for second round. So off we go, Oldtown White Coffee at Jaya One. Parking was a bitch. But the place was so huge. And the place was packed around 10pm. We called it a night around 11.15pm as it was pass my bed time. ZzzZZzzZzzz

Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant - Section 13

Yesterday's lunch was a bit special as MD and I had planned to eat at Ah Yat Abalone in Section 13. So I had invited both my friends, Terrence and Calvin (no! not the instructors, but my ex-colleagues). As MD had this RM50 cash voucher so we thought we gonna try something different this time around. But we only found out that the cash voucher was only valid for ala-carte or lunch set and do not apply to Dim Sum (which was on 50%). What the heck, we just ordered both set lunch meal and also Dim Sum together.
Once seated, we had ordered "Heong Pin" for our drink of the day. Not bad, as they will add more tea leaf in, when the tea turns plain later on. They will served this Steamed Peanuts as a appetizer and the Chilly Paste on the left was really nice. We had ordered at least 8 bowls of that chilly that afternoon.
First we had ordered their Steamed Rice in Lotus Leaf. It's not bad. But maybe a bit dry for us. The portion was just nice and not too large. (RM6) This is a recommendation from the waiter. It's called Deep-Fried Bean-Curd with Salted Egg Yolk. Not bad also, as the taste of salted egg was really strong and the bean curd was really soft. It really melt in your mouth. (RM9) We saw someone ordered this dish next table, so we ordered the same. It's called Wok-Fried Chicken in Chili. Well it's just OK for me. It's consider a Hokkien dish from what I heard from them. Not that spicy by the way. (RM9)What is Dim Sum without trying their Steamed Mini Shanghai Dumpling. It's nothing compared to Dragon-I. This is what 4 of us agreed on. The soup in the dumpling wasn't as much and the skin was slightly thicker than the latter. (RM 8.80)This is another must order dish for me and MD, Steamed Pork Dumpling with Fish Roe. Well from the looks of it, it's not bad at all. The pork inside was really fresh and the skin is not that thick but just OK. (RM8.80)Next was Steamed Prawn Dumpling. Well nothing much to say but the prawn was really fresh and there are 3 prawns inside each dumpling. Enough said. (RM8.80)I think this is called Prawn Dumpling with Salad Sauce. Nothing special. Just your normal prawn dumpling. And yes, the prawns was quite fresh too. (RM8.80)This is called Deep-Fried Beancurd Skin (I think). Nothing special here. There were prawns inside the beancurd skin which was fried outside. (RM8.50)I had ordered the Deep Fried Yam Dumpling as I always like this meal. And this is the only time I will eat Yam. Except the crispy skin on the outside there was nothing special bout this dish. The pork inside was plain and doesn't taste like 'Char Siew'. So it's not that nice actually. (RM8.50)This is the only noodle which we ordered that afternoon, Chinese Spaghetti. What can I say? It's quite sour for me. (RM7)How can I go without ordering Steamed Cheung Fun with Fresh Scallop. But there is nothing special bout this either. I would rather ordered their Steamed Cheung Fun with Fresh Prawn instead next time. (RM10.50) There is also the Fried Rice with Siew Yuk which we ordered at the end as we're not full. It's really nice but I didn't have the picture with me. The whole meal without using the voucher cost RM 128.00. Expensive? Well for a place like Ah Yat Abalone, it's considered affordable I guess. (Rating : 3.5 out of 5.0)

Tuesday Night, Body Pump Night

As I am not fetching my SIL tonight due to some meeting with my boss, I am able to make it for Sue's Body Pump class. Wow~! I so miss her class. My body is still aching from the tiring tracks that I did yesterday. We did Car Wash for biceps. My gosh~! My arm like gonna tore off from my body doing the last 16 counts.

After Sue's class, I continued with Master T's Body Combat as usual. Most of the members were there, minus CP whose is in FF-BKT (i think). So here's the run down for yesterday night's tracks:-

  1. Angels (hopefully not gonna do this on Friday class)
  2. Never Surrender
  3. Fly Away (so nice doing this sing along track again~!)
  4. Light's Out (Deja Vu~! We did this in Master C's class)
  5. Power of Love
  6. Bring The Noise (I got a feeling that we're gonna do this track when I saw the front stance. haha!!)
  7. Party Non Stop (yes~! he's still into this track~!)
  8. Believe In Me (Deja Vu Pt.2!! haha!! but it's a nice track to do anyway)
  9. We Got It Going (damn~! this is hard after BP class~!! haha!)
  10. The World In Union 95 (yes~! he still like the kata in the track~! haha!)

So after class, as usual we all went down stairs for chit chat and planning for the weekends. Went to minum session at our usual place. But before that I was filling my car at the petrol station when I realized that I left my gym card in the locker room. Called Master T up and luckily he was still there and he managed to get it for me. Tried calling BQ and LP for like ages but no one pick up the line. So I had to drove back to Wisma Consplant and get the card from Master T. Continued with the minum session and I had to left around 11pm as it's getting late for me.

Making Your Own DIY Fruits Enzyme

  1. Clean and dry all fruits, utensils and containers to inhibit mould growth at the latter stage.
  2. Arrange layers of cut fruits, sliced lemons and brown sugar starting from the bottom of the container.
  3. Repeat till the content is around 50% full as the fermentation process later will release gases and the juices may overflow if the content is too full.
  4. Brown sugar being the top layer.
  5. Close the container tightly and leave it in a dry and cool place.
  6. Remember to shake the container lightly everyday to ensure that the fruits and top part of the bottle are immersed in liquid to prevent mold growth. If required, add more brown sugar to create a more concentrated extract with high sugar content.
  7. If mould is seen, remove the affected fruits and add more brown sugar. If else failed, everything has to be disposed.
  8. The enzyme should be ready to be consumed in 2-3 weeks.
  9. Sieve the fruits and pour the juices into a new glass bottle.
  10. Keep the enzyme drink in refrigerator because cool temperature will slow down the fermentation process that will turn the enzyme into alcohol.
  11. The leftover fruits can be used as body exfoliater and fertilizer for the soil.
Dragon fruits were used for the first batch, with pineapples, oranges and grapes in the process of fermentation before the grand harvesting. It does tastes very good, with a slight tinge of alcohol

Battle of the Sexes #1

I was listening to my favourite radio channel 988, while driving to work this morning, when I heard an interesting topic. There was this segment where the DJs will read a letter/mail from the listeners and try to give some suggestion from their point of view and also accepting call ins, to help the mailer.

So today's question came from a girl (Lovely) who asked if she should accept a guy who confessed his love for her. Here's the catch, the guy just broke off with his girlfriend 2 days ago. His reason was, he's in love with this girl (Lovely) while still with his girlfriend previously. So should she accept him?

Come let's discuss bout this. haha~! I think it's an interesting topic as guys and gals gave different opinion on this matter.
