Finally she's back. Although not her 100% but still I think it's close to 70%??. I was really tired after the previous back to back classes I had joined tonight. Riyo was again joined by Ken M. tonight. It was the last time we're gonna do the new release tonight. Surprisingly I am quite happy with the new Body Step release. I think I mentioned it in my previous post. Herny's class was almost full tonight. She did some mixes but due to the crowd's request we did Voodoo People again for Track 5. The class was so powerful tonight. And we also did Because Tonight for Track 8 which is so powerful too. What about Body Combat? I think the crowd is getting a bit quiet. Even with M'sian Idol and his entourage, the class was really low. Maybe it's just the new release.
Finally it's K-Bear's first class since her absence for almost 2 months. And her maiden class was flank by who else but Man Behind The Pillar (MBTP). He was late but we still wait for him. K-Bear started the class and without a doubt MBTP took over for the squats track. I can see that her legs were a bit shaky in the beginning, well maybe it's the nervousness of doing her first class after all this while. Squats was OK in the beginning but legs was giving way during the last set. Damn it's hard. Did I mentioned that the new Squat track was difficult? Oh ya, I think I mentioned it like gazzillion times. During lunges I was saying to myself "FARK! I am so not gonna do Body Pump tomorrow". Damn it was so farking difficult tonight. Maybe due to the much leg work classes I did tonight. Finished off the class and have a chat with them both and thinking am I still doing the class tomorrow. And I think we all know the answer. Hehehe!!!

She's Back
Happy-Go-Lucky
I believe that everything happens for a reason. And no matter how bad it may seem, it could be worst. So I always look at the bright side of each incident. I know that no matter how hard you try to escape from the reality of it, you still have to face it one day. It's like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. It's best if you quickly face the bomb and 'deactivate' it rather than waiting it to explode right in front of your face. I know it's easier said than done. What isn't right? So happen that I was chatting with some one last night and in the process I had some how lighten my own shoulder of burden and also thoughts of stuff which might and may not happen the next day (Today). Talking is a also a remedy for me to express myself, hence the blog. I am a Happy-Go-Lucky type of guy and always seemed to make myself happy with what he has and will just forget his problems after a good night sleep. Maybe I am a bit of a dreamer who live in his own world, but that is just me.
So Good Morning to all of you and although it's Monday, but think of the bright side of it. You have the whole week ahead of you to take care all of your work and finish it off with a good Friday night out with friends and a relaxing Sunday to pamper yourself with.

Friday Night Dinner
It's Friday night and initially was to do the Endurance RPM at Axis with certain some one. But at the end both of us had last minute appointment and had to call it off. Me being the gang (mostly SOS) wanted to have dinner rather than gym. But MD and me decided to attend at least one class of RPM before taking dinner. So we did Joe's RPM and babe decided to join in tonight. 3 of us finish the class and waited for the others to arrive. FP arrived after the class and then SOS. All bath and finally we decided to have dinner at Mentari. I wanted to have something which we can sit for a long time after finishing our dinner. So we went for the new Steamboat Buffet next to LDP. But it was so darn full, noisy, stuffy and crowded. So we changed to the one next to Bellygood. It was nice and simple. We had lots of food and a long talk and lots of laughter which follows. It's nice having dinner with the gang once in a while and not just doing gym and supper afterwards.

Remembering The One & Only King of Pop
Woke up this morning and saw posts and comments from friends who mentioned that The King of Pop, Michael Jackson had passed away just hours ago. It was really a shocking news to me. I heard that he was making a come back final curtain down concert this year and the next minute he was dead due to cardiac arrest which lead to a coma and subsequently to his final breath. The King, 50 suffered arrest at 1900GMT time and the paramedics were unable to revive him.
Born on August 29, 1958 and rest peacefully in the arm of the lord on June 26, 2009. We will always remember his songs and all all the great things he have done and help for all the people around the world. Hopefully he is remembered for his efforts and his long running multi-platinum songs rather than his court fiasco. May the lord rest his soul. You will be miss.

AS Mode (for those who know)
Those from gym would know that I am planning for a trip to Taiwan at the end of the year. Well for some reason I had decided to call it off at the last minute. Sorry again to those who invited me of the trip and showing me the itinerary and all. Hope that you have fun over there at the end of the year. Was supposed to watch Transformers II on Wednesday night after gym with babe. I think that was the highlight of my whole week. But had to canceled it off again at the last minute. Babe was tired so we decided not to watch it that night. So decided to watch it this weekend. No, I am not heart broken of the RM20 I paid for the tickets. No worries.
At least in gym I can really sweat off and try to put away my problems for the time being. RPM is a really good class for me to sweat it off. As I am riding alone and I don't really care what the others are doing. Maybe TTB is right, when we need time to be alone during the AS mood, RPM is the best remedy. Sorry again to my readers for such a long story of me sulking or whining in here. Maybe this weekend will cheer me up after watching Transformers II in Gold Class. But I know tomorrow and Saturday will be a very busy day for me again and my phone will kept on ringing the whole day. This is the life of a sales man. LOL!!!

Tropicana Mall New GSC Cinema
Was walking to lunch with my colleagues today and my boss decided to walk around Tropicana Mall as it was just the three of us. We found out that there are a lot of shops had already started their operation. Comparing to two months back, now is better. Although the mall is not as large as 1U or Pyramid but it still a quite decent family mall. On the way looking for a place to eat I noticed that the new GSC cinema was officially launch today. Supposedly it had already operation for a few days maybe but it's official lauch was today. We had lunch at Otak Otak place. Damn filling lunch as we ordered 4 pax set for 3 people and additional food too. Boss treat, so wallet didn't got burnt. While walking back I decided to drop by the cinema to have a look and there wasn't much people around anymore. So I decided to walked over to the counter and ask if there's any tickets left for Transformers tonight. There are some spaces left but the cinema was a small one. So I decided to get the tickets for tomorrow's show which is showing in the biggest hall. Yes! Transformers, here I come.

Monday @ Consplant?
Received a message from BQ early in the morning asking me to go Consplant tonight. After long persuasion, I agreed as she told me Riyo's not teaching tonight and the classes at Consplant were interesting and back to back classes are possible. So when I arrived, a few of the members were startle to see me here tonight. Yes, it was my first time (I think) at Consplant doing class. First class was Brian's Body Step class. It was either that or Eugene's Body Combat class. At the end decided to go with Brian's class. It was a small 7 people class but I was hyped tonight (maybe from the caffeine intake I took earlier). After that I continued with Brian's RPM class. This was the first time I had join his class. It was a full house class minus one bike. Class was a bit quiet but I did shout a lot to bring the crowd and so did Brian. It was an intense class but I didn't give my 100%, maybe 80% as I am doing Body Pump after the class. Too many legs work in a day will definitely kills me.
Continued with Steven's Body Pump class. I think it was like 2 years ago when I last joined his class. BQ, LP and CP was there tonight too. Class was alright with Steven's motivating the members and all. I decreased my Squats weight to 10kgs tonight. Worried that my moves will be effected by the weight and the strains from the classes beforehand. I think this is the first time I had a clear ques of the chest track. Increased my weights for the back track as it's a short and no brainer song. Close both eyes also can do. LOL!! I had a cramp on my upper thigh during the abs track where we were doing the new move. This is the second time this had happened. Maybe it's due to the many leg works I did tonight. Anyway, managed to finished off the class with a sweaty face and body all around. Satisfaction~! Was informed that there will be a 2 hour RPM Endurance class at Axis this coming Friday. And 'someone' did asked me to join. So will definitely give it a thought.

Starving The Whole Day

The Power of Persuasion
I was rushing the whole day starting from early in the morning from P.J to Banting and back to P.J for lunch and again to UKM in Bangi. So much to do and settle before the end of the day as I need to rush to Consplant for RPM class. Finally I managed to make it in the nick of time together with MD. Both of us was rather rush in the changing room and when we got to the class it was just starting. Had some problem with my bike as it wasn't that stabilize. So I was a bit shaky during the speed work which was really annoying. Didn't sweat that much tonight as I wasn't much into the whole class as I was rushing for the class maybe. Both of us rest down stairs while waiting for the others to come. I had mentioned that I am definitely not joining the pump and also yoga class later and will probably not joining Body Combat too.
Finally managed to psycho MD to skipped Chris W's Yoga class and FP too decided to skipped the class with us. Suggested to go over Pyramid for a walk while waiting for the others. So we quickly bath while the girls were doing their pump class. During track 3, QQ and BQ came out and knew that we're heading to Pyramid and too wanted to join us. LOL!! So they quickly tip toe in to return their boards and LP too was tempted to join us. So me and MD decided to go over Pyramid first while the girls bath. But when we reach our car at the basement I can't find my car key. Fark! Went back up and can't find anywhere in the locker too. Asked the front desk and someone passed my keys to them. Lucky~!
Drove all the way to Pyramid but not sure why they closed all of the entrance and finally decided to just have dinner at Asia Cafe and when I finally managed to get a parking space the girls called up and wanted to have Bellygood at Sunway Mentari. After long discussion, we decided to go over Bellygood with my babe joining. So all of us finally had a really fulfilling dinner with a long chat and a loud laugh that scared away the last patrons (just kidding bout the scaring part). This again prove the power of persuasion and what one friend could influence and cause a chain reaction to the rest of them. Sweet~~~

Baby Step'er
I am getting a bit worried after joining Body Pump class tonight. Reason is that, my squats are getting weaker. Not sure why. But I am a bit tired during the new squat track which supposed to be an easy track which we need to load up. Well maybe I am getting old for Body Pump nowadays since I am cutting down on so much of the classes. Joined RPM class after Cindy's pump class with the rest of the gang. Damn~! It was a full house class. QQ, you go girl~! I am so into RPM nowadays. My spin is getting faster (well too fast) and now I need to slow it down to follow the beat and tempo. Just found out that we need to follow the beat even during aero race. LOL!!
Continued with Body Combat class alone since the other wasn't interested or some too tired to join. Make it till Muay Tai and decided to come out since it's a bit boring towards the end. Had a chat down stairs to catch my breath before heading back up for Steven's step class. Tonight, it was a single board step class. Managed to 'coaxed' BQ to join the class with me, FP and QQ. Although it's a single board class, but the moves are a bit more complicated although I heard that tonight's chore was very basic and slow. Anyway, I was a bit lost as members in front of me are doing their own moves and all. Should stand in the middle with the view of the instructor as I was block half way and couldn't really saw the leg work and all. But I think I am getting there, or somewhere 'there'. Next week, two boards with partners. I can imagine the havoc in my head now. :Þ

Wednesday RPM Challenge Night~!
It's Wednesday, and that can only mean one thing, RPM Challenge. Yup, as always I try to make it for Lilian's RPM Challenge. Reached Uptown and it was so hard to find parking tonight but at the end found one which is not far from Uptown 2. Walked up and saw KNSQ and QQ. MD arrived later on as he can't find a parking. Anyway, the class was surprisingly not full tonight. There were 5 more bikes when the class starts. QQ was team teaching with Lilian tonight.
This is my third attempt of the new RPM and 1st of the challenge after the release. So I know what to expect from especially Track 5. Was pulling back a bit on the resistance during Track 5 and managed to finished off the whole 9 tracks at the end and still managed to walk out the door standing tall. Definitely my speed work is getting better and I think I just more work on the tempo or beat of the music which I think is so hard to achieve. Anyway, it's just a challenge I gave to myself once in a while to get the motivation going. Tomorrow is another RPM class at Consplant with Cindy's Body Pump class and finishing up with Steven's Step class with possibility of Loh's Body Combat class in between depending on the gang. : )

The Weights Are Getting Heavier
I was pretty excited with my second Body Step class of the new release tonight. Managed to get some pointers from Brian before the class on the step over board move. Was a bit tired today comparing to last night. But nevertheless, I finished the class and continued with Sue P.'s Body Pump class. It was full house tonight as usual after a new release. But surprisingly didn't saw Jason N. tonight. During squats, my legs was a bit tired and during the last part, was a bit out of pace during the singles. Maybe a bit tired from the previous class but I am only carrying 12.5kgs. Chest track was so freaking hard. I was carrying 10kgs but with the new bar which I heard was slightly more heavier. So I was a bit struggling during this track. Clean and press was a no brainer song with 4 sets of repetitions. Was getting the hang of Bicep track by now. Isn't that hard but still challenging.
Finished the class and continued with Master T's Body Combat class. Damn it was full house again tonight. As the gang walked in, it was practically pack like sardine. BQ and LP was a bit bored with the new release. I am not sure why as I am really getting to like it. KNSQ first class and she had already began to complaint of the boring-ness of the release. But surprisingly she like Track 7??!! Strange!! Whether you like it or not, it will be the same old track for 3 more weeks. And that is 12 classes for me. LOL!!! Had a long minum sessions with the girls after class. What else but gossiping after class, right? : )

Am I Picky? or Choosy?
I was speeding back from Melaka this evening and dropping by Bangi before heading to The Curve. Luckily managed to make it on time. Got my usual spot next to the pillar. Yup, I was rushing for the new Body Step 76 tonight and Riyo is leading the class with Ken M. shadowing. Riyo's attire was so bling bling tonight with Ken joining in. Totally like the shirt! So how was it? The warm up track In The Air + Twilight Zone was nice and there was a new step which is a cross over board tap (which I did wrongly and didn't even realized it). The last power track was so funky and powerful. Totally love the new release.
Continued with Herny's RPM new release class. As I did this release before last week at uptown, I had some idea what to expect. Hell I was wrong. I was totally exhausted from Track 5. I didn't realized it was that tough during the first time I did it. Maybe I over did it tonight as 'someone' advised me to add some more resistance after hearing my comment bout the new release. Or maybe I was just a bit tired from the first class and the rushing over. Anyway, walk out standing tall with body full of sweat. Heads up to the locker and grab my glove.
Next was Master C's Body Combat class. Surprisingly Malaysia Idol wasn't here tonight. I sensed that the class was a bit low without him shouting and singing. Missing him?? Don't think so!!! Managed to correct my chore for Track 6 this time around. And Yes bro, you got the hand correct this time. LOL!!! Finally got to try out the conditioning which was rumoured to be very tough. NO!!! Didn't even brake a sweat, well OK, maybe that was a bit too much. But it wasn't as tough as I though it would be. Push up was short and the Comodo move wasn't that tough but still I can felt a bit of tension on my shoulders at the end of the class. Cool down was nice with lots of katta.
So finally I walked out the class and saw Man Behind The Pillar tonight. He was asking me to join the class which I declined. Why? According to him, I was choosy and picky of the instructor. NO! I am just being Loyal!! LOL!! As Body Pump class requires good pre-cue by the instructors and I am not familiar with the new release yet. So it would be killing myself if the cue was late and not precise. Well you should know what I mean. So in a way I am picky of good instructors but not to the point of you accusing me of being prejudice. LOL!! But like I said, I will join your class without a doubt if you are the one who is teaching.

I Survived Body Combat 40 @ The Curve
It was really a pack day for me today. As I need to meet up with my family at Paramount to pay my down payment and having lunch with them afterward. After reaching home babe and me quickly pack as we need to reach The Curve earlier to get a locker as it was Miracle 09 today. Luckily I managed to get a locker thank to someone. Babe wanted to join Funky Line Dance with his friends. Damn it was so hot when we arrived. Luckily it slowly cool down as the day pass by. CP, LP and BQ arrived later. When I signed up for Body Combat, it was already 68 participants. At the end of the day, there were more than 100 people joining the launch.
Track 5 was a fun track being lead by Don from Thailand. It was lots of repetition of double jab and jump jab with hook and body ribs. Nickelback's Burn it to the ground in Track 6 was a powerful track. The chore was long and nice. Definitely not a conditioning track but rather a powerful one. Didn't like the Muay Tai track that much as the moves are quite simple and not much combos. Finishing off the last Power track with a recycle track from N-Trance's Set You Free. It was powerful and strong track to do. Didn't stayed back for conditioning and cool down as the space was limited.
After the launch we all walk around checking out the Tribe's Challenge but didn't stick back long enough to know who won. So I walk around while grabbing anyone I saw for picture session. Although we're all exhausted but we all did have lots of fun during this Miracle. But I think the crowd is getting smaller if compared to the previous one. Maybe FF need to do something bout this. Anyway, can't wait to do the new launch for Body Step tomorrow and also the rest of the week with the other classes. And once again, Happy 10th Birthday Body Combat. Fight On!!

A New Step
Was walking to the locker to get ready for Cindy's pump class when QQ informed me that she's not teaching tonight. It was really by Cynthia. So decided to skip the class and have a chat with QQ and Brian. Tonight's track was powerful and tough. Sweat a lot and decided to sit out the next class as no one wanted to join. So we had a chat down stairs and finally decided to have dinner together. So asked the girls to bath first as they would take longer time to get ready.
So I thought to check out Steven's Step class for a while. Then when all the boards are ready, he called out my name and asked me to join. Well OK, since we have time and all. Maybe few tracks I thought. 10 minutes through the class I was still keeping up with the 1st combo and part of the 2nd too. But as it goes on till the 4th I was a it confused as there was a lot of twist and turn. Saw the girls leaving but was too hooked onto the class and decided to finish it off. So we did 6 or 7 combo tonight and it was so damn exciting. We were all having a lot of fun with CP and FP joining in. Although I am a bit lost during part of the combo but I was having lots of fun and damn I sweat a lot too. Didn't imagine that I can sweat that much in a step class. Anyway, we all laugh and have a chat before leaving. Will most definitely give this class another try next week if possible.

I Survived RPM 43 & Body Pump 70 @ Uptown
It was Wednesday and we all know what that means, well at least my gym partners in crime does. Lilian's RPM Challenge at Uptown. But it was special tonight as she was launching the new RPM 43 and in conjunction with Miracle 09, we need to pay RM10 for the class. Well since it's for charity and it's not that expensive, I had decided to get a book (which cost RM30). Surprisingly it wasn't a full class. We waited till 6.30 sharp and there were still 5 more bike available. So for my partner in crime, one word, WASTED!
Anyway, there was one slight change in the line up tonight. It was supposed to be Lilian launching together with Eric C but he forgot that he was supposed to launch at Axis at the same time. So Eric C was replaced by Pat tonight. So how was the new release? To be honest, it wasn't as tough as the previous release. Now don't get me wrong, it was tough but it wasn't as tough as the older releases. Even the Spaceman and Cry For You wasn't as tough as Dance Floor Anthem and Because The Night from previous release. Maybe cause it wasn't a challenge class. But I did sweat like hell as usual.
After the class, I still have another RM10 coupon and decided to join Ben & Klevin's Body Pump launch. Yes, I gave my another RM10 to QQ since she wanna join Lilian's class. Hehe!! Not bad, the class was almost full but it's nice that it wasn't that cramp if compared to Sue P or K-Bear's classes. So how was the pump class? Well Klevin did the first half while Ben take it from there on. Maybe I am not familiar with Klevin's cue or the pre-cue was a bit confusing, so I was a bit lost during the Chest track. Warm Up was alright, nothing special. But during Pink's It's All Your Fault my legs was slowly giving way. As the track was fast pace with lots of singles and 4 sets of bottom halves and 2 & 4 bottom halves in between.
Chest was really slow and since the pre-cue was not 'accurate' hence I didn't really enjoyed the track. The pace is slow and get this, there is no full reset on top but rather holding it at the middle and going down again from there. But it wasn't that tough, so mental note, add weights. True Believer was so short. Well I mean in term of the length of the song that is. There were only 3 sets of clean and press with 4 sets of single rows continue after with a break after the second set. So I had added another kg after the break. Not a tough track but a good Karaoke track though. Keep Getting Better by Christina wasn't that tough too. As the whole track didn't involved any bar but just push ups, kick backs and finishing off with a standing overhead press. Nickleback's Gotta Be Somebody is a nice track to do but it wasn't as tough as Pink's So What from the previous release. Lots of singles and bottom halves but you will survive that.
Raindrop's by Sash gave a new meaning to lunges. It was darn tough. Maybe cause my legs was already weak after the squats track and there is more squats in this track with bottom halves too. Crazy~! Thunderstruck by AC/DC is a familiar track if you are a combater. Nice strong track with lots of mac -raise and ends with the bars. There is a new move during Kanye West's Love Lockdown which is called the rotator plank. But nothing special to me as I had been doing this position since they started the plank. haha! Lucky me! And we cool it all down with the sound Beyonce's If I Were A Boy. Nice~!

The Usual Monday
It's Monday again and I was rushing from end to end early in the morning. Quick meeting this morning as half of the staff was on leave. Drove down to Bangi plant after that to collect something for tomorrow's trip down to Labuan. 1 hour back and forth, not bad if I say so myself. Rush to TC to passed something to a friend and still able to make it back to office for lunch with my boss.
Riyo's class was my first as usual, but today I had decided to wore my Nike Free as a change. It was a bit hard on the foot but still alright. Managed to finish off the whole class in one piece before heading down for RPM. QQ was replacing Herny's class tonight. A full house class, not bad. KNSQ even decided to join tonight. Track was powerful and so is the class. Continued with Master C's class after that. CP was here tonight. Long time didn't see you here already. Decided to give myself a break tonight and headed home to pack for my early flight tomorrow morning. Need to drag myself off the bed at 5.30am again. Sigh~!!!

Finally It's Approved
After numerous calling to the EPF center asking for the status of my application, I had finally got their green light yesterday. I was quite nervous and worried when they told me that my application was still under process last week when I found out that my brother's application had been approved. This is because I'd applied for the withdrawal earlier than him. So when he told me that he had received his, I was a bit worried and after the 3rd day, I am very nervous. But when I called again (which I did almost each and everyday) on Tuesday afternoon, they told me it's approved and the money will be transferred to my account. So now the final stage would be paying the down payment to the developer and I will need to wait for my house to be ready next year.

A Story of Lost & Found
I was packing my stuff in my car when I realized that I didn't saw my Bounce anyway. OMG! Did I took it into my house last night? Quickly ran in and check but couldn't find. Back to the car and look high and low for it. Damn it, I'm now sure what I am worries most, I left mt Bounce at the gym last night. Trying to recollect back what I did yesterday and didn't have any idea if I took my Bounce to the car or not. As I have to carry my gym bag, notebook bag and an additional gym shoe for RPM. So I was a bit unsure if I had carried it to my car or not. But now I am sure that I didn't. OMG! Thought of rushing to The Curve before going to work but I need to rush some work out before I can go. As I reached my office my mind was on my Bounce.
So I finished off my work and quickly drove over to The Curve to try my luck. Asked the front desk if anyone reported in any missing shoes which they said, NO! But it didn't stop me there, I was determined, so I walk up to the locker room and check. It wasn't in the locker (duh!) and a sound in my head asked me to look underneath the chair and there it was, my Bounce inside the plastic bag where I left it. I was so happy that the cleaner placed my Bounce there as I noticed that there was a lot of shoes underneath the seats during my visits. Quickly took it and left while saying thanks to the cleaner and the front desk. Or else, I'll be wearing my Nike Free again tonight.

Good Reflexes Saves Life
I was sms-ing with one of my friend today and found out that he was mugged. I was totally surprised as he don't really look like someone you would mug. Anyway, back to the mugging part. He told me that he was walking back from lunch when he felt pain on his neck and muscle reflex started to work. He grab on hold of his necklace and turn around to punch the guy at the face. It seemed that the guy was on his bike following my friend from the back and trying to snatch his golden necklace. Luckily my friend has some fast reflexes and managed to punch the fella who later felt on the ground. My friend's punch hit the guy's helmet and there were some blood on my friend's fist. Seemed like the guy had some severe broken nose or teeth from the punch he got. The guy quickly got up and ride on his bike again when he saw people started to come out to see what is the commotion was about. Luckily no one was hurt (well at least not my friend) and nothing was loss. My friend walk away with a red mark on his neck and a painful fist.
Suddenly I felt so many people wearing Adidas at gym tonight. Maybe there were a lot of them bought it from the warehouse sales last weekend? Or I am just paranoid. LOL! Finishes Riyo's class as usual and walk down to sign up for Herny's RPM and was surprised to see that I got the last bike in the studio. And it was just 6.10pm at that time. But the strange part is that, some people who signed up didn't turn up for the class. Master C's class was really pack tonight. LP was back at TC after AWOL for 1 month (is it?). M'sian Idol can really sweat. There were practically a poodle of his sweat right in front of him. I think his sweat radius is growing by the day. I think someone should advice him to wear something like dryfit or climat365 to reduce the sweat dropping on the floor or have the courtesy to stand on the corner where his sweat won't cause an accident during the class. But that is just my 2cents la.
