So what I do after the breakfast? I slept through the whole day. I think I slept for another 6 hours before waking up looking for food. Had a long weekend it's time to get back to work tomorrow. I need to work, as I think I am getting slow when I am not working. Too much rest and no work isn't too good. Cause no work means no gym and no gym means more food. And we all know what that leads to.

Babe's Birthday Dinner @ Tamarind Springs
It was babe's birthday and I had decided to try out this restaurant called Tamarind Springs which most of my friends recommended. The place is very secluded from the city center, it's like going back to mother nature. But not to the extend to dine in the forest. We were greeted with a path way walking down to the main restaurant. There are two restaurant over here under the same roof. Ambiance was totally serene and peaceful. You can definitely feel the Zen'ess of the whole surrounding.
At the end of the path way, we are greeted by an authentic design restaurant with some water fountain at the side. Even before the place gets dark, we can imagine how great it would look by now. From this point, there is no more picture allowed. So sorry that I can't take any more pictures on their main hall. Surveyed around the place before being escorted to our table which is located at the back with a view of the pool side. I had mentioned to them earlier that I need a good seats as it was my babe's birthday. Good arrangement by them.
But who said I can't take from my table right? The place is lit up by candles and a lot of aroma incense was burn all around the place so you can feel the peacefulness and also the Zen'ess again during your dining. Truly superb. We decided to go with their buffet tonight as it was a combination of the 2 restaurant's menu. As most of my friends told me that their food was just alright and nothing to shout about, I though why pay so much for something which is just alright when I can pay almost the same amount and try out all of their food and I was right. Although it's buffet but their food was warm and it was really nice.
This is a view from my table down to the other restaurant called Il-Tempio, the Temple of Fine Italian Cuisine as they called it. There's a big hut which visitors can dine in with some other pool side tables. The whole place is lit up by candles so it's super romantic. Trust me, dining in a near forest place really are very cozy and there is no insect flying around during your fine dinning over here. Maybe the stick which they burn?
This is the view of the path back up after we had finished up our dinner. It does looks romantic but babe was a bit creepy right now as it was really quiet. Well, can't blame her as the place is very secluded and all. But it was a really good dinner to celebrate her birthday. Food was just alright but the ambiance was great. Definitely a good place for some quiet time with your love ones. No wonder they won the Best Restaurant by The Tattler for 5 years in a row. Fyi, they have another similar restaurant called Tamarind Hills which is located not far away from here. But I heard this is much better in term of ambiance and also food. Service was good and the night was just perfect.Saturday, August 29
Babe's Birthday Present
It's babe's birthday again and I had decided to bring her shopping for her birthday gift this year rather than getting her something she doesn't want. Call me practical or whatever, but I had asked her to do the same for me for my birthday gift each year. Cause I believe getting what people wanted is the most important part rather than getting something expensive and he/she doesn't use it at all. So no money for guessing what I had got for my babe from the picture above.Thursday, August 27
Can I Cut My Nose??!!!
Thought of visiting the doctor today but I thought it would pass after I finish gym tonight but my running nose is still running and I am still sneezing like mad as I am writing now. So how was gym tonight? Arrived early as usual and did my 40minutes warm up again before Cindy's Body Pump class. Damn I am doing much better tonight compared to last Tuesday night class. Finished up and get a bike for QQ's RPM class. Had to work extra hard as I am not gonna join the next class. Running nose is super uncomfortable. But I am alright during pump class but it's back during RPM. Stupid nose!! Didn't had supper as I don't wanna exposed others and my running nose is really irritating too. Might considered MC tomorrow if it's still the same. Sigh!

No Gym, Buka Puasa Time
So I walked half way down the whole stretch of stalls to survey the variety of food which are available. I am always curious of the new food which arise during this festive season. This time around I saw this stall selling Roti John, but not the normal type which we eat. I had ordered their Singapore Roti John Special Mix. Which comprises of both beef and chicken cooked together with the egg and later stick to the bread. Plenty of mayonnaise and also cabbages. Second, I had bought a Beef Murtabak as this is one of the dish which I bought every year. Always look for a stall which are selling those murtabak on the spot and not those pre-prepared as it's cold and tasteless. You might need to wait but it's worth the wait. Last but not least, I had bought Chicken Kebab with extra onions and mayonnaise.
Got everything home but not without a packet of Longan ice water. Sorry there are no pictures on any of the food as it doesn't really look nice after I unwrapped it. Trust me it's super delicious when they wrap it that time. I was actually full when I finish the Roti John. But at the end I finishes off most of the food and the drink. This is my first buka puasa dinner of the year. Hopefully not many as I think I gain a lot of calories just by this dinner alone. lolx!
Latest Addiction - Ranch Rush
As you all know, I had jailbreak my iPhone and by now I had download tons of application (well mostly games). But there is one which catch my attention. It's calld Ranch Rush. For those who is familiar with Dinner Dash or Wedding Dash from Yahoo! Games on PC, the game play is around the same.
The objectives of the game is simple. The top boxes shows the amount of crops or anything ranging from cheese, wool and fruit jam to name a few. So we need to achieve the quantity stated in the time given. Some crops need more time to be planted so you need to plan your harvesting accordingly. There are also pest destroying your crops and machine breaking down which need your attention while you're busy planting and harvesting. So it's not just about how to solve a puzzle but how 'fast' you can solve it. Damn it's so addictive. All of this I got for free. lolx!!Tuesday, August 25
Too Much Coffee, Not Enough Food
Since Master T went for oversea for two weeks, so I'd quickly registered myself for Brian's RPM class. Before the class my head was spinning and light footed walking in. But once I sat on the bike, the game is on. Giving it my 110% tonight as I know RPM won't burn as much as Body Combat class (for me). Was doing my own option during Track 5 onwards. Giving my all during the final track, Blade. All the way standing climb and my heartbeat hit 96% during the track. Totally satisfied with the whole class. Didn't go for supper and quickly drove home. Damn hungry and was looking for food. Stop by Giant & King's Confectionery but didn't found anything to eat. Walk to the stalls outside my house and again managed to psycho myself not to eat anything. At the end, cooked myself a bowl of Maggie.

Jailbreak My iPhone
So I finally decided to jailbreak my phone today after going through the reviews and comments from others who did. What is the worst that can go wrong? I can always restore my phone to it's original form anytime. For those who wanted to know more on how to do it step-by-step, here's the website. Please, try it at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage on your phone. Please do read through the website and decide whether you still wanted to give it a try or not. After you're successfully jailbreaking your phone, you can download directly from an application in the software called Cyndia or from this website. Please remember to back up your data from time to time so that you can always upload it back to your phone if anything goes wrong. Happy experimenting now.

I Won Something Tonight
Saw Alvin and made a last minute request for Track 4, what else but California Dreaming. He was supposed to do Amazing as the rest of the tracks was really tough according to him. We did Hot Stuff for track 3 before California Dreaming and it was really tough with lots of standing climb. I Want You To Want Me and Why is the next two song but I am not sure what is the last one though. Is it Love Comes Again? I know it was quite tough though. Anyone? Amaze me again. LOL!! Continued with Body Combat class with Master T & Alvin L doing the G.I Joe theme class. Not much crowd tonight but we all had fun and give it our all. BQ even shouted in the class, so I guess she's working something out tonight. At the end of the class I was so lucky to have won tickets for G.I Joe this coming Saturday for TWO at USJ. Thought to continued with Brian's RPM class but BQ looked a bit pale to me and decided to call it off. What a night, what a work out.

My Arm Hurts
I am not sure why the lower back of my arm is so painful when I raise both my arms. Especially the left. I think it's been painful since 1 week or 2. After K-Bear's body pump class 2 weeks ago. Not sure why but I don't think that I will hurt myself during Body Step or RPM classes though. Body Combat? Neh!! Still deciding whether to do tomorrow's body pump class or not. But most probably I will at the end as I need the work out. So how's my class tonight. Well QQ found me SS in the studio tonight. LOL! I did 7 tracks by myself before the class and was able to burned quite a lot of calories too.
Arrived quite early and had my usual cup of nescafe before the class to kick start my adrenalin and heart rate. Took out my phone and set up On-The-Go playlist with complete warm up, speed work and power tracks. Although it's not the actual chorey but I made it tougher by doing my standing climb. Finished the track without the cool down as it was time to sign up. Ken was team teaching with Lilian tonight so no luck for a taste on the new release yet. Not gonna comment much bout how the class go but lets just say that I like the first half of the class and it was by Lilian of course. LOL! Finish the class and decided to have some food as I was starving tonight. QQ suggested a place next to the gym. Teluk Intan chee cheong fun, which turn out to be super delicious. Yummy!!!

Finally It's Below 70
Mental note, need to cut down on dinner. I think I am catching back my dinner after gym these few days. Need to control myself not to take so much food after gym. Almost meet my target weight so it's worth it. Finally managed to get my weight below 70kgs. Yes, I weight that much all these years. I think I lost close to 10kgs within the year or so. Totally forgot what is my age when my weight is below 70kgs. Again this proves that hard work do pay off. I don't do supplements and weight loss program but just hard healthy work out and control diet. No point doing so much and don't control your diet right. But I do treat pamper myself once in a while. I eat hard hence I work harder while enjoying my life. That's one of my principle in life.

SS In The Studio
Anyway, finished off the class and walk down to sign up for RPM. Surprisingly the class wasn't full tonight. Maybe it's due to the heavy pour outside. Herny was caught in the jam and nearly can't make it in time. Class was very active tonight as a lot of us was shouting and all. Sweet. Class finished slightly early tonight as I managed to do the cool down. Walked up sweating and continued with Master C's Body Combat class. Class was pack as usual and M'sian Idol had a blast tonight with his usual concert. Didn't brought my gloves tonight so felt a bit incomplete. Nevertheless, we had some great tracks and finish off with some great music.

It's Good To Be Back
Continued with Master T's Body Combat class and it was a full house. This is my first Sunday morning class since almost a year now. The crowd was so hype as I remembered them would be. Even during the first two tracks, the members are already in the mood and shouting away. Finally I saw the famous Brazilian guy in the class. Well, he's definitely creating some mood with his antics. I was already dripping in sweats during Track 2 and it was so cold this morning. Was really pushing myself hard again this morning as I skipped the class last Friday night. I think Sunday morning crowd is still the best among all the classes I attend. It's not the quantity alone that counts but the crowd's response to the instructor too. Thought of joining Lilian's RPM class but it was a bit too late for me. Maybe next week babe.

Alien In The Attic
After a heavy dinner with babe, decided to catch a movie. Wanted to watch something light and comedy. So I had choose Aliens In The Attic. The story revolves around a family who went for a holiday at a rented country house. So during their first day of vacation, they had some uninvited guest from out of this world. 4 of them in this case. An angry commander, bad ass Sergent, high flying lady Sergent and a cute friendly tech support. The kids found out about their arrival when one of they were sent to the attic to fix the satellite disk.
I think this kind of movies are good to watch during weekend when you wanted to just lay back after some hard work during the weekdays. Just go in the cinema with your drinks and pop corn and laugh your heads off. There is definitely some very funny scenes especially the fighting part between the kids nanny and the other guy both under control. My god, when the nanny did a Dragon Rising Thrust, trust me when I said everyone in the cinema was clapping and laughing their heads off. Don't expect any fancy special effects or complicated plot, just some light decent family day off kind of movie. (Rating: 3.5 out of 5.0)

Google Map Vs. Garmin Map
I had been using Garmin XT from my Nokia 5800XM handphone previously. For those who is new on this GPS thingy, well Garmin is the most used GPS software in the market. So what is the unique part of this software? For one it gives me a detail map and also POI (places of interest) which is very useful when looking for landmark. But the most impressive part of the software is that, it gives turn to turn preview. It can save my current location and also other location of interest to me. I can download updated maps from forum online contributed by fellow Garmin users. And that is by weekly basis. So the maps are quite updated. And one of the advantages is it doesn't use 3G but rather satellite signal which is absolutely FREE. Sweet!
Now I am using Google Map from my iPhone 3G-S. This is very different from Garmin as it uses my 3G network for the search. I am now using a subscribe 3G data plan hence I have some 500MB each month to utilize. But still Garmin is free and Google Map needs broadband signal to detect it's location. But then again, satellite signal couldn't be reach under the basement or inside a building. But Google map can detect my location everywhere as it uses 3G which is available everywhere (almost). Google map do not have turn to turn live preview like Garmin has. That is the most significant and down side of the software. But then again, I can find almost anywhere from Google map whereas I can't from Garmin. This is some what surprisingly strange to me. So bottom line, there are pros and cons on both software but I learning to live with what I have now.Personal Note: BS:540kcal; BC:650kcal

Crocs Anyone?
We were talking bout some sales going on at PJ for Crocs. I heard that some one was getting like RM45 or so for a pair. I was like, why pay RM45 when you can get it for less. LESS?? Ya, like RM30 a pair LESS. As you can see from the pictures I took, this fella are selling a pair of these Crocs for a starting price of RM38 (but you can you can talk your way to getting a pair off for only RM30). Fake? NO, don't look like fake to me. They have all the design, plastic bags, certs down to the every details. I can't find any flaw in them. And NO, they are not Asadi or the other previous design with no brand. These are genuine Crocs. I guess they some how got it from the factory directly (illegally??). Anyway, fyi, I don't see this anywhere else but the night market at my place.
See the plastic bags? Yeah, Crocs original bags. You can now walk into any Crocs outlet and just get those cute little picture figure and place them into your new shoe.
People were practically gathering all around this stall trying and searching for the design that they like. They have some new design for kids and ladies. Not much design for guys though. Did I get a pair? Nope, not that interested as there is nothing much special bout the shoe (for me anyway). A bit hot on the foot and sand can easily get trapped in the shoe too. Well talking from experience anyway. Not sure how long their stock will last or any new design be coming in but worth a look if you're looking for a pair. All of this, at your local night market at Taman Megah.G.I Joe - Rise Of The Cobra
G.I Joe is a top secret task force formed by 10 nation with the best of the best soldiers and expertise from around the world. What is impossible to achieve, well they can make it possible to make it simple. The story line was alright with some back ground stories of some of the characters in the movies such as Duke with Baroness, Snake Eye with Storm Shadow and Rex who eventually becomes Commander Cobra. The stories focused on how a company called M.A.R.S created this nano bugs which can destroy everything in it's path. The company owned by this Scottish villain name McCullen (who eventually becomes Destro). And how The Joes saves the world at the end (as always) and how the whole process changes Rex and McCullen into Commander Cobra and Destro, hence the title Rise of The Cobra.
What do I think of the movie? Well for starter, Snake Eye is so cool. He's one closest of the real person to the cartoon itself. Action is everywhere from start till end. Rachel Nichols and Sienna Miller are hot with the latter exposing some unnecessary cleavage even while they are at North Pole??? The accelerator suit is unnecessary and very bulky and the whole scene look a bit too cartoon'ish for me. Marlon Wayans character is the funny guy in the movie which is a good thing. Byun-hun Lee taking off his shirt makes a lot of women drools. LOL!! Definitely gonna be a Part 2 for this movie. It's nice watching this with some die hard fans or at least knows bout the story and the characters so at least we can talk about it after the show at some mamak stall. Well worth my RM10 and 2 hour well spent. (Rating: 4.0 out of 5.0)

How's My Baby Doing?
What I don't like bout the phone? Well not to say dislike but rather disappointed on the battery life of the phone. A fully charge battery (8 hours) can only last me through the day (with the phone calling for charging during supper). I did calls, sms, WiFi and surfing of net most of the day. But I expect the phone can give me longer battery life than this. Had fully read through the manual and tweak a bit of the setting to minimized the usage of battery (i.e Auto Brightness, Disable 3G, Disable Auto-Roam, Disable WiFi and etc.) but this can only last for the day. Maybe something wrong with my battery? As I suspect something was wrong even during my pick up of the phone last Friday. Anyone had this problem? Do let me know. Sharing is caring right?

RPM Madness!
I found out that I don't really work out that much during warm up and Track 2. Real work out only starts at Track 3 but still I am holding a bit back tonight. Master C selected a lot of lower body work out tracks for tonight. This is real good as I think we can work out more this way. At the end of the class I reviewed back my work out and found out that I can burned more during Body Combat as my BPM is always maintained above 80% for the whole class. While RPM spent less time on this region. Body Step class is an evenly divided between 60% - 80% for most of the class. Although my BPM achieved 90% and above the longest but still I didn't burned as much as the other class as it was just a 45 minutes class, or so I think.

I'm HOMELESS???
Just got a wake up call yesterday afternoon from my landlord. She told me that she found someone who wanna buy the house that I am renting now. WTH??!!! And she had given me and my housemates 2 months time to move OUT! OMG!!! What am I gonna do? Well, I need find a new place to move of course. But this has come of a sudden news for me as I had lived in this house for close to 7 years now. It's nothing fancy or luxurious but it's some place I am comfortable to call My HOME. My future home will only be ready next year September and I thought that when I move, it would be to my new house. But now, my plan is all ruined. Fark!! Another question what am I gonna do with my pet Coco? Head ache!!!! I can't bring him along onto my new house and babe can't take him home as Bobo hates cat. So what will happen to my poor cat? Oh please give me some idea or solution.

My New Baby - iPhone 3G S
Finally it had arrived in our shore. It's the new iPhone 3G S. Some of my friend knew bout this and for those who don't well here it is. Booked on this baby 2 weeks back and just got it yesterday night. There was some delay on the delivery but at the end I still managed to get mine on time. So what's pack in this baby? You can read how great this baby is at the Apple website as I don't wanna fill the whole page with the features it has. Just some worth mentioning is Speed (hence the S) it has to offer (2x) compared to his predecessor 3G. The addition of video recording, voice control (oh this is so cool) and the large capacity (up to 32GB) is what this new kid on the block had to offer.
So above shows the un-boxing of the phone and as you can see, there is practically nothing much in the black box. Top open and there is the phone, beneath is the manual (which is quite little) as they encourage you to go online and look for the complete manual. Less paper use means it's more environmental friendly. Comes with Apple earphone with remote and mic, dock connector to USB cable and USB power adapter. So what is the silver thingy on top (picture below), well that's the key to unlock the SIM card. Nifty right? Gonna go through the iTune store and check out what they have to offer.
